I'll start by saying Kyle was a very kind and friendly individual to work with. I know he is new to the dealership and I wish him the best. He seemed to be the only person there who was interested in assisting me. I purchased my 2015 Rogue here ~10 years ago and it is getting up there in mileage so I wanted to check into my options for purchasing a newer vehicle. I brought my car in for an inspection and an oil change while I shopped for a newer vehicle. I was quoted over $4k for work to be done on my 2015 Rogue for it to pass inspection. I have a unique financial situation which I made clear from the beginning of my interactions with country club. They said it would not be an issue and they've worked with people in similar circumstances in the past. That's when things started going downhill. As a new salesperson Kyle brought a manager Shannah over to discuss monthly payments and she immediately dove into scare tactics, "if you keep driving your current car the engine is going to blow up and then you won't have a car, so what will you do then?" I am not exaggerating, that is pretty much verbatim what she said to me. She went on to ask what I would need to buy a car that day I said I physically cannot buy a car on the same day because of my financial situation and approvals that I need to go through for it. I left the dealership that day with no work done on my current car. I brought my car to an independent mechanic who quoted me less than half the price for the repairs that country club quoted me. I emailed country club to see if I could get information on what payments would look like since I still would have rather put that money towards a down payment. I was told that I would need to come in to discuss numbers and made an appointment. Foolishly, I returned to country club to sit down with their finance manager Tammie. My meeting with Tammie may go down as one of the most demoralizing moments of my adult life. After waiting for close to an hour past the appointment time to meet with her, she immediately dismissed the car I was interested in (a 2024 Rogue) as an impossibility. She barely even tried to discuss options or different ways I could approach purchasing a vehicle and spoke to me as though I was less than and frankly made me feel like scum because of the financial situation I had made clear from jump. She spent more time during this meeting telling my boyfriend who came with me her entire life story. Truly I now know entirely more about Tammie's personal life than I do about any of the financing options that she was supposed to be going over with me. The only solutions she provided were a 2010 ford focus with a 16% interest rate or making an $8,000 down payment on a newer vehicle. I left that meeting feeling completely defeated, disrespected, and frustrated that my time had been wasted. I called Tammie a couple days later to ask if she could at least email the numbers that she came up with just so I could have them as a point of reference and she seemed irritated that I had called, reiterated that the only feasible option was the ford focus, and did not send me any of the information. I gave up on country club after that final phone call. From there I started searching dealerships in Albany. I found Lia Nissan of Colonie which had a wider selection (as one would expect from a larger area) with better prices. I walked in on a Thursday evening after work, filled out a credit application and received a breakdown with costs for a 2024 Nissan Rogue via email 24 hours later. Lia handled all of my questions and paperwork via phone and email and yesterday, less than a week after initially walking in, I was able to drive off the lot with my 2024 Nissan Rogue with the same interest rate as the ford focus Tammie was trying to offload, reasonable monthly payments, with $2k down I had budgeted for. My advice: skip Country Club save yourself the headache and drive an hour up the road to Lia they are professional and easy to work with regardless of your financial situation.

I recently purchased a beautiful certified used Nissan Titan from Country Club Nissan. Nathan Moore, Shannon, and Tammie worked with me to make the process as seamless and easy as possible (I’m from out of state). The customer service and friendliness of this team was above and beyond expectations. It was well worth the 6-hour drive. Tammie Also recommended an excellent local restaurant that was awesome (I will submit a review for it also). I feel like I got a great deal and they really took good care of me.

Great experience all around! Tom was very helpful and responsive throughout the buying process, and everyone at Country Club Nissan was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely worth the hour and a half drive to buy here vs. wrestling with the giant regional dealerships that are closer to me.

From start to finish our country club Nissan experience was amazing! All of the staff were super polite and helpful. Our sales people Josh Snyder and Tammi brown were the best! They went way above what we were expecting and are in need of a couple of plaques saying they are the best of the best and sales people of the year.! 100% recommend them if you’re looking for a vehicle.

After having leased/bought numerous vehicles from this dealership along with members of my family doing the same for YEARS, I was treated so poorly over a dispute involving a service issue and the extended warranty I was railroaded into buying at the crazy high cost of $2800. Rather than keep a longterm devoted customer, they told me I was taking up their time over this dispute which could've cost them about a measly $150 to make me happy. That along with how I heard them talking about another customer who was having multiple issues that they did not want to take care of then and there, saying they would tell her to make multiple new appointments. NOT the way to treat customers.

Salesman Tommy was amazing at assisting me into a beautiful Nissan Rogue. I gave Tommy all the specifications to what I wanted and he found the perfect vehicle to fit both my specs and needs. I have had my new Rogue now for 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE it. Tommy was professional, knowledgeable and personable. The whole crew that assisted from Tommy, Josh and Tammy (along with others I'm not sure of names) are amazing to work with. If you need a Nissan, these are the folks you want. They’ve had my nanas car for a month on a warranty fix. Broke it further 2 weeks ago and now don’t even have it scheduled to be fixed because there’s no mechanic.

8am appointment for an inspection, tire balance and an alignment. When I was checked in by service advisor Mandy, I was quoted “about an hour and a half to complete what I was scheduled for”. My car sat for 50 minutes PAST my appointment time and it still wasn’t brought into the shop. I asked why there was a hold up since I was one of the first appointments for the day. I was informed by service writer Tim that I was on the schedule for 1pm that day. I showed my confirmation email stating my 8am appointment time and was met with the response of “oh, well we’re behind”. I requested to use their shuttle service as I had my young child with me. Their shuttle driver Randy was friendly and took myself and my child home. Prior to leaving I let the service department know that I needed my vehicle back no later than 1130am. About 45 minutes after leaving the shop I received a call stating they could not do my alignment for a specific reason. Okay, no problem. I arrived 30 minutes after receiving that call and my vehicle was still on the lift (this was at 1105am) I was told he was just “balancing the last tire” and my car would be done. I waited for ANOTHER 30 minutes for my car to be finished. TLDR; for two items that should have taken no longer than an hour and a half (this is without the alignment time factored in as I was originally quoted) took nearly 4 hours to complete and not a single person could explain why it took them so long outside of telling me people have quit. So word to the wise, unless you have all day to just sit and wait at a car dealership, either schedule elsewhere or utilize their shuttle service. I will add that I have given two stars because the work that was actually done, was done well.

I could not recommend this place more than any other location you could fathom going to. Tammie Brown made my experience BEYOND exceptional, and I have never felt more at home at a dealership than I did with her. She handled every step of the way with care and ease, and even gave much needed life advice to a young growing young lady like me. I can't express enough the gratitude I have toward her for taking care of me as well as she had for something as seemingly mundane as purchasing a vehicle. We would have given Country Club Nissan a higher rating than a FIVE if Google allowed it! Our experience with Country Club Nissan was the best automobile purchasing experience we have ever encountered. Beginning with a low pressure sales approach, a sales representative (Josh Snyder) who was knowledgeable and confident in the quality of the product that he sold, a great supporting and administritave staff and friendly professionalism throughout the company. A special thanks to Shawn who works in the automotive department who did a grid search for and found our iPad that slid under the seat of our tradein! I researched about twenty dealerships in Upstate NY in search of my new vehicle. Country Club Nissan was head and shoulders above the rest. This dealership was located about 150 miles away from our home but well worth the trip! Highly recommend!

Disappointing, stopped by on Saturday just as they were closing looked at a couple trucks. Came back a couple days later and the sales person just wanted to play games and blew me off in the middle of trying to buy a truck. I was under the impression we had a deal, I went to get my checkbook and decided to cancel. His manager was taking one of his sales. Avoid Joshua Snyder and this place.

Exceptional experience. The best dealership experience we’ve had with our numerous leases and purchases. Tom our salesman and Tammie the finance manager are top notch! We drove over an hour to look at a used Nissan Armada and drove home the same day with it hours later. They are definitely worth the drive from the Utica area. Both worked hard to make sure we walked away happy and they gave me the best trade in Value on my Subaru Forester. We laughed a lot and it was just a great experience. I can’t say enough good about them both. We will definitely be recommending them and will return in the future for another vehicle.

I generally avoid dealerships as a rule, but I saw an ad for an interior detailing at a reasonable price and I need an oil change anyways.. I called and booked for the next day. I can’t offer much in the way of comments towards the sales team. I was a little disgusted at hearing some of the banter between salespersons but I don’t know how that might affect your personal service from them. One of the female sales person’s was wearing a miniskirt with black stockings which kept riding up and she didn’t notice and none of her male staff members or the clients on the floor seem to say a word to her. I was told to drop off at 8 AM and it should be ready between noon and 1 PM. I decided to wait with my work email and a kindle. 11:45 came around a gentleman came out from the service area and said that since my car was so dirty and they only had two people working today on detailing and there was another detail at the same time that it would probably take all day. While I disagreed with his assessment of my vehicle and thought maybe he had me confused with the other vehicle that was in for a cleaning, I thanked him and went out to lunch. Eventually, I called to check in at 3:30 and asked when my vehicle would be ready to go. So this is about three hours past when they said it would be completed.. I let them know that I need to go pick up children from daycare so I needed it by 4:30 PM, they assured me it would be wrapped up in the next 30 minutes, and they did indeed call me 30 minutes later to come pick it up. I went in and paid for my oil change and interior detailing and ran out to my car with my keys. I opened the door and I was happy about it, at first, until I entered the vehicle. Every single surface was covered in some slippery substance including my floor mats which made it kind of difficult to drive. They did an excellent job on the carpet and on the few marks that we had on our cream colored ceiling. That alone deserves all the four stars. They also got one spot of sticker residue off the dash and I am thrilled about that. I took off one star Because it seems like whatever spray they put on attracted lint and they missed some spots, and the timing was rough. Overall, I’m happy with the service I got for the price point. I do wish they had called me and had me scheduled for a different day since they were clearly understaffed.

Super bad experience. Workers were extremely rude to me when I had come in to have my car fixed. It was highly unfair how they treated me inside the store and even outside the store. This guy with shorter curly hair was smoking outside and asked me if I had any weed to give him. If your working on the job don’t you think it’s highly unprofessional to walk over to me and my 3 year old daughter and ask for weed.. and after he asked me and I said no and covered my daughters ears he got mad at me and called me names and said your daughter will find out eventually and let me not get started about what happened in the store itself. I’m very disappointed. Very frustrated and I’ve been in Nissan before and the same place and everything and never was treated like that. If I could give 0 stars I would because I’m a human I have feelings and that’s not fair to walk in to get help and be turned away because of what I look like. I’m selling my car and buying a jeep so I never have to deal with all that bull again. Thanks for waiting my time.
