Honest, very helpful, no attitude here, no pushy salespeople, willing to help out in other ways as it pertains to their business. If you have a sales need - selling your house, car, furniture - they go out of their way to provide you, the customer, with consultive, informative assistance. And I would know because I've been in sales for over 21 years. You can always tell an honest salesperson - they're the ones that tell you what particular things about a sales package that you don't need.

We were looking for an SUV for a few months before finding one right in our budget from Certified Auto. We called them up to see if it was still available and landed Cody our sales Representative. Cody was nothing but professional and personable. He didn’t make us feel like we had to buy from them. He also made us feel not rushed with looking into other inventory. We highly recommend Cody! In fact my family loves Cody so much, for our next purchase we will be requesting him again. The vehicle we chose was a used vehicle. We had to bring it in for some minor issues. Most of the time dealerships leave you stranded with no rental or little information when it comes to the problems with your vehicle. NOT THIS PLACE! This company heard every little problem we addressed and fixed it immediately. Not only that but they understood we are a family of 5 and made sure we had another SUV for a rental. The service department was nothing but friendly and gave clear details about what was going on with the vehicle and how they will fix it. Last but not least the owner always says hello and is beyond friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We went to Certified Auto on a whim. We left with a new RV and truck. Our experience was with the owner, Mark and his staff. They are honest, hard-working, professional people who work very hard to meet your every need. We have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership. You can 100% trust them with your automotive and RV needs. We are grateful to have followed through on a whim to visit this family owned business.

Bought my truck almost 4 yrs ago never had any issues. Truck broke down a couple days ago they came and got it no questions asked couldn't ask for better people and more honest.

We just bought two vehicles from Certified and we had a wonderful experience. Mark and Jeff were so easy to work with and quick to answer all of our questions. Everyone is very accommodating and laid back here. But most importantly, they go above and beyond for their customers. When we got home with our vehicles, our daughter locked the keys to one of the vehicles inside the vehicle. I called Certified to see if they could provide me the door code as we had not yet looked into what that was. They unfortunately do not keep the codes on file, but they quickly offered to travel 45 minutes to where we live, to come unlock the vehicle. Mark and his son themselves came out and unlocked the truck, and didn’t charge us a dime…. If they didn’t already gain a long standing customer with the car buying process, they did with that act of pure kindness. Highly recommend.

This review is for the service department. I quit smoking 5 days ago, and wanted to get rid of any tobacco odor and ashes in my car as my sense of smell is super sensitive now. I made an appointment to get my car detailed. When it was time to pick up my car, I thought I accidentally entered a brand new car! Super clean inside and out, shiny, and smells great! Excellent job guys! Extremely happy customer here.

Took my truck in for warranty work and tried to explain the issue. Got told they couldn't repeat the issue. I don't know how they can't because I'm not the only one that has noticed it every single time it's used except the shop. I have to drive 3 hours to use the shop because it's where I bought the vehicle. I was spoken to that it made me feel like I'm an idiot for what I'm experiencing and when I left, being told that there's no issue, I called in to say it's not fixed. And again being spoken down to. Ridiculous really. I spend hours in this vehicle. I've drove it down the east coast and back, I know my truck. It's not fixed. And now I have to leave it in a second garage to get it fixed this time around. At least I won't be driving the 3 hours this time. I will only ever buy another vehicle from the sales only, not use the shop again.

Hello. Jim Huntington here to help you all locate a good auto repair shop. I am now feeling a little foolish for not turning to Certified Auto YEARS AGO!! kind service department. Amazingly fair pricing for needed repairs. And they truly do care about you being satisfied with your service. I recommend this auto business to anyone that is in need of quality auto care. Worthy of your business.

I had a really good experience with them so far! They were very pleasant and made sure everything was good with the car. They made sure the registration was good and made arrangements for new license plates. They will answer your questions. The only down fall is the warranty is only covered at their location and they book out close to two weeks. That is my only frustration. I bought this car when I needed one right away. I would just say make sure you take your time. However, they will do what they can to help which is the difference from other dealerships.

I wanna say this place is absolutely awesome Cody was very very very professional I was hoping to walk out with a car and ended up doing so a week later. He always makes sure u get car. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD THIS PLACE IS CROOKED HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN !!!!!!! This place is a rip off!!! The better business bureau is looking into them. Way over priced vehicles and when you try to trade one back in the offer 15,000 less then what you paid less then 8 months of owning it. I personally bought a 2015 F-150 from them not even a year ago for 40k it had 69,000 miles on it I’ve drove it for almost a year now not a thing wrong with the truck it has 80k miles now and they wouldn’t even let me trade it In because they said not enough profit in it for them. Same thing happened with my father except they offered him 20k for a 35K truck on Kelly blue book. They are crooks and will steal your money and not warranty a thing on the vehicle. I’ve bought over 15 cars off them so far and won’t ever buy anything off them again. Going to trade my truck elsewhere and find my fiancé a new car. Way to beat your best customers out of money and chase them away mark hope you are real proud loser !!!

Few years back I bought this 2012 hd 2500 which was in an accident. Major damage from the front to back . But repairable, made the deal thinking it would be fixed right ?. Molding off , the box is full of putty after I was told it would have a new skin. Very disappointed needless to say my days at certified auto is over

They were great for what I wanted but now only a year having the car it's already giving me issues. So I hope they can figure out the problem and fix it under my warranty I have on it. If not then i want another car. Same value I'm paying on this one and no more payments then what I'm paying now.

The service is horrible! I have had my vehicle up to their shop numerous times for the same problem and I have been charged each time and the issues still have not been resolved after 2 years! I have spent hundreds of dollars to them, a lot of gas money and time off and my vehicle has been up there a total of over a month just sitting there and on top of that no one ever calls you back to let you know whats going on with your vehicle or they do not return your call like they they say they will when you call them! I would never recommend buying a car from their establishment.

Bought a ford flex from these guys. Gave me a great trade offer without any arguments. Treated me fairly. In and out after driving all day to go and pick up this one of a kind flex for my wife. Great car. Good deal. Great people. Thanks

Certified Auto is the place to be! I’ve been going there for over 10 years and 5 vehicles later I wouldn’t even give going to another dealership a thought! There’s so many great things about them but above all, to me their sales and service department are outstanding. When I walk through the door I’m greeted with smiling faces each time and when I need something done it’s gets done quickly and professionally. Wether it’s putting me behind the wheel of a new truck or an oil change these guys go above and beyond. It truly feels like I’m apart of the family each and every time! I can’t stress enough how much I love these guys and I know you will too!!

Recently purchase a 2020 GMC. It was literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. They gave me great money for my trade in and the truck I bought was priced fairly. They even delivered the truck to me. I had some service work done after the purchase and that was equally as smooth. Not exactly impressed. We were looking at third row seating vehicles and the staff there were not exactly helpful. The gentleman we dealt with didn’t seem very interested in helping us or selling the vehicle we were looking at. Going to Norwich to see other options and hopefully with more helpful staff.

Awesome dealership. Amazing honesty and integrity. Cody took all the time we needed via messages and video to look at the truck. Clean up/final presentation was absolutely amazing!! We drove 4.5 hours to buy a “hard to find” truck from Certified Auto and were very pleased. The truck was exactly as presented in pictures. Very friendly staff with zero pressure and great pricing too.

A great dealership with great people. The owner and sales manager went above and beyond to help us get into the exact vehicle we wanted. Ended up getting us a great deal. The day we got it they put all new brakes and rotors on it for us when they were inspecting it. Again great people to work with.
