Easily found a new door for an old house with the help of David, an incredibly knowledgeable associate at Hudson Valley House Parts. Super interesting space with a variety of antique house parts, and rooms of different doors and windows!

Super accommodating. They were patient with my husband and I and gave tips on how to restore the two doors we bought. Doors looks amazing in our house. Thanks David and everyone else in store.

Have some decent things -nothing that makes you go wow. Very high prices. The Italian guy with the accent is arrogant and not interested in bargaining much on his grossly overpriced items. If you’re going there bring your big purse-your small one won’t hold enough to buy anything you might be interested in.

What a treasure trove of the highest quality building materials and furnishings. Newburgh is so lucky to have this HV House Parts. Staff is super kind and knowledgeable. This place is so special, they don't make 'em like this anymore.

Awesome place for all sorts of things! They have furniture, lighting, hardware, and accessories galore. The entire basement is just windows and doors. We got a stunning door and Davide helped us pick out all the hardware we'd need for it. He's super helpful and knows exactly where everything is. Davide told us exactly what we needed to do to buff out scratches in the door and how to clean and care for the hardware. They charged us $100 for delivery and we live an hour away, so we thought it was a very reasonable price, especially since it arrived the very next week. Can't recommend this place enough!

This is a very rare gem of a store. Reggie and co are incredibly dedicated to saving fixtures from home demolition and have a selection that is simply astounding. Anyone renovating that wants some quality in their home needs a visit here

Love this place! Had such a fruitful visit today - we made a special side trip and overnight nearby so we could stop here and look for antique pocket doors. David was so helpful - couldn’t have found the perfect doors without him. I can’t wait to install and share a picture of the final product in our beloved, historic Greek revival home. ❤️

Must see if you have an old house. Lots of vintage parts for everything. Have a LOT of old doors. Good stock of radiators in the basement. Look up and there’s dozens of interesting chandeliers and lighting fixtures. Staff was very helpful. Prices were fair.

We've followed HVHP for several years on Insta, and finally got to make the trip from Northeast Ohio. We worked with Davide (spelling?), he was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory, and asked us the right questions to help us find what we need. The amount of and quality of their inventory is amazing, and they were really great to work with! Would definitely recommend HVHP to find your old house or remodel needs!

Excellent source for old home details. Plenty of hard to find hardware and trim. Vintage stoves and sinks and kitchen accessories. Great stop on your way to reclaiming yesterday's decor.

Antiquity heaven for classic, Victorian, pre Revolutionary and other historical home renovators. A delight to browse and explore. Vintage doors, windows, chandeliers galore. What an exhilarating find. I suspect an article in the Arts section of Times is just around the corner with critical acclaim.

While it is pricy there… there are not many stores like these around. We are restoring a 110 year old farm house & found a lot of parts we needed… the nice Italian man working was super helpful & friendly as was the owner.

If you are fixing an old vintage home and need that special something, you are more likely than not going to be able to find it here. Can be pricy but he is sometimes open to haggling, so go ahead and haggle! Owner knowledgable about historic mortar work, repairing old windows etc and runs workshops in them: I hear they are good but have never been to one as they are sold out by the time I hear of them!

My fiance and I recently purchased a home in the Hudson Valley. We were in the area, and saw this business. We decided to look around, and see if we could find any unique pieces for our new home. Upon entering the establishment, a dark-skinned male said, "Hello, how can I help you?" I replied, "Hello. We're just looking." I suppose that response was unacceptable because he proceeded to smugly reply, "Well, just to let you know we are a few minutes away from closing." His retort was saturated with arrogance. I put my hands up to signal it wasn't a problem, and my fiance and I proceeded to exist the store. There was another gentleman in the store, and he smirked. He must've realized the other worker was harsh in his response, but found it humorous nonetheless. This gentleman walked out the store and said, "Yeah. We are closing real soon." He still wore a smirk on his face. I don't know why a further explanation was warranted, when it wasn't needed nor appreciated. Bottom line, I am big on customer service and I value courteous and professional service above all else. I will never return to this establishment, and I will advise my family and friends to do the same. To the man who spoke to me and my fiance today, please do better. Closing time is not an excuse to be curt.

The place is a treasure trove when you're doing a reno an need those special pieces to either replace a vintage detail or to use these found vintage architectural details to be repurposed in a space where one want to blend the old with the updated while maintaining the integrity of that particular period. This is NOT for the casual "DIY/ repurposing for resale" kinda folks because the prices are premium here. There was a couple boxes of mid century chair parts (legs & seat/back cushions) inn view of any customer walking through. When asked about the cost, I was told that they were not for sale yet because they hadn't assembled them yet (hence, so they could increase the price). In a "salvage shop", I feel that if you have it OUT for customers to see and they ask you about it, the response should have been a price for the parts as they were. I could obviously see they needed assembly, which meant that I obviously was willing to assemble them (and reupholster them) myself. Anyway, a missed possible sale. I won't be back, but will still refer them to any of my friends/associates who are doing renovations and require authentic pieces. :-)

One of the best architectural salvage businesses I have purchased from. They are very careful about how they remove and store items and don’t have hidden damage! Sinks don’t have cracks, stain glass is stable, responsive to inquiries and are knowledgeable about their treasures. As a decorator and redeveloped I shop about 15 architectural salvage and I rate this on on top!

I always feel like a kid in world's best candy store when I visit this well curated and extensive architectural warehouse filled with two floors of doors, mantles, columns, wainscotting to hard to find bath and kitchen accessories. Reggie, Danielle and the team are always warm, patient and friendly. They're founts of restoration information. I've attended classes in progress on historic paints and plasterwork. I always walk out with a treasure and more knowledge. They're one of Newburgh's best secrets.

What a gem! The store is wonderful - a variety of renovation items at reasonable prices. The best part is the owner, Reggie. He's welcoming, friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. He is passionate about what he does and helping others do the right thing for Newburgh. This will be my first stop for all our renovation and decorating needs.

Unique place, must to visit! The best place to buy authentic doors, windows, bathrooms and other merchandise from 19th century in Hudson Valley. Affordable prices, fast exposition change, woodshop, consignments...

Hudson Valley House Parts is the best kind of salvage store there is. Old doors and windows, mantles, lots of lighting down to interesting knickknacks and oddities. Everything is beautiful, in good condition, well displayed and at a reasonable price. Reggie is a passionate preservationist and has a great eye. It is not your usual dark, dusty and mostly full of junk salvage shop. I could lose myself in there for hours and come out smiling and inspired.

What a find! Stopped in yesterday with my family. Unique, one-of-a-kind pieces at reasonable prices. The owner is kind and welcoming and clearly has a great eye.....great to see this business open on Broadway! Just go....bring your ideas and your friends! And some cash.

Fantastic store and a welcome addition to Newburgh and to Broadway, a great street on its way back to its former grandeur. The store has wonderful artifacts from Hudson Valley mansions, and more modest homes. A great place to shop if you are remodeling a place with character, or if you want to give character to your place. Also a great place to put your own architectural salvage items on consignment. They will sell them for you for a reasonable commission. Reggie Young, the owner, is a savvy and gregarious gentleman, we need more people like him in Newburgh-- I wish him and his store much success. --and their Instagram channel has great pictures of their latest arricals.
