Towed people's car before it even snowed, charged a $150 fee for an action that took 3 minutes. Predatory terrible company that is contributing to the gentrification of newburgh. 👎👎👎
I just wanted to leave a review along with a debt of gratitude for Pat‘s towing service helping us this past Saturday evening. Our front tire blue on route 32 in Newburgh after hitting a pothole. The service technician whose name I did not think to ask for could not have been more friendly or helpful. The call probably went out at 8 PM. He showed up a half an hour later and in the freezing cold changed an incredibly flat tire! He never once complained, and was very diligent, even tapping off the air pressure on our donut. Thank you!!!!!!

Don’t get angry if he says he can’t accept the car the day you go… he knows his capacity & sticks to his word.

Friendly & accommodating. I just moved to the area from LI and realized I needed an inspection. Was able to get in and able to add an oil change & tire rotation along with the inspection.
My dad always talks about Pat's. His father came here, he comes here and he just introduced me to him. I am enjoying his service to my car. I am trusting him with my life as being in a vehicle really is. And I have no fears.

These people are very reliable and don’t take advantage which is one of the things I like most. John there is a really nice guy and I’m lucky I practically live next door.
Pat's is a family tradition. My father went there and I continue the tradition. John is honest and fantastic! Taking my car to him shows that I trust him with my life and he has never failed me.
Consider yourself lucky to get an appointment with John and his staff. This is one of those places where you find a unicorn, a mechanic who is fair, honest, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable. There are a few others we would trust our vehicle too.

John, the owner (long time), is courteous respectful and accommodating.
He guarantees his work. I have been going to him for over ten years, and only found him from word of mouth. Highly Recommend.
I just want people to know that any bad review for Pats Service on this thread is bogus. They complain about his towing tactics and prices and he doesn't even tow. He is being unfairly compared to another company of the same name.
John is so personable, genuine , and honest. If you dont wanna get ripped off, or feel like you got ripped off, then visit Pat's! He has worked on my families vehicles for years and we thank God that there are still honest and pleasant businessman around !
The men who work here are absolutely phenomenal at what they do I’ve been taking my car there for years now they always have time for and are very informative when I have a few questions. I would recommend everyone to go here.
My car broke down at west point on saturday. I called AAA and they sent Pat's out to tow my car. I asked if it could be brought to a place called Bosch's (it was recommended to me by a cadet). Pat's driver told me that Bosch's had closed and moved outside of the free towing radius and that his garage was the one it would be free to tow to. Since their original estimate that it would take until thursday to replace a clutch (yeah. replace a clutch. because that takes four days) was wrong and they told me when i was on my way to get the car that it wouldn't be until monday I looked into the other garage and found out that they're definitely open. It's very rare that I've been treated with such bold faced dishonesty by a business and I just want to let everybody know that this is how Pat's Service Station does business.
