Friendly local shop! Tom, the guy up front is very friendly and honest. The body shop guys did a phenomenal job repairing my car after a deer ran into us. Geico authorized shop, they work with Geico to get an estimate from the adjuster and Enterprise shows up to pick you up with a rental car. This is my second time here and I plan on coming back again. The detailers did a great job making the car spotless after all of the repairs!
Definitely didn’t appreciate being ambushed into an additional charge today without it being discussed prior to me picking my car back up. I absolutely wouldn’t have agreed to a test drive around the block for $135. Left feeling played and disappointed.
Prices are fair, work is done in the timeframe given, and it's a small business that's lasted for a couple decades. I had something small worked on, a fender liner, but after my experience, I would be comfortable bringing larger work to Balmville Collision, too.

This place is amazing!!! My mother was hit from the side pretty bad. Tom went above and beyond to help her with getting the vehicle able to drive again with no charge! My mother offered $10 s a tip and he refused. Amazing service and amazing people here!!
Balmville Collision repaired my Chrysler 300 three times when I was hit. Each time the car looked amazing! With 181k miles it still looks new with replaced front and back ends. About to bring a brand new Cadillac with only 6k miles, hit by a neighbor! I will only bring my cars here; I highly recommend them .
Took a bit longer than we had hoped, but it was worth the wait. Good human beings here, apparently honest and fair. They answer the phone and communicate. Most important, they do good work. We were happy with our repair, and the washing and detailing before return is a professional touch that was much appreciated.

This is a top notch business. It is family owned and operated. The personal attention to detail is amazing. They are so friendly. Terrible customer service and effort. Didn’t plug back in my tail light and blinker. Constant efforts on my end to communicate however never received calls back. Took over 3 weeks for a basic repair. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
They stand behind their work. My car was recently there for damages due to an accident. About 3 weeks after my brand new CV axel that they installed snapped. They replaced it free of charge and I had my car the next day.
They did a great job on my car. Friendly and very helpful. I had went there after being told by the insurance company my rental car would be there.It wasn't (They gave me incorrect information.) With no hesitation one of the guys from Balmville Collision drove me over to enterprise for my rental. After picking my car up it not only looked like no damage was ever done.. they cleaned my car inside and out. Also, they guaranteed their work for as long as I own the car. Great job. Really appreciated their way of business.

Best mechanic I have ever been to! Tom does amazing work, he is honest, thorough, and does whatever he can to fix your car. I have brought my car there several times now and he stops what hes doing to talk to me about whatever the issue is. Tom tells me what he can do and is honest about parts, prices, and when my car will be expected to be fixed. He is a really nice guy and is easy to explain things to, he takes the time to explain what the problems is, and makes sure you understand. The secretary is polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. Great positive atmosphere! Anyone I have talked to about Balmville Collision absolutely loves them and recommends them 100% as I do too!
Was able to get the help I needed immediately to get my brakes checked and for an oil change (two separate occasions) and the price was very affordable! Staff was friendly and patient in explaining issues.
Balmville Collision did an extraordinary job on my car. A car backing out of a parking spot hit the right rear side of my car in 3 different panel spots plus a hubcap. Balmville not only repaired the damage done but waxed and buffed every scratch I had previously from just owning the car, filled in a rust spot from a rock chip, did a tremendous detail inside and out, plus replaced my hub cap all in all week right before the holiday and through the weekend. They were all incrediblely nice and helpful, I'm beyond satisfied and impressed with their work.
