I had an urgent situation last night with my car stuck on an automotive lift, and Jesse’s Power Shop came to the rescue. Jesse arrived within an hour and safely got my car down. Nothing but the best customer service—prompt, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend their service to anyone in need!

We just stopped in with an issue with our truck. They came right out to help us. Took care of the problem, so we are on the road again.

these guys are amazing! had a driver shred a tire on his trailer and made it to a Pilot which of course did not have a shop and buy luck I found these guys right down the street from the pilot they also go under Capasso tires, I have been in transportation operations a long time and have had dealing's with many shops and road services and have had my share of headaches with them. these guys were not only friendly they were fast and communicated great. if you are in the Newburgh, NY are in need of truck service you cannot go wrong with them. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Overall it was an ok experience. The people are nice. The price a little bit to high for the job. Minimum $175 labor plus other parts and materials. P.S. the shop is not suited for tractor and trailer.

I broke down on my way upstate from Florida and was lucky I found this shop on Google .they let me stay in parking lot over night and the next day got me in pretty early and started to work on my coach . The mechanic hooked up the computer and looked for codes .after talking with me we felt that it needed fuel filters and water separator filter .when the work was done the owner and I took it for a ride and I was back on road . These guys are very good mechanics and communicated with me on every move they did .so if your in the Newburg NY and are in need help give them a call you will be happy you did. I give them a 10 plus on work and price .

From long island ny. Hit a horrendous pot hole on the highway. Mid evening, 1st one to come up on Google services. When I called he took the time to route me to another person. So I could get my tire fixed. This was after hours and they still came threw and helped me. Above and beyond courtesy. Excellent help appreciated.

Called for tire service. Young man was to us in 15 min. Obviously knew what he was doing! Fixed our valve issue & reinflated tire! He was very courteous & friendly. Very reasonable price. Would definitely use in future travels if needed!

Let me just start out this review with a huge shout out to Bill and Ashley at Jesse's. At close to closing time in desperation Jesse's Power Shop came up as the nearest RV service as we had just experienced a lock-up of one of our front brake calipers on our 24 foot class C RV. Even though it was close to closing time Bill advised me on the phone that we could safely drive the 5 miles to their location where they would be prepared to let us park overnight and repair our vehicle the next day. We were so relieved as my wife and I were also traveling with our two Golden Retrievers and were not willing to leave them alone in the RV. Bill provided us with a line to shore power so we could keep the A/C running given the temps were in the 90's and the following day Ashley gave us two quotes with options for a quick repair or a more complete job on both front wheels. The price quoted was very fair and we opted for the complete job. Due to a delay in parts arrival the job was not done until late in the day. Bill, Ashley and the rest of the crew stayed on after closing to let us test drive the RV and helped hook up our towed automobile to get us on our way. Thanks for a great emergency experience from a travelling couple and doggies from Massachusetts. We highly recommend this business and their team.

Very reliable company! The mechanics are very knowledgeable, respectful and know how to get the job done, the right way! Jesse's power shop went above and behind to help me with my truck in a very timely matter as well, their dedication to customer service really shines. The owners are incredible, kind hearted people who really care about their customers, I will be using them for all my mechanic needs and would definitely recommend anyone in need of any mechanical work - check them out! They also make hydraulic hoses on site!

So my trailer broke down I had no idea Who to call a friend of mine suggested Jessie's power shop. I had a conversation with Jessie i sent him photos within a few hours he had his team on it. I thought I will have to replace A lot of parts and will cost a fortune. They were able to fix the problem in no time For a fraction of what I thought it will cost. They were so professional, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them Will definitely use them again if needed.

Jesse’s Power Shop saved our family vacation! We were traveling from Vermont to North Carolina and developed an issue that made it impossible to drive. Local dealers and mechanics could not see us for 3-5 days. We pulled into Jesse’s at 4:55, explained our situation and within 5 minutes they had our truck jacked up and tire off. Had us back on the road within the hour. You don’t see service like that these days. Thank you very much to the guys at Jesse’s!

I called late on a Sunday night. I thought I was going to leave a voicemail for someone to call me. The owner Jesse answered after the second ring. He was very helpful and responsive. He was at my house within a matter of two hours and resolved the issue for me so quickly. I was beyond thankful and impressed with the service and professionalism. Not that I’m looking forward to another machine breaking but I’d be glad to have Jesse and his company help me again, no one better to call! Outstanding service.

During a recent snowstorm Jesse and his team did a 4am road call and got out skid steer back up and running. Very responsive and rates were very reasonable for 4am during a blizzard. Jesse has the parts and the knowledge to fix anything with hydraulics or a motor. 5 stars from us!

Jesse and his team were very professional and timely. I called with a mechanical issue on our skid steer that we had on a job site and they were out on-site within one hour to repair. The tech was knowledgeable and professional and the repair was done immediately which was a tremendous help! Thank you Jesse and team for your assistance!

I happened to pass by. Saw the sign, decided to call for my stripped starter bolt holes. Previous shops that I attempted to call told me its a 2 day wait just to look at it, or that I'll need a new transmission. A few minutes after I called I brought my truck over. Within two hours it was done. Jesse, the owner is a super nice, super friendly guy. His character itself is enough to make it my new favorite shop. They do everything there. Welding, engines, transmissions, and most importantly they don't try to screw you over (even if they can). The price was very reasonable and I got this burden off my head. 10/10 I'm using this place in the future.

I am writing on behalf of my brother and sister-in-law who were in a very stressful situation while traveling in their RV... they were stranded on the side of the road and lucky enough to connect with Jesse's Power Shop who showed up to help them. Jesse was extremely professional and empathetic to their situation - he and Conner worked all night with limited lighting and did not leave until everything was perfect. Originally - by other Shops - they were told it would take days to fix the RV, but Jesse promised and delivered on getting them on the road by the end of the night.
