They walk you through the full process, deal with insurance directly, making sure all items are included. If your vehicle isn't showroom ready, it doesn't get released. Richard and Andy have decades of experience and you will never go wrong. They are the only body shop I use or recommend !
Andy is amazing! My daughter’s car is beyond perfect, almost better than the day we got it off the lot. He made sure the insurance company understood all the issues, kept us informed on the progress and would not sign off until the car was to his standard. I 100% recommend using New Windsor Collision!

I have been going to Andy at NWCC for about 10 years now. They have done work on several cars for me throughout the years including a C7 Z06, Mercedes Benz GLS450, Mercedes Benz CLS 53AMG & GLE 53AMG. New Windsor Collision is always our go to when we need any kind of bodywork. They recently repaired my daughter’s car after someone hit it in a parking lot. They made the process smooth and easy even when our insurance company was being difficult. The work was flawless, and you would never have been able to tell that there was an accident.

I can’t say enough about New Windsor Collision! My car was involved in an accident that was no fault of mine. The insurance company right away gave me what they thought it would cost . I knew it would be a lot more than what was originally given and a bit worried. I was assured by Andy that he would deal with contacting the other persons insurance company and that I didn’t have anything to worry about. He gave me a time frame of a few days to fix it. Not only was it done on time but it was done perfectly and everything with the insurance company was handled as well.. Can’t thank Andy and his team at New Windsor Collision enough for a great job!! Highly recommend.

New Windsor Collision is by far the best place to send your car. My family has been sending our cars here for years and we wouldn't go any where else. Recently, my car needed to be fixed from hitting a deer. Not only was their communication great, but they made sure that everything in my car was perfect before I got it back. They went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate that! They even checked in after to make sure my car was ok! Because of them the whole process was smooth and easy! The Gayton's go above and beyond for their customers! I can't say enough about them! Thanks guys!
I just picked up my Lincoln MKZ yesterday from Andy and Rich at New Windsor Collision. My car was hit on the front right side. The color was very difficult to match. The guys had to make three different orders. They are perfectionist and will not let a car be released without matching perfectly! They also thoroughly cleaned the inside and out plus added wax. My car looked as good as the day I bought it brand new almost two years ago. Great job! i highly recommend New Windsor Collision!

One of the best collision centers around in the Newburgh area. I have been using them for over 20 years! Anytime I have a a scratch or if I know somebody that has problems with their car I tell everybody to go there. They’re so friendly and you feel like you’ve been friends forever they treat everybody wonderfully. Highly highly recommend.
After getting into a front end collision and seeing how much damage there was to my 2014 Toyota Camry, I called New Windsor Collision. Andy assured me that everything was going to be ok, and that I could be the car right over. He helped me set up a car rental on the spot and I was amazed how fast the process was.
He did an amazing job on my car and way ahead of schedule, my insurance company said it might take up to 15 days which I thought was reasonable, he did it in 8 days. Absolutely amazing, I gave him and the shop 10 stars.

I have been bringing my cars here for over 10 years and have never been let down. I even brought my motorcycle over for a custom paint job and it came out amazing. Hands down best customer service and craftsmanship. The best part is they pick up the car I live nowhere near them. Love this shop. I wish everyone was as good to their customers as they are.
