I can't begin to say how pleased I am with the way my car looked when I picked it up from repairs from an accident. It looked like I just left the showroom. The service was excellent. I can't recommend Papaleos enough. Absolutely wonderful work.

Just went in there to get my car checked, I don’t know what his name is but he’s an older gentleman. He was completely rude barely let me speak and told me that my car was to wrecked without even taking a looking at it . HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT COMING HERE !

Papaleo's is a family-run business with high standards for service and a meticulous attention to detail when restoring cars. I have had about five opportunities to use their services and have never been disappointed.The last time I brought my vehicle in, the inspection was slightly overdue. Without even mentioning it to me, or charging me extra, they took care of the problem. My car truly looked like new - inside and out - when they returned it to me. Very satisfied with the service. Excellent customer service. It took 3 weeks to complete the repair but my car was looking great like new. It would be great if repair can be completed faster. I was fine with long time because Body shop provided me same model (Tesla Model Y) rental car.

My 2018 GLC 300 got scratches (looks like keying) and other minor damages to bumper and near the hood, etc. The car was dirty since I drove from Texas to New York with all the dust, bird poop, etc. I wanted to get scratches and dents fixed so that the car doesn't look bad. I went to a local auto dealer body shop to get an estimate of the repair. Once they told me their estimate, I was very disappointed, because the damage is mostly cosmetic and the estimate was in multiple thousands. After coming back, I researched local autobody shop and called Papaleo's. The call answered on the first ring and a polite, friendly and professional voice listened to my non-technical explanation of the car damage and asked when can I bring to examine. I was given immediate appointment and my car was looked and told me that I can drop off the car in the morning and pickup in the afternoon. I promptly dropped off the car and within about 4 hours, I received call that my car is ready for pickup. When I saw my car, I was speechless, it's shining including the tires! The car was cleaned inside out and the scratches were gone and the car looked like new. I should not been surprised because the way they kept office, one can expect exceptional care Papaleo's do their work. I am writing this to let everybody know that in Newburgh, NY, we have an honest, quality focused and a professional Auto Body business! I highly recommend Papaleo's for anyone who look for an honest and trust worthy body shop without going to multiple shops to get an estimate. Bought a brand new tesla and less than a month later, someone dented my side door. after going to other autobody shops for estimates, I decided to go with Papaleos. They are fair and honest and somehow got the dent completely out of the door like it never happened! there is another certified tesla shop closer to me, but I drove over an hour to use Papaleos and if I ever need another autobody shop, I will not hesitate to make the drive again!

I spoke with the owner and he told me what he had to do with my car and the time it would take. They also had a rental car there for me to use. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

My experience having my Tesla Model Y repaired at Papaleo’s was excellent. After examining my car Ben explained what needed to be done, how he would deal with the insurance company and that, unfortunately it would take a long time to complete due to the wait time on parts. The long time notwithstanding, the repair was perfect, there was no problem with the insurance and every interaction I had with Ben, his brother and Adriana, their most efficient office manager, was polite, professional and informative. I hope to never have to use Papaleo’s again, but I will if necessary and would recommend them to friends and family.

Papaleo's is a certified Tesla body repair shop. In December when coming back from vacation, I found that my car was hit by a tree limb in the front fender. I decided to send my car to Papaleo's for repair via my insurance. They were very friendly and was up front with me that it will be weeks to get the parts needed (Due to Tesla). The parts came in March and a little over a month later the car was fixed. They were very kind as I called for updates throughout. The work is perfect. Yes it took long, but it was no fault if their own. This will be my go to body shop from now on.

Papaleo's repaired my X5 M Competition back to better than brand new when I unfortunately hit a deer back in December. I, hands down, would recommend this shop. Benny and his team did an absolutely stunning repair job and made sure that nothing but the best was used on my car to restore it back to original. This is my second time bringing one of my vehicles to this shop and every time I am beyond impressed by the end result. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to make sure their vehicle is done right and will end up looking better than when it went in.

I am so happy with my experience at Papaleo's. My brand new Ram Promaster was hit by a drunk driver in Aug 2021. I was able to quickly engage the team at Papaleo's and get parts ordered for the repair. Benny and Adrianna were great at handling getting everything covered by the other drivers insurance company. Due to circumstances out of their control (pandemic related supply chain issues) it took quite some time to get the parts, but as soon as they were in they worked quickly to get my extensive repair completed and did an excellent job. Papaleos Is an extremely professional auto body service. They did a wonderful job repairing my car after a devastating accident. When finished, the car looked perfect as though it had never been hit. My steering had also been damaged and they did a wonderful job on repairing that as well. Ben, one of the owners, was extremely caring, courteous, and sensitive to my predicament. I would recommend this business 100% to anyone.
