I needed to print some documents for the Chinese consulate just down the street. Came in, connected to their wifi, and printed those three documents: $1.50 per page for color, $1 per page for black and white. Easy in and out errand and friendly staff.
I honestly should’ve listened to the one-star reviews before going here. The cashier was really rude and unhelpful. He gave me unsolicited advice, and when I didn’t get it, he got frustrated and started making belittling remarks. Instead of explaining things clearly, he just got more condescending and refused to clarify anything further. The whole situation was uncomfortable and the way he handled the situation was inappropriate.
Additionally, everything in the store was overpriced but I do understand I was paying for the convenience. I think it's more concerning that after paying, I wasn’t given a receipt or an option to get a receipt, which made me concerned about possible hidden fees that customers aren’t informed about. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless they improve their customer service and transparency.
I experience extreme paranoid cashier and workers. Everyone that enters is a potential thief to them. I do not recommend spending your money on this establishment because you will be supporting and enabling them.
What they sell you can purchase at a supermarket and not pay twice the cost in this convenience store. Avoid this store.
Freedom News One is a gem of a convenience store located right on 42nd Street, which is the heart of New York City. They have literally everything you could think of. The variety of products is amazing – from everyday essentials to more unique and adventurous items. Just take a look at the pictures to see for yourself! Whether you need sex pills, vibrators, condoms, lubes, poppers, whips, or any other crazy stuff, they’ve got it all.
The prices are fair enough, especially considering the prime location. You won't feel like you're overpaying even though you're in one of the most bustling parts of the city. The staff is friendly and discreet, and the store is well-organized. Definitely a one-stop shop for all your needs. Highly recommend checking it out!
These guys are literally stealing from customers. Their prices are twice as much as just next door and on top of that they charge 4% if you use a credit card so that they can avoid tax!!!!! avoid at all costs!

If you have to print from phone or laptop, you connect to their WiFi, and choose their printer named Brother. Their WiFi is called netgear. It is $1 per page - front and back printing so $1 for both. I had an easier time printing from phone than from laptop.

Like others have mentioned, they will attempt to scam you by charging more in "taxes" and by default will not provide you with a receipt. I purchased a phone charger from here for 13.99, which is expensive but, whatever, you pay for convenience. How, then, was my credit card charged 15.79 (12.9% in taxes) when the city/state tax is 8.875%?
I would like to share my experience regarding what has been the most deceitful convenience store encounter in my life.
While on my way home, I stopped at this convenience store to purchase 6 packs of beer priced at $10.99. However, upon checking my receipt later, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged $18.05 instead. It was only after reaching home that I realized this error, as the cashier had swiftly pressed the "no receipt" button and bid me farewell almost instantaneously.
The discrepancy between the advertised price of $10.99 and the actual charge of $18.05 at this convenience store is truly baffling. The lack of transparency displayed is not only disappointing but also unethical.
This experience has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and appalled by the dishonest practices of this convenience store. Establishments that engage in such dishonesty should not be allowed to operate without consequence. I sincerely hope that potential customers come across this review and take it into consideration before deciding to make a purchase.
If you pay with card thn get ready to be fool from them. They are cheaters and scammers. They charge 2 different taxes with their 2 registers. If you complain that why did you charge that much for pack of cigarettes thn the short guy work at day time give you a big lecture about quitting smoking even though it’s non of his business. He does because he knows that he cheat on everyone with high price and double tax with 2 different registers
Bad customer service. They keep Expired products sometimes and when you complain they behave very rudely to you and blame you that it’s your fault not to see it before leaving the store. They never give money back. They charge double taxes with 2 different registers. Mostly on card they charge twice a tax.

Rude staff. Prices are high and they look like are risen as you approach the cashier, not meaning + taxes. You've the feel that they charge as much as they consider. Price tags are only approximate.
