The Brookdale/Vesey St location is my favorite Oliver Peoples shop -- in fact, it's my favorite place to get eyeglasses, hands down! Vanessa and her colleagues are all terrific -- helpful without being pushy, and they really know what they're doing. The selection of frames is fantastic, and the quality is top-notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my specs!

a great first set of experiences with Oliver Peoples! i have been on the search for a new pair of blue light glasses for everyday wear. as someone who is sensitive to light, prone to headaches, and has low-bridge features, this has not been an easy task. Genesis and Frandy were both helpful in providing guidance when i asked questions, while not being pushy. they were also patient as i mulled over this decision as it is quite an investment. i love my glasses and highly recommend this specific location!

I recently purchased a pair of prescription glasses from this OP location, and Frandy was extremely helpful. He helped me pick out all the necessary options for my eye glasses and was extremely knowledgeable about every option OP offered. He was very transparent on the cost of each option, and made sure I was getting the right things and helped me get a great deal. Very nice experience on a sunday. Brought in my oliver peoples sunglasses, screw and washer had fell off frame. They fixed it no problem in 2 hours. Extremely professional. These are also my favorite sunglasses of all time. Maverick i think its called!!

i recently purchased a pair of gregory peck eyeglasses, and one of the arms became suddenly tight. i brought it in to the oliver peoples location in brookfield place. genesis greeted me right away, immediately understood the issue, and quickly applied oil to both hinges. good as new! highly recommended this location.

Got great advice and help when my work glasses frame came apart and I needed urgent assistance. Vanessa and her team at this Brookfield location were just great. Today I left the store smiling, with my replacement frame fitted with my original lenses. Very satisfied as I was able to retain my special lenses - all thanks to Vanessa's advise on how to find the replacement frame, and then fitting it as I waited - all out of good will. Very happy!

Vanessa (store manager) has always been fantastic - warm, personable, knowledgeable, and with a good eye for selecting frames that will suit her clients. It's no surprise that my husband and I came in when he needed new frames. I didn't think it possible, but Genesis and Frandy are equally outstanding in terms of warmth, professionalism, and a keen eye for frames. I ended up picking up a new pair for myself as well, and we are both very happy with our frames.
They were very patient and accommodating when my husband had a last minute change of heart about the color of his frame, too, and helped us to make that change.
I'll also add that they have been terrific with ongoing maintenance of frames (I've popped in for adjustments when I've needed them).
I love my new Oliver People's glasses! The frames are adorable, of course, but initially I had trouble with my prescription. Vanessa patiently worked with me to troubleshoot and gave me specific actions to remedy the issue, I greatly appreciate her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism which helped me to rectify my prescription problem. Vanessa told me that she would make sure I loved my new glasses and she delivered. I would not hesitate to Oliver Peoples, and specifically the Brookfield location and Vanessa.
