Very irresponsible I brought things that I needed to return that were very heavy, and they just casually told me oh we don’t have enough boxes and send me away with no solution and no desire to even try to help resolve the situation. I’m very disappointed.

I had the worst experience doing returns with this staples store tonight. The young lady clerk found every excuse not to help me with returns. First item, you didn’t buy at this Staples so I can’t help with the return bec we don’t stock this item here . Second item was bought more than 2 wks ago, so I can’t help with the return. Third item, you didn’t have physical receipt so I can’t help you ( even though I showed her order number on my email confirmation). I went to another Staples on upper west side, they took care of the returns with no problem. I hope this Staples will train the staff better in the future.

Brought a large water color painting because I was told they could scan it on their industrial scanner… come in store with the painting just to be told it’s not a bed scanner but a rolling scanner and that they can’t scan it… I just wish people listened on the phone when I call ahead of time to verify info! :(

Had to run in last minute to reprint lost boarding passes for an overseas vacation. Service was quick and cheap $1.39 for 4 very import pages.

went to Staples at Broadway and 57th Street associate was very helpful in identifying the ink needed for my printer. he was also able to take my used cartridges and apply the cartridges to my account so I was able to get a discount on the printer ink. I was very happy with my transaction.

This review is for Jadyn (Jaden? not sure on spelling) who helped me on 4/17/25 when the 4 self-serve printers broke. He was able to print on demand in the back and it SAVED ME. I needed 40 copies of a flyer for a client. This was after her attempted to fix all 4 printers at the same time. He was very understanding and kind, this man deserves a raise and a promotion!

Printing, copying and marketing services. Passport photos. Printers, some travel accessories, office supplies and everything shipping. Amazon, UPS, USPS etc. tape, bubble wrap and all box sizes. Very nice

The workers were really nice, but this isn’t a full office supply store like other main staples, just print / copy.

Lovely experience with Shelly the Printing & Marketing person at this Broadway location. I had a standard 5x7 matt card printed - it was so easy to get this done and Shelly was terrific at helping me thru the process. Got everything done in one day - picked up the next day. Thank you!

KATHINA in an amazing person who helped me a lot when I was in NY for the UN summit. I was going to that location three if not four times a day. She was never tired of me and helped me with all the printing (a lot ). Thank you again I appreciate you. Jacady was also very welcoming and very helpful with all the shopping I was doing. They both are Amazing asset to the location. Good job Ladies.

The service I received at the Staples Store on Broadway between 56-57 St was excellent! Both the Manager, Roger, and I think a new employee, Xavier were so understanding and flexible as I had a rather difficult problem with my printer. They went out of their way to help me Ronnie G

I had an exceptional experience with Kevin Jarrett. He was incredibly kind, patient, and very effective in helping me. His knowledge and willingness to assist made the whole process so much easier. I highly suggest keeping such an amazing employee, as he is a tremendous asset and truly goes above and beyond for customers. Honestly, someone like Kevin deserves a raise for the outstanding service he provides!

I just visited this Staples to purchase a new printer and had absolutely, hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE from both the young man and the young lady (Melissa). Both absolutely kind, gracious, helpful and very engaging people, excellent representatives for Staples and I WILL return to this store purch AND say hello. Congratulations to all, and again, TYVM team Staples for hiring quality staff.

There are so many things we cannot do without Staples. Other than shipping and office supplies, there's a KeyMe machine in the store that you can duplicate keys. How cool is that! Tip: This store opens every day and on weekends (thanks goodness), but the weekend hours are latter than weekdays.

It's a good store for its size, but there are two problems with it: 1) The customers are often rude and demanding, often threatening to leave malicious reviews in retaliation for being told what the store policy on certain things are. One of the associates was very direct with them and the customers claimed he was being rude to them (it doesn't help that this Staples is right down the road from Billionaire's Row, Juilliard, and Carnegie Hall, which explains why the clientele is obnoxiously demanding). This segues into... 2) ...the assistant "manager." You can hear her in the back (I think the clerks said her name is "Katrina" or something) yelling at the people doing the printing. If this is how the workers are treated then I'd hate to see how regular customers are treated.

Mostly come here to do UPS and one time surrendered an old printer to be recycled, since they accept electronics for recycling. Grateful they provide these services to the community. Also grateful for the convenience of buying necessary things like labels for moving or document sleeves that one needs in a pinch.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when we came in to take passport photos of our 1-week old baby. The manager Kathina was incredibly patient with us and she as well as her associate took their time to ensure the baby was comfortable. Shout out to her awesome idea of taking the photo against our baby's white bassinet bed! Thank you again

I just had a great experience at this location today and feel compelled to state publicly that the team here is wonderful. I made a REAL mess of a print order - it was my fault, but the Staples team (you know who you are) helped me immensely and they didn’t have to! I don’t print often, but I will go back because this team has my trust and gratitude. Thank you!!

Convenient location but the service is not the best. Went in to find out about a large print order and waited on line over 20 minutes before I was able to speak with someone. And that person was unable to help me. They should look into getting more staff to keep wait times down.

Best customer service I’ve ever received from Jason. He went out of his way to help me ship a poster in need of flat packaging. He explained the process and was super friendly the entire time. I think he sets a bar and hope Staples recognizes the good he’s doing for the company

Pat was so helpful and so very patient. I am so happy with the end product which I could not have created without her help. Really everyone there was so nice. This was a one-time thing for a birthday but I almost wish I had another project just to go back there. I feel good.

I came in to pick up an order of papers I sent out last night. Double sided. I came in and they gave me a 300 page single sided papers. I was very frustrated because the main reason I ordered it online in the first place was so that I could come in and get out. Quickly. Now I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it right. The manager was very professional and made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the new papers. He ended up giving me the new ones for free even when I offered to pay for it. The manager there is Great and understand customer service. In general, I would hope that in the future, they would be more organize especially when it comes to online orders. That should have a high priority considering people are doing that in advance.
