The Z Miami Special Edition - Super 73 was Sold Out every where I called, also Sold out on line . I finally found this store in New York that had the e-bike I needed for my grandson. I ordered it on Wednesday, December 17 and it was delivered to Florida on Monday, December 22 right in time for Christmas. I had an issue with a brand new Segway scooter. The Last Mile is an authorized repair center so I dropped it off. Then I had another issue and I dropped it off again, all within 2 months of my purchase. The staff there is always always super helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Pete and Nick! Their patience and professionalism should be a standard across the board. Not only is my scooter fixed but Nick took the time to stay with me and make sure the firmware updated and I was able to bind again and have my settings where I prefer them to be. I’m trusting these guys with my life as I’m riding on something they fixed, and my trust couldn’t be higher. Thanks The Last Mile for making sure I’m ABLE to go that last mile.
very quick service and the communication was spot on. i dropped of my bike to find out what was wrong with it. Paid to have it diagnosed, and they told me I should receive a call in a couple days to let me know what's going on. they actually stuck exactly to the timeline and were very professional in their interaction. Broke everything down for me even let me know about a couple things that i pointed out and gave me options to repair it. Love the service will recommend and they will be my future service spot.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Helped fix my charging issue at no cost, and filed a warranty for me. This will now be my regular shop to service my jackrabbit e-bike
1st time visiting need ninebot max g30 repaired and Brian (Technician) was great from beginning to end with periodic updates. Owner and his team is great at what they do and will visit again!
Stopped by with 2 e-bikes that each had brake cable problems. Despite not serving the brand, Last Mile fixed them for free. Very knowledgeable and great service!
Although this is a great bike shop, when it comes to maintenance, this place is fair. There is always a song in dance why it takes your bike a week for it to simply be repaired. They never have enough manpower, which increases the wait time.
Stopped in for the first time today will say surprisingly no issue of finding parking.
Walked in and was stunned by the amount of bikes boards and one wheels that were avaliable. Very nice shop with open service bay with an bike being serviced.
Was greated by a employee as I walked in and helped me out in my search for rims and gears for my Eboard with great knowledge and hospitality. Was in and out.

Great group of people here. Getting a test ride on a Jackrabbit to see if it was for me was an easy process, and the staff were very helpful in setting me up. A few days later when I decided to pull the trigger on an XG_Pro w/ the Kinekt seatpost, They sent me an invoice so that I could pay and they would have the XG_Pro ready for pick-up. Went the following day, picked up my XG_Pro fully charged and the Kinekt seatpost installed, and ready to ride back home. Easy-peasy. Highly recommended.

Stumbled into LAST MILE almost two years ago after becoming interested in heavier-duty e-bikes to replace my third stolen bicycle. Now, two years into owning one of their Super73 R-Adventure Series bikes, I can't imagine getting around NYC any other way. The team are experts in all things bike fixes and have been wonderful support over the years. Great, great place to go if you're at all curious.
Visited this shop yesterday to start my e-bike journey. Super chill staff very knowledgeable and passionate. They answered all my questions very truthfully without trying to upsell! Purchased my first jackrabbit bike the same day.
I can't say enough good things about this business! I recently purchased a E Ride Pro from them, and the owner and staff were excellent! They were attentive to my questions and concerns. A few weeks after the purchase there was factory issue with the bike. I called the store and spoke with Jonathan. Without hesitation he apologized and said to bring the bike back and they will take a care any issue. I have delt with 3 electric bike businesses in the past year and Last Mile is by far the best. I will only purchase from them from now on. Like I said... they are professional, courteous, friendly and attentive!!!!!
Did my recent bike service at last mile. Changed my brakes rotors and pads. They did the awesome job and brakes feel steady and brand new. Love it service and job there! High recommend.

The people working here are very kind and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I had flat tires on both the front and rear of my scooter. Especially, black gummy residue was coming out from the tires and dirtying the wheels. Before the repair, they disclosed and itemized each cost to me so I could understand.
The repair was completed within the timeframe they provided before the work started.
So I bought a E ride pro SS from them about month ago everything went smooth to the help in the store to even buying the bike. Love the bike everything work out. Now I previously bought two other bikes from the shop one the super 73 RX and the Onyx RCR and I had a bad experience with them with the Onyx, but it seemed like they turned their store around and I had a good experience with the E ride pro SS. And most people will ask why would you go back and I would respond and say sometimes a second chance is worth it
My bike was out of commission for several weeks… Gave it to these friendly humans who got me back on the road within a couple of hours! Cool shop with helmets and other gear displayed. I regret not buying my super73 directly from them. Will be back. Thank you so much!
Amazing customer service! I couldn’t find the accessories I was looking for (EFOC lights for an Evolve board) in the UK but Last Mile helped me get what I wanted when I had a friend in town. Next time I’m in NYC I’ll buy these guys a beer! Thanks for the stickers too!
I love this shop… I got my Evolve GTR board there. They fixed it up for me after The Unspeakable Occurrence on 35th Street, good as new. I also picked up an Onirique there recently, and then popped by one day to get some Shred Lights installed on it. It’s great to know I can come by and have my gear serviced by pros! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended
I had an awesome experience at this e-bike shop! The folks there were super friendly and patient, helping me out with all my e-bike queries. They've got a great variety of e-bikes to choose from, so I had plenty of options.
I ended up finding the perfect e-bike for my daily commute, and they were really cool about explaining all the bike's features and how to take care of it. Their customer service was top-notch.
The vibe in the shop was really chill, and you can tell they're passionate about e-bikes. If you're in the market for one, I totally recommend checking out this shop. They made the whole process enjoyable and hassle-free.
This is a re-write of my old review (I bought a second scooter from them so i figure i would)
I first got the Dualtron mini, Amazing Custumer service from grace and pete as always, always happy to answer all my questions and concerns. But since then I needed to upgrade my scooter and when i came back to Last Mile the Pete talked was always happy to help and the most important thing is that is he did upsell me and thats what I appreciated the most. I under up getting the cheap of the two scooters I was looking to buy.
But yeah other amazing products and I think anyone looking to buy a scooter should definitely see them first!
Great looking shop with lots of the new ebikes and they support the warranty from super 73 in this location which is a huge huge plus. I also notice they have the right accessories that are very popular like the Erban basket and kanebilt lights etc I wouldn’t shop anywhere when they have everything here including the service to your bike!

I just stopped in Last Mile NYC and I've got to say, "wow". I had no idea this place was here and was blown away when I walked in. They have so many amazing electric skateboards, scooters, and bikes from the inexpensive to the over the top expensive. I saw an $18,000 bike that in another life I would love to buy. I ended up getting a Dualtron Thunder which is an amazing machine. They have a full time mechanic that helped me setup my scooter and sent me on my way. Everything about this shop wreaked cool and I'm really happy I stopped in and bought my electric scooter with this crew
Brian and Peter are the best. Thanks for waiting up for me to come and buy my Evolve GTR. Wish i could buy one if everything. Best of luck with the store.
