As a small repair shop we started out buying our parts from the big chain stores. As we grew and were spending a lot of money on parts we found our customers could still buy their own parts "over the counter" for the same price and sometimes less with discounts than we could. We had purchased some parts from United but then they hired Justin as our sales rep. He goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and pricing that we can pass on to the customer and save them money! With all business' sometimes issues arise and with one call to Justin he does whatever it takes to solve the problem and fast. The only time I buy parts anywhere else is if they are unavailable at United. I hope management keeps Justin as my salesman forever (or at least until I retire)! The best parts store around this area. The counter is staffed with extremely helpful and knowledgable. The prices are always much less than the big name stores. Anyone can walk in here and buy parts at wholesale prices as long as you are doing the repair. DO NOT BUY PARTS TO TAKE AND HAVE REPAIRED AT A GARAGE!! That is extremely rude and most times not even allowed.
