I have dealt with Advantage for 20+ years. Brett, Michelle and Matt are always professional, knowledge and helpful! They stock a lot of parts and almost always have what I need on the shelf or can get it quickly.
I also like that they can get most parts in an economy line or a premium brand, so you have the options to save money or get a better grade of part!
I was a car accident in front of the store. The couple that own Advantage auto store were nothing but kind to me. This was my first accident (20 yo) and I don't have family up here aside from my husband. The kind Gentleman brought us inside and gave us water. The woman could see that I was definitely freaked out and helped me calm my nerves. They guided me on what to do and recommended different body shop/rental companies. He also gladly gave a report to the officer. He let me leave my car there unattended to wait for a toe truck so that I didn't have to wait the 2+ hours. I 100% think that they are people worth supporting instead of using chain auto store in the area. They were a true Godsend for me today. I will forever be grateful the people in the store, after everything he told me to let them know if i needed anything.
