My son had a wreck that almost killed him on Easter Sunday. He was is the hospital for a week with a fractured hip. My son tried to commit suicide over his woman who told him to go kill himself like 50 times.
We tried to get my son’s license and his wallet out the car we were refused. We were told that even with the New York State law “that no one can hold somebody’s personal property or information inside of a car regardless if they pay or not,” We could not get his ID or wallet. The guy Josh called my husband tonight by telling us that if we didn’t pay $3100 we cannot get my son‘s license or his wallet out of the car. I told him my daughter works for a lawyer. He told me “go ahead, I will see you in court you won’t win.” “A woman tried to get her personal items out of the car a few weeks ago and she took me to court and lost.” Word for word. He said he told me he didn’t understand or know the circumstances around my son‘s accident, but still if he didn’t pay the $3100, He would not get his license or his wallet which I think is crap. My son had to have his documents because his ex would destroy his property. No one should be able to hold somebody’s information like that! If it was speakers or CDs or something stupid like that I could understand, but this is his license and his wallet he had his Social Security number in there. He had his birth certificate in there! He has all of his important documents i and they wouldn’t let him get them out! Even though he called and had his car totaled out by the insurance company.
It wouldn’t have been as bad, but this guy told me “I will see you in court” “fine” “whatever” and “you won’t win either !” I would not use this place for my towing needs or recommend Josh to anyone. They are very shady and don’t care about their customers or people in general. I mean it was just a horrible experience overall I almost lost my son and now I have to replace every document he’s ever had and worry about somebody stealing his identity. Beware of this towing company.
Josh drove over an hour to come pull me out of the snow when no one else would. Just a super cool guy despite the horrible weather conditions. I was also very low on gas and he followed me to the gas station in case I didn’t make it. Thanks Josh. Your the best!
Man, you cannot ask for a better towing service. Josh and his border collie companion have done two separate jobs for me and I couldn’t be happier. Josh is a honest hard working guy who knows a thing or two about towing, and has given me more than reasonable rates while responding in a timely manner. I’ve always been a firm believer in supporting small business and Josh’s towing company is a prime example why. I would not hesitate to call Josh again if I need a towing service and I’d highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Josh!!
Broke down Sunday on the highway in our Motorhome with a blown Airbag. Josh was called out by our roadside assistance company. He was given wrong info on the size of our motorhome, so was not able to tow us. But instead of leaving us on the road, used his connections, got a technician to come out and get the Motorhome in a position to drive a few miles to a Service center to be worked on the next day. He made sure we were in a safe place for the night. Appreciated the extra effort.

I drive a truck and pull a 3500lb trailer. I was on a customers property and got stuck in the yard. I was told it was ok to drive on the lawn. Unfortunately it was not. After I called Josh he came out with his bigger truck and pulled me out. I was about 300 feet from where he could sadly get me hooked up. It was nothing for his rig to get me out. Thanks for saving the day sir!
We broke down on Mother's Day 2022. Not a good day to breakdown. Josh's Towing was there for us. We cheered when we saw his truck coming to our rescue. I cannot say thank you enough for helping us and thank you for your prompt, kind, and professional service.
I was devastated right before Christmas 2021, when I was pulled over for a suspended registration because of a lapse of insurance. My mother had been in hospital four times in two months during summer and was too sick to pay attention to bills.
Anyway, the State Trooper called Josh’s Towing for the impound. He was there within 20 minutes. The car was at the shop from Thursday until the Thursday right before Christmas weekend. As a single mom, I was struggling with Christmas, as it was. Now left without transportation, a viable means to get to work from out of town, and no money hardly for Christmas, let alone a hefty impound charge. The charge was close to $600 for the days…with a couple days not charged and half price to town car to my home. I was devastated. The car would have to sit and accrue fees…I had no choice. Josh’s Father and josh called me on the phone, knowing how upset I was. They asked if I had kids and how old….2 girls, 11 and 14. They said they would drop the car off the next day, and would have a gift for my kids (nice hat and mitten set) and asked if I could come up with a $100 bucks. My heart filled with gratitude…I was so very blessed at that moment and relieved. Both Josh’s said: “Merry Christmas to you and your girls!” Words can not express how very thankful I am!
