Very Reasonable price, and friendly staff

I was on hold for over 15 minutes and passed around to 5 different people. Then I ended up hanging up anyways because my bussines phone was ringing of the hook. What a bad way to conduct business. Ended up buying the parts elsewhere.

Other than Rob from the Syracuse call center this place is Not someplace I'd deal with again. Prepay for parts then they had trouble fulfilling the order. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to be handed a part that was more rusty that the one i was replacing. No service desk you call and the come out a lo ked door and hand you your part.

In a competitive market, price is important and they are not close. Selling used parts still on damaged vehicle that haven't been inspected at a cost of upto 2 to 3 times what you can find online.

Replacement parts recieved were in worse condition then parts taken off automobile. Rejected the facebar that should have been a full bumper . Spoke to corporate office was blown off. Now have to wait a week for refund because I paid in cash. Thoroughly disappointed.

I needed a replacement hatch for my minivan, I looked all over trying to find an exact color match with minimal rust and damage. I found one online at Fenix Parts, at a reasonable price. I dealt with Amanda - her customer service was absolutely amazing - she went above and beyond expectations. Not only did she make sure I got all the parts I needed, but she ensured they were delivered quickly and in sound condition. Once I installed it, the hatch looked original to the van, no one ever guesses it's a replacement!! 10/10 for customer service and product. Thank you, Amanda!!!

Brandon was my contact at Fenix, I travelled 3 hours to get there, and when there was an error, he did everything he could to make sure I got the part I needed the same day! I would’ve had to wait for 3 days and make the same trip again if it weren’t for his resolution skills. Thanks again for the super friendly help!

Was a good place to go but not any more More worried about expanding and not taking care of the customer we get a bunch of stuff from them motors transmissions last motor we just got supposed to only have 150 something thousand looks like it's one of those ones that has 300 + thousand on it leaking from every gasket broken bauhausen bolts oil dipstick tube ripped off it broken manifold bolts which is common understand but still have to get them out Not even cleaned usually wash a motor for you get it added pictures below to see

I would not recommend these people LB was my sales rep. I got a call at 9:00AM Friday was told my part was in and ready for pick up. I went to go pick it up at 3:00PM same day and they sent it back to New Jersey. I was told it was my sales representative fault but the location I was at LB didn't work at and they said there was nothing I could do Id have to wait till Monday or Tuesday. Mind you I took the time off from work to get this work done and they really set me back. When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor there was none available. After complaining and on hold they credited me back a whole $150 on a $3500 purchase. Stay away from these guys its all online and very little to no customer service to help you when there is an issue. Still waiting on my core refund..

Great awesome prices and had a door and a fender same color I needed and for a new 2021 Honda Pilot. Its supper hard to find parts these days but John was able to get what I needed. I will use them again. Great people to deal with. Especially John Bushey. Thanks alot for all your help . I drove out all the way from Missouri and they had everything I needed to finish my project.

Now I didn't have Amanda where she is now but I had her at the other company she worked at . She hands down saved our life by giving her honest input on a car that we had endless trouble with. She was very professional and gave us advice on our safety and not A large work job. Being that kind of real with your customers will bring them back to your shop. I always went to Amanda's shop because I know I was being told facts and not dollar signs.

This place has everything. Quality parts and tires are hard to come by. I have been going to this company for several years and have never ever had a problem with either their product or their service. Their office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't picture buying any other used parts anywhere else

Anytime I need a part for any of my vehicles, I call Fenix Parts - Watertown and speak to one of their friendly sales people and they are very helpful at getting me what I need. If they don't have the part locally they are able to get it for me from one of their many locations. They make shopping for used parts convenient, easy and stress free.

I have asked Chris M. for two parts over the last thirty days, he was able to locate them immediately (literally within 5 mins) at reasonable prices. Easy to work with, fast and reliable. Promote ahead of peers!

I was supposed to get a grade A lift tailgate shipped from a different location. I drove 5 hours the glass was smashed the wires cut. They wanted me to pay for the glass to be put in and get my own wiring and install. I had to take day off from work because they are not opened on the weekend. It cost me a day pay 500.00 plus gas 60.00 gas and 10 hours to drive both ways.

First set of tires we bought couldn't be used because they were torn so we go back for another set and again a tire that can't be used because it has a hole it in. Then they made returning it seem like an impossible feat. Not impressed and sick of wasting my time. Also not friendly at all.

Ask for Kenny! High quality OEM BMW right rear axle shaft saved me hundreds of dollars buying it from these guys. Took my payment over the phone and they got me my part next day! I bought a wheel for my Dodge Ram. I had some trouble at local dealerships tracking one down that did cost a fortune. With Eiss Brothers finding the wheel was easy, the sales reps were fantastic, the wheel looks brand new, and I saved a bundle! I will definitely be using Eiss Brothers again!

Hard to understand why some people get so bent?! Read your warranty! Hold on to your receipts! Of all the used parts dealers that I have done business with over the last 10 years, Eiss Brothers has consistently been the most helpful, knowledge and easy to deal with.
