Don’t expect warranties to hold at this spot. Had the deep cycle battery one month before it melted and was not warrantied. Dean working the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would suggest anywhere else for batteries
Dean was super helpful and knowledgeable. I got a very resonable price and had my new battery put in in 10 mins Tops. I would definitely recommend to anyone!!
Visit here was 2 years ago, but remember it clearly. Employee was rude and abrupt. Got way less cash than expected for battery returns. Didn't want to cart the batteries around with us because of the size of them and how many we had, so just wrote it off to being a lesson learned and will be looking for other places to return batteries in the future.
I can't say enough about the the fast friendly service that I have received at the Watertown Interstate Battery. Dean has sold me three batteries and each time I have been very satisfied. I will definitely continue to do business there.

Totally impressed with the service I received at Watertown Interstate Batteries, the salesman went above and beyond to make sure I had a battery for my motorcycle! He stayed late in order for me to get the battery I needed because the store was going to be closed for the holiday weekend! They've got my business from now on!
