Terrible signage had no idea where to go, then got screamed at by the 1 employee working as if I was the problem THANKS!

How are working people supposed to drop off recyclables during working hours when not open on Saturday? Great decision Jefferson County! Fail!!!

$10 for my car full of garbage, can’t beat it.

Called to ask about special item disposal. The lady I spoke to was prompt and knowledgeable. Had my answer and under 5 seconds. Definitely the quickest phone call I've made to any company in the last 20 years. Immediate and positive results. Thank you!

$134 per gross ton is an unbeatable rate to dispose of trash. Site is easy to navigate, and recycling is free.

This place probably worse in upstate ny ,rude and useless people.if you can void this place try other options.

Really nice workers, helped us out because it was our first time going there. Didnt wait too long in line either. Love how clean they kept it and barely smelled there

They should put the hours of operation in a sign on there front gate so people know the hours

The office person was very professional, quick and helpful.

Tried asking a simple question about a certain material being recycled and lady who answer was the rudest person I’ve spoken to here.

Easy access to recycle and bulk drop off. Weekend lines can be very long. If you’re only dropping off recycling, skip the long line as the recycle bins are to the right with a driveway (be cautious when entering as there will be several vehicles also exiting).

The woman that answers the phones needs to be fired. She's a miserably rude person.

I’m going here for years and I mean years I’ve never had any problems with the lady in the front desk she’s she’s hard-core she knows her job and she has put up with the lot! great place good people

Website says it was open, and I called and it said they where open. Drove there just to see the gate closed. Fix your website and your number if your going to be closed

The lady who works at this place is extremely rude and disrespectful, she treats everyone horribly and is unprofessional, I cannot believe with the reviews that she is still employed, she deserves to be fired for how she treats people

The lady there is indeed, as others Have previously stated, rude both on the phone and in person. There's no need to "shake your head" at customers when they ask questions or are unfamiliar with the process/procedure of how things work there. She most definitely needs customer service training. I did speak with a gentleman there and he was both professional and polite.

5 start for the facility but marking 1 because of the witch y'all got in the front. She's very rude, talks to people very disrespectful and I can tell she hates her job cause she hates to explain anything that has to do with it. I have been there bout 4 times and is always the same thing with her disrespectful self.

The one who takes the money is always kind and courteous and if I need any instructions they gave it to me without any slack or diversity

This place needs a new receptionist. The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional on the phone and in person.

Good facility and clean (for a dump) recycling is easy an requires minimal separation. The lady in the office is uninterested in answering questions and seemed annoyed that I didn't know where to go

Place needs a new person running the scales and payments, Lady wastes time talking with other customers coming in and out of the place, she needs to wake up

They don't tell you its cash or check until you get to the front. NO CARD. Wasted an hour of my time.

Great recycling place. I've used this place for many years. You don't need to sort your plastics based on the number on the bottom. There's dumpsters for plastic bags, plastic bottles, tin, paper, cardboard, clear and colored glass, large appliances, and you can even recycle TVs for free. Responding to S R's review, they do have bags. I'm pretty sure they cost 3 dollars but are large enough to fit two 13 gallon bags of trash, plus. You just have to walk into the first building.

Not sure what to compare to ,but large recycling center where you can submit recycled materials for free and anything else ( refuse) weighed on large drive on scale.

I called and asked about recycling and was told to look up in the website. They did not have or offer recycling bags or bins.
