Not very comfortable looking. The "waiting area" appeared to have been rather rated unfortunately as of my most recent visit (which can be seen from outside).
Edit: About a year or two later I called to have an oil change done, but was declined due to the above review.
Price gouger. Out of state car broke down in Batavia, and insurance company towed to nearby Parise's Auto. Parise's can't fix, but wanted $125 to tow 1/2 mile down the road to a competent auto repair shop. No concern or care for my daughter, and threatened storage fees if not taken care of.
I'd like to thank Alayna for her kindness and reliable quick service for towing when we needed help! Parises is the best for customer service and right on time when your car breaks down !!! Thank you !
Friendly and fast service! Price was reasonable for the time and distance involved. I hope to never need a tow again, but if I do I’ll gladly use Parise’s again.

So I have to say they need to add and negative rate because yesterday had a flat tire and called for help and they said they couldn't help me with it being dark middle of nowhere and I had my daughter plus being cold and they just recommended us to a different because their so-called trucks wasn't in the area and just seemed like they wasn't even trying to help at all I would never recommend this place thanks for not helping

I would like to say a lot of bad words, but I’ll try to be calm, honestly this is the worse towing company I ever meet in my 15 years carrier, such a rude, uneducated, disrespectful company who is absolutely not respecting human rights and honestly. They charged us 4730$ for 2 miles towing and one night parking. They prohibited to access truck driver the truck and get his food, when we tried to warm up the food, they said this prohibits company rules just to turn on the truck and warm up the food, really? Ok, we can understand they been worried so we can drive away and not pay the towing fees but how if truck is not drivable? Ok, their business card is saying they accepting cards when we offered one, they said, “we can’t accept it drivers are declining transactions” and we understand them when someone is getting money when you are in trouble that’s the business huh? Ok, next request was to get a check from chase bank, which was 20 miles away, no Uber they made a fever drive us there and we were by the bank guess what she asked for? “Can you get cash”?!?!?! OMG, I am holding myself because this is the most disrespectful facility ever who is trying to get rich from your illness! I would suggest everyone to keep away and never do business with them! We hired another towing who did 30 miles for 90% less then they charged, people Good bless America and never get in deal with this “family business”!

They took advantage of the need I had to move my car and charged me 495 dollars just to move the car that was 15 minutes from their place of work, then they charged me 150 dollars to take me to a hotel that was 5 minutes from their place of work. worked. They charged me 150 for the 3 days that my car was in the parking lot plus the fees plus taxes they charged me 912 dollars. They even charge if you breathe or if you stand still in their workplace.😒😒
their job was terrible, i told them to tow my car to a certain place and they just tow it to their place, they charged me $450 for a 15 min away towing, plus they charged me for the days the car was stored at their place the total came out to $912, she had a terrible attitude, never contact them if you have an emergency, they take advantage of you just because they see you vulnerable!!!
My daughter's car was in an accident and the police called Parises auto to tow her car (although she has triple AAA) The charge was $375!!! Then they charged her for 2 days of storage when the car was only there 1 day. She called triple AAA and towed it to a different garage less than 24 hours of being at Parises. The total charges for a tow and 1 day storage (less than a day) $480.60. Talk about taking advantage of a person when they are down!!
Called to have work done. They came out said they needed another wrecker to do job came back 6hrs later same two people same equipment. Charged extra 2hrs said it was from port to port ok well already there once what should have been 1200 they tried charging 3200 don't know exactly how much was paid the owner took care of that. But the fact they tried to charge double
Car engine seized on Friday evening coming off the interstate and we called this company. Not only did they take care of getting the vehicle to a service station, they made certain we were transported to a warm hotel. Very much appreciated as a winter storm was passing through! We were so pleased with their service that we called them the following day to take the vehicle to a certified dealership in a neighboring town the following day (turns out it may be a warranty issue). Thanks for taking care of us.
Horrible customer service. Needed a tow, my father in law was going to pay over the phone, was given a yes when I first called when I spoke with a sweet lady on the phone and when I called back was told No by the rude guy on the phone. They mentioned the first phone call that they were going home in 8 minutes so this was clearly just a lack of work ethic and laziness. Called another place and they helped us out for HALF THE COST this place quoted us. I’m all for customer service and kindness! Thank god there’s still decent people out there!
