Best customer service I’ve ever had.and Shane and woody are the best. Absolutely recommend these guys are life savers will never go anywhere else!!!!

I was in a bind to get a battery installed in my sons Jeep. Shane and Woody were amazing - they went above and beyond to help me out. Shane was a Godsend! Had car issues and was afraid it was the transmission. They opened earlier than the dealership, so went there first and not only did he Hooke the scanner up and tell me what the problem was, He directed me to a garage that had me repaired and back on the road in an hour. Highly recommend!

The employee that helped me rob is extremely professional and knowledgeable too. If you want to go to a parts store where they know what they're talking about this is your go to place!

First, let me say that I think all the people are really nice at this store, and I want to say thank you for your help and support. I do find it odd when people start a job, and don’t finish it.. Switching representatives doesn’t seem to be a normal business practice. However, I’m very grateful for their help. Thank you.

I have never been treated so horribly as a customer. There is an older woman who works there with no customer service skills, actually called me a scammer for trying to return an item when in all reality, it was an advanced auto parts error. To assume a customer is trying to scam just shows who has the true scammer mindset. This place also needs video cameras at every register as well as throughout the building to prevent customers of being accused of operational errors. I don’t think I will be returning to the store as a customer, and I certainly would not recommend it. I was almost out so much money because a cashier wanted to assume instead of investigating the issue. Thankfully, after getting corporate and the police involved, I was given a refund that I was rightfully owed. Can only hope this woman is no longer an employee.

Staff was nice, shelves were well stocked.. just don't use the restroom. Horrors beyond your comprehension exist there and I'm currently in therapy working to erase them from my memory.

I bought one wiper blade and needed help putting it on. They couldn't figure out how to install it so they kept changing to more expensive blades until they figured it out BUT, they didn't charge me a single extra cent!!!

Been doing business there since the 90s A guy name Woody has been there a long time he’s extremely helpful always happy and funny They really go out of their way to help you One time I needed a part that was at a store in Rochester and needed it quick they had the delivery truck from Rochester start heading to Batavia and the delivery truck from Batavia Starter heading to Rochester and they met in the middle thus getting me my part and half the time! That made me the customer extremely happy Since my son was in a race a stock car race and needed it quickly These people wanna help you and will discount the prices

If you want the absolute top of the line in customer service, my friendly, easy, and efficient experience in dealing with "Walt" has always been the same at this Batavia store location! He actually listens and makes the effort to get the right items and at the best prices with discounts/coupons readily available...and even walks out on the merchandise floor and brings items back to the counter for you. Customer service like this keeps my entire circle of family and friends coming back to this store over and over again for our vehicle needs. The overall experience here combined with a clean, well laid out, well stocked store makes getting auto parts alot less of a hassle thankfully!

Poor customer service. Truck broke down 2 hours from home had it towed to advance in Batavia ny and needed a spark plug they proceeded to lock the door in front of me. That is not how you take care of customers. Flat bed driver loaded my truck back up, said were not leaving your truck here and took me to autozone where I got the help I needed. I will no longer shop at any advance auto stores again

Ordered a pulley for my Jeep. Guy said it would be there at 7:30 next morning. Walked in the next morning with my old pulley to find both associates sitting on the counters like high schoolers. Associate look's at my pulley and says we don't sell these here. He didn't even ask me what it was for. I told him I ordered it yesterday and he says they haven't received any deliverys so it wasn't there. He wouldn't even check his computer to see if it was ordered. I'll do my parts shopping elsewhere from now on. Their employees are terrible!

Advance just installed my new 12v, 550cca battery in my CR-V in 22 degree weather, with a smile and always first class. They are my only parts store. My sincere thanks.

Very pleasant visit. Was in and out quickly and he even changed the bulb for me. Will definitely be back.

I used to go here for everything. They take out your old/ broken items and install the new stuff. They took the battery out of my wife's car and replaced it with new one. About 6 months later the battery died. Took her car back the manager called me a lier and said they didn't install the battery nor were they taking the battery out and installing a new one. Called there corporate office. They apologized about his actions. Ended up buying the tools to take the battery out myself. Borrowed a car took battery to them and they replaced it free then went home and reinstalled it. It's working ok now and I have a new small set of tools. I have not been back since. Manager is an ass. Products are ok.
