We were super overwhelmed with trying to re-lease a vehicle. We came into Castilone and worked with Steve and Anthony and were blown away about how easy they made it! Very clear communication, super time efficient and they got us into a vehicle that we love for a great price! Both Steve and Anthony went the extra mile countless times for us and even checked in to make sure we love our vehicle! We will absolutely we leasing all our vehicles with them and would recommend to anyone! Avoid the stress and go straight to them!

Definitely don’t recommend this dealership for any vehicle repairs I took my jeep to them to have it looked at for a check engine light and a noise complaint that was coming from middle of my jeep Cherokee I called and they said it was ready picked up my car they told me I had to pay $1,500 plus to have a Active grill shutter replacement and the wiring to it plus a ESIM replacement and they most definitely tried to screw me over cause the part that caused my check engine light was just the active grill shutter and the wire was just out of the plug and the plug was able to be reconnected to wire and I replaced the part myself for $316.00 and it cleared all my codes and no check engine light let’s talk about the fact that not only did they tried to tell me there techs are experienced but explain that I was basically scammed and about to pay for things that did have issues they also replaced my Thermostat and drive shaft when I was there and they fixed the over heating and the noise but they tried very hard to get 1,200 out of me and I caught it not only did they do that they sent me home with my vehicle and put air in my tires and failed to tell me I was missing a lug nut and say they don’t do multi point inspections to make sure tires and everything are good so I drove it home and found out next day when my tire almost fell off that I was missing a lug nut that was there before I took it to them most definitely wouldn’t take my car to this overpriced scamming place unacceptable and very unprofessional do better for your customers

Car fell apart in a year. Couldnt pass inspection one year later. At least 6 things wrong Including oil pressure sensor, sway bar, upper back brake light.

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. My father in law got a used car from there and just when it got past the lemon law, it needed over $2000 worth of repairs. The Nissan dealer he took it to for repairs recommended that he never purchases a used vehicle from castillone again.

My front side jeep seat got stuck leaning forward. Latch was broke. They took time out of their day to fix it for me. 10/10 recommend going there for any reason.

I had to get my Jeep towed to Castilone Chrysler Plymouth for a no start fuel pump related issue on January 8th. Jim in service did his best to have his guys get my Jeep in and looked at and found a rotted fuel pump wire. Jim the service manager called me later that night and I was able to pick it up. I also spoke with Greg too. He was extremely helpful also. I have bought plenty of vehicles from Stephen Jr. and his father in the past years. And I will continue to give them my business. Everyone in the sales department, service department are very nice. God bless everyone at Castilone’s.

Jeep had the death rattle in the front end. Took it to castilone for repairs. They were able to get me in within two days which was great. When I called a few days later for the status a very rude man in the service department said I had to come in and make an appointment. I tried to explain I had an appointment and he interrupted me saying the vehicle was towed in, went in on a rant about people can’t just have vehicles towed in and expect them to be fixed. I literally had to interrupt him and tell him 3 times that he had the wrong vehicle. Finally he transferred me to someone else and he was actually a really nice guy, explained it would be a few days. Never got a call even though they said they called multiple times and left voicemails. I never received any phone calls. Turns out they had input the wrong phone number into their system, just never fixed it. Finally 10 days after I dropped the vehicle off it was fixed. Went in and they couldn’t find the keys. Horrible horrible customer service. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to west Herr Jeep in Lockport. I would never go back even if they paid me.

Everyone I dealt with was nice, but the whole process start to finish was less than ideal. The day after the vehicle I bought recieved nys inspection for purchase I found a bad suspension component that should have been caught and replaced

We sent one of our business trucks here to be repaired. We had a check engine light for the cooling system and the tailgate needed repaired as it was extremely stiff. Right from the start we were less than impressed when we contacted them the day after our scheduled appointment and where told "We haven't looked at it yet". Once we called the next day we got an estimate for the repair of both items. No contact from them what so ever after that so we call and get told we are waiting on one more part and that it will be complete the next day. They played this game for another 3 days only to call us a week after the truck has been there to tell me " We can't fix the tailgate you will need to go somewhere with a body shop" All good that you don't have a body shop but don't string me along for a week just to tell me you can't do it. Then the bill comes and we are magically at the same cost I was told in the beginning to fix both items but only the thermostat was repaired. Stay way away from here if you want decent service and to have a straight answer about anything in the service department. We will not be bringing any of our other trucks here for service. Upstate Dodge is just a short drive away!

I was on my way to Montreal from Columbus when the wipers on my Jeep suddenly stopped working - luckily, I was able to navigate side roads to the nearest dealership and what luck! The team at Castilone prioritized my Jeep first thing in the morning, found the part across town and got it replaced ASAP. They also brought me donuts and kept checking in as I hung out in the waiting area. I am so grateful that they were my closest option because they were AMAZING.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here unless you want to blow their phones up for three months and be told “I’ll have so and so call you back” then never get a call back. I dropped my car off May 31st for a transfer case, everything seemed good in the beginning. They looked at it a week later(I knew it would be later, I had no choice but drop it off that Saturday) two days after my scheduled appointment I still hadn’t heard anything so I called them. Morgan answered and had no idea that my car was there or who I was. They then had to get in contact with my warranty company(I’m aware it’s awful dealing with warranty) they completely failed to document the call to warranty. I again call a week later to ask if they’ve heard back, Morgan answers and still has no idea what I’m talking about because there’s no record of anything. AGAIN they redo all of the warranty calls. Finally someone does their job and documents the information that they need for my transfer case. It’s the middle of June by now. Still have yet to get a call back from anyone. Eventually after blowing their phones up I get in contact with a new girl at the desk, I believe her name is Michelle? Not 100% sure on that but she was amazing. She called me back on her personal phone while on her lunch break. She got all of the information and was able to get prices and options back from the warranty company. Now it’s the middle of July, the part is estimated 45 day delivery. Was told I’d get a call when the part shipped and an estimated delivery date. Again never got a call back. Still blowing their phones up, no one has any clue what’s going on. Eventually I get told the part will be here August 30th. I call on September 2nd asking if it has arrived and when my car will be worked on. Still waiting around and never get a call back, not surprised. Finally I get Greg on the phone and he tells me the part is here and as soon as we have room it will be in. Then Greg called again and said hey we have time this week it’ll be done before the weekend. Today I called them again asking for an update on my car since it was being done yesterday. No one has an answer. Greg calls me a little later and tells me that it’s done and they have to test drive it. He calls me back again tells me it’s outside and good to go, all I have to do is go sign papers and pay. I live an hour away and have my baby with me. I get there and my car is still in the shop and no one has the paperwork finished. I wait around for the guy to come out of the office and finally pay. Some gentleman brought the car out for me and I’m all set. I go to get in my car and the entire thing is covered in something greasy. I’m talking entire driver side, windshield, back window and mirrors. I did the washer fluid to clear my windshield and all it does is smear everything more. Then these people had the audacity to ask me to write a review so as requested, there you go. And I just noticed they chipped my driver door frame. There’s a picture that you can clearly see the chip and the grease all down my car. Also was supposed to get a call from the owner today(9/5) and never did so I called. Greg and Jim are very pleasant and helpful with figuring this situation out. Would also like to add that I had an exhaust leak prior to bringing my car here. It was rigged together for the time being. I got it back and the exhaust leak was ten times worse. Come to find out the entire other flex pipe that was perfectly fine before was what needed to be replaced. So not only did they make my exhaust leak worse they also never told me about it. I assume being a woman and already having a leak they thought I wouldn’t notice!

Bought a car from Steve this past year. I told him where I was at and he said he’ll do better for me and He did. Steve told me everything’s done. I went in and everything was done! It was very easy, processed and an hour later walked out with my car. I would highly recommend Steve if you’re looking to get into a newer used car, he’s honest and trustworthy.

I have purchased at least 4 or 5 Jeeps from Castalone’s. I currently have a Jeep Gladiator. The service and sales people have always been great. I walk in knowing exactly what I want and they find it for me. I will definitely be back when I’m wanting a new ride!

My New Jeep was never detailed but they charged me $90 plus. I spoke with Finance Manager, Junior, but he never got back to me. They are so cheap that they don’t even fill up the gas tank when you buy a new car. I barely had enough gas to get to nearest gas station. From now on I will stick to doing business with real car dealers in Rochester not some small town cheap car lot pretending to be a Dealer!

I came here because it was recommended by a close friend and my sister who also bought her Mazda from here. We both loved the experience, unfortunately my jeep broke down and I needed a new car immediately, I came in and was greeted by reeb, he was focused on getting me exactly what I wanted and never led me astray, he listened to what I wanted and what I had and worked with me, I walked out the door 2 days later with my Honda, the whole process took a week or less to sign papers and figure out everything I needed, I was driving the car in no time and I'm absolutely in love with the overall function of the car, as a young woman going to a car dealership can be very exhausting, in this case it wasn't. My experience was a 10/10 and I will now recommend them to anyone else buying a car! Thank you Reeb and Jr to making my future a whole lot better!!

Recently, I took my Jeep into the dealership for some much-needed service work, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had in the service department. Morgan, my service advisor, was a standout throughout the entire process. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, she went above and beyond to ensure I was kept informed about the progress of the work. Her frequent updates, though perhaps excessive for some, were a breath of fresh air for me. Each call and message reassured me that my Jeep was in good hands, and I appreciated her commitment to transparency. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Hands down the worst experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. Got this truck almost a year ago now and it’s been nothing but problems. First I bought the truck with a plow on it I go to pick it up the plow isn’t on it. I asked them what about the plow the sales agent says they thought I was going to put it on. Then after hounding them for a couple weeks to get it back in we finally got it scheduled to get put on. It took them 2 months to get it on and hooked up which was the entire lemon law period. Then such and odd coincidence happened and my check engine light was on the week after I got the truck back. So I took it back out to them but the light turned off and they couldn’t find anything in the system. Ok so on my way home I start hearing a noise in my front passenger side had to replace a wheel bearing. Then a couple weeks later the light was back on and the power steering lines were leaking. So finally got ahold of the owner Steve he tired helping by splitting the cost to replace the intake manifold to try and fix the engine code. So thankfully it was 1000 dollars later and not 2000 bc I thought the problem was finally fixed. Nope check engine light is still on and once again can’t get in contact with anyone to figure out this issue. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place they will take your money and they will waste your time once there’s a problem . All this happened and I still haven’t even put 6k miles on it. Just pathetic.

Avoid this dealership, they had a car listed for sale, went in and they told me oops sorry the price was listed incorrectly its actually 5k more And would not honor their own pricing. The manger and I quote “I would get fired for selling the car for that price.” You would get fired for selling the car for the price your website and team listed it for? Sounds like a great workplace. Just goes to show the level of integrity at this establishment. Go somewhere else there are plenty of other dealerships that have standards of proper business practice and do not false advertise.

Derrick was able to help me find the car of my dreams. After many many test drives I finally found my brand new 2022 Jeep Compass Limited and was able to order it with all the extras I wanted. I’m set up with heated seats, heated steering wheel, alpine stereo system and I’m paying the same as what I was paying for my 2017 Ford Fusion SE!!! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Derrick as your sales person! He and Steve made me feel so comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back when my lease is up so I can get the same great service!!
