The location is no longer located in this building. I called, reached different people, each time & then don't seem to understand the questions & unable to get a direct answer. The phone # goes to their Palmyra, NY location, don't even know if that's a live location or not. Since location is not in Batavia I asked to have shipped to my house. They basically said they can't do that. Don't know why, couldn't get an answer. The phone choices have a selection for a private owner as oppose to a collision shop, etc. Beyond frustrating.
The Fenix store is no longer located in this building, and they never updated their website. I drove an hour in a snowstorm to get there. PLEASE DONT GO
I’m a wholesale customer, was introduced to this place by an auction, and stumbled upon Robert Ross. He’s super professional, super quick, the price was fine, and the part showed up carefully packaged and in great condition
I called the main store and asked about Ford Branco body parts they said yes we have them but the lady who works there was new and she doesn't know to look for the prices , I called 5 minutes after and talked with someone else I asked him same question he said we don’t have any body Parts for Branco so I confused if they have or not . They are Not helpful and the guy just want to hung the phone up .
What I can't figure out is I ordered a part two days ago asked for it to be delivered to Batavia location, was told on the phone it would be, then told nope this place don't exist anymore that I would have to palmya NY for it that absurd and if it's not there tomorrow when my sister in law gets their I'm going to be mad as day that's almost 2hr drive! From my location way out of my from Oakfield NY. I'm 15 min from Batavia ridiculous
