Wonderful experience with James. Our Toyota Hybrid wouldn’t start and he was very experienced with how to start it correctly. Super polite and informative. Put our car on his flatbed to take it to the dealer to get the battery replaced. Dans will definitely have my business from now on! Recommended highly!
On a Sunday evening in the middle of what looks like nowhere stuck in a ditch. Insurance company said... good luck with finding a company. Called AAA and they found this company. They where to me and car out in what felt like a total of 10 minutes, ok it was maybe 30 all together. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you for being a true 24/7 towing company.

Absolutely amazing! I had an emergency flat tire. Super sweet front desk secretary. They got me right in and fixed in a few hours. Also explained what was wrong when I went to pick my car up. Highly recommend! Super thankful!
The night felt hopeless starting my trip to the Midwest being a box truck pulling my car got pushed off the road into the deep snow by slippery road and heavy wind. These guys were very knowledgeable of what to do and was very courteous and kind. Highly recommended!
I’m new to the area and am very happy with the service that dans tires has provided me. Also they are open on Saturday so it’s very helpful for ppl who work during the week. Stay away from the Monroe muffler. Not as good of an experience.
I would like to take a moment and give a huge shout out to James Fowler. Talk about exemplary customer service and awesome personality. He assisted me in sub zero temperatures and never complained once. We talked like we were old buddies and stayed til my car was able to run ( battery charge ).

The guy that came was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He is what you'd want in any customer service position. He answered all the questions we had and didn't mind that it was freezing outside. He was there to get a job done but made us feel very comfortable with the experience. I highly recommend Dan's auto for all your towing needs.
James came out to help me with my car which was stuck in snow. He was AMAZING! He arrived with a smile (VERY important) and lots of patience with all my questions. I would want him to take care of my roadside needs wherever I may need to call AAA for assistance! Thanks so much, James!
Very nice. AAA has sent fans towing out for me now three times- once when my dad needed it for someone driving him off the road near my house, a second when I hit a deer and today when I got stuck in the snow. Always very nice and friendly.

Called AAA for a tow for a lockout due to a dead battery. The driver was professional, courteous, and friendly. He took great pride in his work and his truck. Highly recommend!
I’ve never needed a tow, I never want one again, but this was probably the quickest, and most fair price I could have ever imagined. The tow truck driver also took notice in the fact it was raining and let me hang in the truck. 12/10 recommend.

Even tho he couldn’t replace it for me, he got the car running and made sure I got safely on the road so I could get the car to a service garage.
Jim was an incredible help. He was faster than the ETA time and when he didn’t have a battery to give me he followed to AutoZone to make sure I got the right one for my car! Could not thank him enough!
After waiting over 5 hours and having two different companies refuse to help us get our car unstuck (they claimed it was going to roll if they attempted), the driver from Dan's showed up and had the car out in 20 minutes. I've also had help from them previously for a blown tire. Both experiences have been great. These guys aren't afraid to get the job done!
The guys were all courteous on time. Replaced my compressor on my 2011 toyota with no problems. Recommend this place to everyone I know. I'll definitely take my vehicles there all the time. Great job !!!! The tires are awesome.
They were great!! Had to get towed back to my home and they kept me informed of what time they would be there. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice and when the vehicle got here, he was willing to try and put it where I needed it to go. It was a success!! Would definitely recommend them!! A big thanks to the driver!!
Dans took care of my 2017 edge fast and I am very happy for the speed at which they got it ready for me. I have had it in there a couple weeks earlier for the same thing but on the other side of the car. So when I called and told him I was hearing the same issue they took it right in and fixed it and now I am having a wonderful, quiet, smooth ride. Thank you Dans for the great service.

We had a hell of a time going camping a few weeks ago, but thanks to Dan's Tire & Auto Service Center we were able to make it!
We ended up losing both of our leaf springs on the front axles of our 2018 Heartland Wilderness Camper at 430pm. We had just crossed over the thruway bridge on 237, hit a bump, heard something, then 20 seconds later saw a ton of smoke. We had to call a tow truck to tow us off the main road, it took maybe 20 mins for them to show up. We didn't know what we were going to do since it couldn't move. They got it jacked up and movable again. Once we got it towed to a safe location (no more than 5 miles because it couldn't handle any more) in Stafford, the tow guy (Jim) said he could fix it. I went to Tractor Supply and bought the $215 parts then he installed them on the side of the road, $588 later for him we made it to the campground at 9 pm and relaxed. What an adventure. I hope this never happens to anyone but I would give Dan's Tire & Auto a 10 out of 10 review! They did everything they could to make sure we were calm and made it to our destination.
