I was stuck coming right off the bridge with a flat tire that was unable to drive. Luckily Sunny came very fast in less than 10 min to help put my spare tire on! He was quick, efficient and friendly! Also it was budget friendly and he accepted Zelle which was super convenient. Highly recommend. Thank you Sunny!
Extremely concerning experience with one of this company’s drivers. One of their tow truck drivers was swerving and driving recklessly. This was not normal traffic behavior — it was dangerous and intimidating. A tow truck is a heavy commercial vehicle. Someone driving that aggressively should not be operating equipment like that. The fact that this behavior occurred while representing a towing company raises serious questions about their safety standards and oversight. I contacted the company to report the incident because this is a public safety issue, not a minor complaint. I would strongly caution anyone sharing the road with their vehicles — and anyone considering using this company — to take this seriously.
Dingee’s came through and got me right when I was stranded an hour away from home with a dead engine in the freezing cold. No other tow company around would make the trip so I was stuck waiting there cold with no solution, I was immensely relieved when Micheal the owner of Dingee’s gave me a call and said he had one of his drivers Sunny coming out to take me and my car back home safely. Sunny gave me a call when he was on the way and told me he would be there asap and have the heat blasting for me so I could warm up. That he did as well as got me a hot coffee when we stopped to get gas. I had a great drive back home riding with Sunny and got to share some great conversations and laughs which made my shitty situation a bit better. In the end I got home safe with my car. Thank you Sunny and Mike for getting me right.
I got stuck on the side of the highway last night due to engine issues and Sunny helped me on the phone right away and sent Michael who arrived within 30 minutes of us calling at 1AM late at night. Michael was super nice, professional and a great driver & help during a very scary moment that just happened. They were so warm, welcoming, made me feel safe and I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much!
We called AAA and waited for almost two hours in the rain last night. We were only two miles from our house and we became concerned after AAA told us the original company canceled our tow. Well, you can only imagine our sense of relief when Sonny with Dingees Towing showed up with nothing but 5 Star service and compassion! Sonny was outstanding and we felt safe with his professionalism as well as charm. Sonny came all the way from Poughkeepsie to our location in Hopewell Junction and we were home within minutes thanks to Sonnys knowledge of our needs. We can't thank Sonny and Dingees enough for their top notch service and a few great laughs to boot! Here's to all the people out there on stormy nights helping those who are stuck!
A beautiful birthday weekend turned into a disaster when my tire went flat on I 87. Once i was off the interstate they towed me to my destination comfortably and safe. I appreciate you.

I was rear-ended today and a driver for Dingees was driving by and stopped to make sure we were all OK he made sure our cars were both drivable. He did have to cut a piece of my rear bumper that was hanging off and was able to bang my rear side bumper in enough for me to be able to drive. Though I didn't need towing service, if I ever do they will be my first call.

Our driver Mike was awesome. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and towed us 60 miles in the dark! His truck was clean inside and out and took great care with our car and got us home safely. Mike was a real life saver!
Great service, highly recommend! Our truck was stuck on an icy embankment in a VERY tricky spot just inches from sliding into a tree, and Sonny worked carefully and methodically to pull it out without any damage. He really knew what he was doing! Reasonable prices, gave me an accurate time frame, and very nice, too. A+

Just had to get a tow from Mike. He's a great guy personable efficient and he knows how to put people at ease when they are very upset. A definite asset to this company. One more reason when your baby breaks down to call the guys at Dingees. They know how to make a really bad thing as pleasant as it can be. Thanks Mike keep fighting the good fight.
The kindest people you can ever work with. My car would not start, they dispatch a tow truck. By the grace iof God it started. I was still willing to pay for their troubles. They refused my money. These are good, honest kind hearted people. Use them
I was on the way to an appointment and my tire blew out and my vehicle came to a stop in the turning lane causing traffic to back up. Mike from Dingee’s Towing saw my vehicle in the turning lane and offered to tow my car off the street into a parking lot. I told him I had no cash on me and was waiting on Roadside Assistance. Mike assured me that for safety reasons he would not charge me and it was best to get my vehicle off the road. It was a tremendous act of kindness. He was nothing short of an angel. Thank you Mike. Dingee’s Towing is a company that has excellent customer service.
Great service and reasonable price. Sunny was resolute to getting my car towed to my mechanic. Sunny also showed knowledge beyond necessity and was more personable than most other drivers. Very satisfied.
You can not go wrong with Dingee’s Towing. I needed my car brought to my mechanic’s shop and got them to take it , from my house to the shop. The response was quick and Michael is a terrific guy, courteous and very professional young man. I’m glad to have met him and we even had a chance to talk about older cars, I felt so good to see a great guy like him and to see and hear his knowledge of the cars of older days. I could have spoken to him for hours. But back to business, he was extremely careful with loading the vehicle. I would have talked more with him, but as things are, he was very busy and he was off on his way to more folks with their problems. So I have Mike and Dingee’s in my phone for the future, and you should too. They’re a fine company.
Driver was a nice young man. They arrived 2 hours earlier then expected. They were pleasant, treated my vehicle well. Willingly met a competing price, due to long term illness and my disability. I would not hesitate to use their service again.
