Car was damaged but garbage cans. And since I have dealt with Vince's shop in the past I knew my car was in great hands. Everyone is always pleasant. The work on my car is always on point. They make the process so easy.

Vince’s Auto Body is top-notch. The team was friendly, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was flawless with a perfect paint match, and they even fixed an extra issue, which really shows how much they care. Fast turnaround, and amazing results. Highly recommend!

I have had 2 recent experiences with Vince's repairing my Tesla. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They handled all the details with the insurance company. I was kept informed of the progress. High quality body repairs and paint both times. The vehicle was done when promised. At pickup, my car was cleaned, detailed and looked like new. I would highly recommend.

My experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. My vehicle remained in the repair shop for three weeks, only for me to be informed that it was deemed a total loss—despite the fact that I had been driving the car for two weeks prior to bringing it in for repairs. The repair costs were significantly overpriced, which ultimately led the insurance company to declare the vehicle a total loss. I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. I believed I was a valued customer, but unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.

Oh my gosh my car looks beautiful!! My car a 2015 Rav 4 took quite a hit but now looks better than it did when I purchased it from the dealership 8 years ago. I am so happy with all the work they did to my car. I highly recommend Vince's Auto Body Works to my friends, family, and strangers. Brought in a GSA vehicle with some damage to the body and wheel well. They were able to service the vehicle and it looks great now. The car is also the cleanest it's ever been in a long time, thank you. Most importantly the staff present were great to talk to and here's to another 80 years of having a great locally owned auto shop.

I called Vincent auto body on Friday with a weird problem they told me to come in Monday I come in today because a fuse was broken in the fuse box and within minutes I had someone looking at my truck the mechanic took his time to help me he was very patient and very nice everyone I spoke with inside Vince auto body was very welcoming I will definitely be back with all auto needs they are located on Smith st in poughkeepsie going towards the college if you need anything stop here first

Vince’s auto shop had superior service today! I had a screw in my tire and they took care of me immediately! Highly recommended Caring workers who listen to your concerns!

I want to thank Vince‘s autobody for taking good care of my daughter. Her car was hit in a parking lot. They not only repaired the car, but went above and beyond and repaired a few things that were not covered. I can’t tell you how happy this made my daughter. She was going through a bit of a rough patch and the over repair lifted her spirits. Vinces went above and beyond and cleaned the entire vehicle for her as well. I can’t begin to tell you how happy she is. It’s like she has a new car and a new lease on life. Thank you!

This place is predatory, do not be fooled. They suggest you not inform your insurance company of any accidents and insist on handling any contact with your insurance. Getting you to agree to repairs before adjusters see the vehicle.They will attempt to make it seem that they are doing you favors and as you can see in other reviews, they have done poor repairs and most likely they have pocketed thousands. Never again will you be trusted to tow our vehicles for any reason for as long as we live in Poughkeepsie. Disgusting behavior and all of the employees seem to be trained in it.

last year i went to this place because it was a part of geicos express repair. they put on the bumper and sent me on my way. months later the bumper started to come apart and when called about it they said bring it in. the owner insisted that they "glue it back" something told me this wasn't right. i called geico and they had me go to another shop and the horror that other shop discovered was ridiculous. not only did they super glue the damn bumper onto my 2010 Acura TL. they glued that tow hook which means God forbid i needed to get a tow the whole bumper would have to come off. this so called shop should be demolished. this is the worst auto body shop in history. STAY AWAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

This was a new experience at Vince Auto Body Works shop. Staff were quite nice and informative. Made process with insurance company stress-free and smooth. Especially Walter & Ricky. Repairs were done in a time manner. In fact the repairs were done 2 days early and the repair work looks amazing! I will use them again outside insurance claim.

Just got my truck back from Vince's after being rear ended on the highway. Vince's did an amazing job on all the repair and body work and went above and beyond for everything. They are amazing people and great to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

WOW phenomenal. From the moment I pulled on the lot Ricky came out and greeted me and made me feel extremely comfortable and I made the right decision. Susan and Melanie were absolutely awesome in the office making everything easy with great TLC. they helped me with everything from checking to rentals and great communication I picked up the car today and it looks absolutely show room. Everything that needed to be replaced was replaced and I have had repairs done many times in my life but this one was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend fences now. They have always been extremely good in the past but with Ricky as the new owner they are absolutely phenomenal!!!

This was the most professional and personal human experience. Ricky met me while I was in shock after I saw my car smashed in front of me. He was professional- not pushy and assured me he would take care of me and my car. It was a traumatic experience but Ricky was there for me. He took care of everything even as much as setting up my rental. Ultimately my car looks “ brand new”. I’ll share some before and after photos. His staff is also amazing!!!

The worst body shop ever. The tower clearly did not know what he was doing. The tire was on the edge of the bed and made the damages worse than what they already were. Upon arrival at the scene of the accident he told us that they wouldn’t be able to tow it to the location we gave them because it was outside of business hours, he then said that we couldn’t pay that day and would have to pay the next day at the shop. We then asked how much it was and he couldn’t give us a price and just took the car. The next day they charged us 1,300 for less than a 5 mile tow and said if we have an Audi we should be able to pay it, we brought up the damages and the unreasonable price to the owner and he went crazy and started yelling. Very disappointed at how they treated us and the car, would not recommend.

My husband and I used Vince’s auto body after hitting a bear! From the start of repairs to the end of them Vince’s auto body was always transparent and very communicative! Whenever we called to check the status everyone was so friendly and always willing to help! Our car looks brand new!! I don’t have a photo of before, but I highly, highly recommend this shop! I would use them again if ever needed!!

They went above and beyond. Service was great from the start. The work was done way faster than expected. The job was done perfectly! The paint matched exactly and you can't tell that anything happened. The owner was very friendly and kind. We would absolutely recommend them and return in the future if needed.

Had an accident with my Hyundai Kona. Vince’s was recommended by my insurance company. When I went there everyone was so friendly, courteous and helpful explaining what had to be done. They even drove me to the car rental. The work was done sooner than estimated and looks like new! I heartily recommend Vince’s to anyone needing body work done on their car.

My car was hit but a deer damages was done I thought my car wouldn’t look the same. Once I spoke to the employees at Vince Auto Body I was relax and put trust into them they did an amazing job I am satisfied. My car was involved in a hit and run incident After going to a couple of other auto body shops Vinces Auto Body Works was the one bc they were so helpful and gave me an amazing estimate. They took the extra mile to make sure my car was repaired to my liking and worked as needed. After Ricky gave me a great quote Danny was super communicative with me and updated me during the whole process. Overall great shop with great workers, 10/10 recommend!

This place did an Absolutely Amazing Job on the Car. When they first got my car I was unsure of how something like that was going to Be fixed But Ricky And Danny made sure they gave me reassurance and Impeccable service on the car! They made sure of giving communication with the updates on the car and what parts were needed, if so. I would also like to thank the Assistant they have there that also did An amazing job with giving updates on the Car if the two weren’t available at the moment. Amazing job, great work. 10/10 and highly recommended!

I purchased a hitch from U-Haul and earlier this week I had an appointment for it to be installed (after a full month of waiting for my appointment). An hour into my appointment the install guy called me to say he ran into some snags with my install and so I picked up my car and went home to investigate the issues. Something about the situation did not sit right with me, so I immediately called Vince’s Auto Body as I had dealt with them several times years ago and was very impressed with their work. They took me in immediately and got my hitch installed that same day I called. They did an amazing job with the install. After I went home, I watched a 25 minute YouTube video on a hitch install on my vehicle and I can honestly say that it is not a simple at home job. A lot of pieces of the vehicle needed to be taken apart and put back together in the install. Very impressive that they did it without blinking an eye. While I was there I asked about a quote to get Bonnet Stripes (racing stripes) put on my car. They gave me a deal I simply could not refuse. They ordered the stripes and I was back in two days later to have the stripes installed. As expected, they did an amazing job! They took their time, measured and marked, and paid great attention to detail in the installation. I LOVE my stripes, they look amazing! The shop changed ownership from my visits years ago, but, I can honestly say that I’m just as happy now as I was then. Ricki, the owner, has put in the same amount of effort for attention to detail and client satisfaction as the previous owner, Joe. I’m glad I immediately thought to call them. They will always be the first place I call for any type of installation or auto body work I need. A huge thanks to the owner Ricki, his amazing and talented staff in the garage, and the very kind, funny, and helpful ladies in the office.

Our car was sideswiped in a parking lot. A friend tipped us off to Vince's, and we're so glad she did. The staff and management were as friendly as they were attentive, the service was prompt, and the quality was excellent, as you can see from the photos (2 before, 1 after) attached. AND, not only did they do a great job on the body work, but they also cleaned the car inside and out. We don't recall the car looking this good since the day we bought it. Needless to say, we highly recommend Vince's Auto Body Works to anyone who needs these services.
