Had one guy really helped good.Made me feel comfortable

They have a consistency with unprofessionalism. Yesterday the staff was shouting from the register to his boss on the other side of the store about how he never takes time off and how he has so much sick time accrued. Other times I've come in and staff are just unpleasant. They need to bring back their self checkout so I don't have to deal with these people.

Always get trough with everything I need right here, no need to go anywhere else…. It’s my one stop shop!!!! Best customer service every day. ?

I just really want to take time out of my day and shoutout Chris. He helped me out one night (around 8:30pm) and was very patient and went above and beyond. He helped me check my cars computer for any check engine codes. Great customer service skills! I really appreciate it.

Love that a woman asked for help putting in the battery that was purchased on site but was told no then a full grown man asked and he was assisted.... Do Better for the next ones cause we wont be back and by we I am referring to the women of Poughkeepsie...

Chris the store manager here is so nasty and disrespectful all the time to everyone. I would never do business with him and he needs to be fired and he needs to get a job position as someone at Walmart, Target or Best Buy who counts all the tiles on the floor and ceiling and names all the colors in the store and how many light bulbs are on the ceiling

I stopped in to pick up oil and Mike C behind the counter helped make me aware that I should also change the oil filter and because of a deal, I would end up getting it cheaper than buying separately. I really appreciate that Mike took the time to explain why it was important and was courteous and polite the whole way through! I left feeling taken care of and it was all because of Mike. Thanks, again!

Had an emergency. Had a big delivery with my Isuzu boxtruck going to Jersey in the morning. While doing maintenance the night before at 9pm, I found the gascap was missing. I called this place because it was the only place open late. Alex picked up the phone, looked up my VIN and searched his stock. He couldn't find one for my truck. I told him I'll come there anyway just to find one the same size and I'll rig it to make a temporary fix. While driving 20mins there from Highland, he looked up the measurements of a gascap of what would work for mine, and found one in his stock that matched the measurements. I thanked him, and took it home. As soon as I put it in, I turned it and heard the clicks. It was a perfect fit. Thank you Alex for the help late at night. He is a great example of the motivated worker, helping the working man get by. He is a great reflexion of Autozone and their mission.

A-Zone is known for pulling trouble codes. The short mngr woman here does not like to keep this service active. So I went to their other store and it went fine.

My truck died on the arterial probably dead battery got it jumped and drove there asked if the replace batteries the woman said not in the rain I said it stopped raining I said can you test my battery she said not in the rain so the best she could do was sell me a battery and lend me a wrench I had no choice $230 later now I can drive to someone competent and see if it actually is my battery or did I just waste $230 smh absolutely pitiful service

I went in today to buy oil and a filter. There were 2 employees working the cash registers while eating their lunch. The one I dealt with was talking to me with their mouth full of food. Do you have a break area where these good people could eat their lunch without having to work and eat at the same time? I blame management for this. It wasn't very pleasant to watch. No offense against these employees

I was impressed with customer service I received for Autozone they were so busy at the time that the Manager waited on me himself to help me find a locking Gas Cap which required him to look up my VIN number to find the right gas cap after several attempts he found the right Locking Gas Cap. I was so happy I offered a tip which he refused even though he went above and beyond. I love going to Auto Zone because it offers multiple helpful opportunities it's customers. Thank you Auto Zone !!!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I stood there for 10 minutes while the cashier rung up a customer and proceeded to out her wipers on her car. Not once was I acknowledged by him or any of the other 4/5 employees. They literally pretended I wasn’t there. I called corporate, I was told the district mgr would call me back….never happened! The 721 Main St Auto Zone is the absolute worst! Never again, I’ll take my business to Advanced Auto

The employees here are always willing to help. Granted, sometimes they work at a slow pace but generally they usually get the right products or order them. Can't complain too much.

Highly recommend! Michael, the assistant store manager, is an absolute blessing! He went above and beyond to help me, and I couldn't be more thankful. Extremely appreciative of his knowledge, manors, and genuine help. I wish everyone was like that.

I use AutoZone every chance that I get with getting tools, car assessories and all kinds of things. AutoZone have never failed me because of there speedy team and their fast costumer service. I had to leave a comment because of how professional Mike was with helping me put my seat covers on my vehicle. I’d just like to thank the team and their unconditional support to their customers inside and outside A BIG THANK YOU ???

I've never met an AutoZone associate at any AutoZone who wasn't kind, polite and helpful. Assistant manager Mike helped me today with a battery and went the extra mile as AutoZone associates always do. Mike was extremely nice and extremely fast with service. His customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. It was a pleasure to meet him today. THANKS AGAIN MIKE!

They are always very helpful here. I called ahead and they were able to quickly pull up what I would need for my specific car and they helped me with the install. Adam was fantastic and very friendly!

I come here first before the other chains. The staff are awesome, and helpful. I have the best luck of them having the parts I need here, so I assume they keep things well stocked. You don't get that on main street as consistently as you do here. I'll be there again, surely.

Ridiculously nice people working here. I interacted with three and they were all super nice. Not used to such nice people working in retail. I would go out of my way to come to this store.

Was a busy morning, but they had everybody running a registrar so it wasn't a very long wait. And when it came time to getting my battery order, it went quick. Unfortunately my car was back at home so I couldn't avail myself of their free battery installation, but they made sure I knew it was offered. Highly recommend.

This AutoZone store is relaxed nobody is prompt. Most of the time there is a line. However the Employees are very helpful. AutoZone has improved in every way. I now enjoy shopping at AutoZone for car parts and accessories. The new employees are great and friendly. 5 stars.

Very dissatisfied. I purchased a starter and it was burned out in under a year, which is not stores fault. I went to get my warranty replacement and I was told I had to pay the full amount of the starter and the core. I wasn't happy about that but I did it without question paying in cash. Nice girl at the counter told me to bring back the old one anytime before the store closes at 10pm. I drove 1 hour back to the store this evening and arrived at 9:25pm. The store manager refused to refund my money because there wasn't any money in the drawer. I was told they empty the drawers a full hour before the store closes. I understand that your employees want to leave on time but that is no way to treat your "valued" customers. If that is your company or store policy you should definitely have it posted and tell your employees. I own my own farming business and know that you can't be successful if you operate like that. I have spent lots of money in your stores and after I drive the two hour round trip again tomorrow to return my starter we will never do business with you guys again.

Hey, *I* had a good time of it. Staff pleasant & helpful, to the point of schlepping a 2.5t-rated jack to the back of the parking lot for me. Easy to find stuff. Granted, I didn't have any questions to ask, so I can't speak as to product knowledge. Also, bear in mind that this location is particularly small, so selection within product categories is (necessarily) a little thin.

They weren't rude, but they weren't too outgoing. Not a single person asked a customer if they needed help. This is typical to these stores though. But if you ask them for help, they do put an effort it.
