Yesterday I could not get the key out of my 22 Colorado. I called Lester Glenn. They fit me in ASAP my greatest. Thanks to Jason day. I had health issues with my mother and was supposed attend to her this week. He was very understanding. Did everything he possibly could to help me. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed with our experience at Lester Glenn Jeep regarding our 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE battery/safety issue.

This is now the SECOND time our vehicle has abruptly stopped in the middle of the road and had to be towed back to the dealership. A vehicle shutting down while driving is not just inconvenient — it is a serious safety issue. We no longer feel safe driving this vehicle.

What makes this even worse is that this is a KNOWN issue with Jeep 4XE vehicles, yet instead of helping us find a safe resolution, Lester Glenn Jeep has shown little concern for our safety or for keeping us as customers.

We have purchased 5 Jeep vehicles in the past, but based on this experience, we will no longer be purchasing Jeeps going forward.

We attempted to work with the Sales department to get out of this unsafe vehicle, but the offer we received was extremely low and there was no meaningful effort to help us. After spending this kind of money on a Jeep, we expected accountability, concern, and customer support — not to be brushed aside while dealing with a vehicle that repeatedly fails on the road.

Management at Lester Glenn Jeep needs to step up and take these safety concerns seriously. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency, support, and accountability regarding a problem that could easily have resulted in an accident. Instead of feeling like valued customers, we feel dismissed and stuck with a vehicle we no longer feel safe driving.

We expected much more from a dealership that promotes itself as family-focused and customer-centered. We hope management takes this issue seriously before someone gets hurt.

Had minor issue at first but was fixed and I’m beyond happy, i had some issues with my plates and such but after getting in touch with ed who is in charge of sales, Tommy who is the GM and Jorge the Finace manager, my whole experience changed, these gentleman are top tier honest guys who genuinely wanted to make the issues i experienced better because they care about the customer and doing right by them. Ed and Tommy not only fixed everything but they took the time to talk to me on the phone connecting about life and everything else and pulled me in their office when i went back talking about everything you can think of genuine guys who cared about being honest and doing the right thing. Guys you’d go have beer with. 100% will be back when needing a new vehicle.

Service was great. Chris Ormsby, our salesperson was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond answering questions weeks after the sale. If based on him, only, I would give the experiemce with Lester Glenn 5 stars, his boss who negotiated price had a bit of an attitude.

The worst dealership experience of my life. Drove two hours for a vehicle of which I was pre-approved for and set an appointment for. I CALLED 3 TIMES advising them I am on my way to see this specific vehicle and that I live far. Upon my arrival they sit me down and tell me they sold the vehicle 15 minutes before I got there.

They drive me to a neighboring dealer and have me test drive another vehicle of which was saturated in smoke of which sofficated me the entire drive back to the original dealership.

The manager Bobby was nonchalant in this encounter and stated the only person above him is the Owner of the company and would not provide his supervisors information. Bullshit.

Steve Regan was the best sales man! I was referred to him by a family friend and he treated me like family! I wasn't planning to have to buy a car, but mine died. They worked with all of my requirements and got me a great low mileage used Cherokee.

Steve Regan, was my sales rep. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Steve took the time to not only hear my story but understand my needs within me particular situation. The vehicle is fantastic. Even when I brought it back for a minor issue they took care of me. In this day and age treating people like a human being no matter their circumstances is important and I feel as though Steve did exactly that. Top notch service and all around positive experience.

I recently had diagnostic and repairs done on my 2015 Wrangler Unlimited. It took a few days for the issues to be diagnosed. Then a week to get repairs started. It required the rear main seal to be replaced, sensor, and injector. I know those are big jobs. However when I drove it home a month later, I found bolts loose, inspection plugs missing, engine light on, and coolant leaking. I had to bring it back to have the issues resolved. Chris S. seemed to be the only one who cared, and helped anyway he could. They fixed everything. I asked by phone, e-mail, and text to speak to a manager. A week later and still no return call or message. Clearly they are short staffed on the service side, and management doesn't care about losing customers.

The Jeep of my dreams! My hunt for a vehicle began in November 2023. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but Justin at Lester Glenn diligently provided many options that fit my picky criteria. It took me until August of 2024 to FINALLY decide exactly what I wanted down to the smallest of details. I reached back out to Justin and he found EXACTLY what I wanted in minutes. Something another Jeep dealership could not find, even after looking for a week. He was also able to get me a better deal on a Jeep with tons more features than the other Jeep dealership could offer on a vehicle with less options. It was the right color, had all of the packages and upgrades I wanted and I could not be happier. Justin put in a LOT of work to get me exactly what I wanted and I could not recommend him enough. If you’re undecided on what to get, or know exactly what you want, he is THE BEST man for the job and enjoys the challenge!
