My car broke down and I needed a tow. Very friendly dispatcher who set me up with a fair price and the truck was there within 15 minutes. Daniel, my driver, was very friendly and punctual. My car made it to the shop with no issues and I was able to get back to work with minimal issues. Will def keep them in mind next time I need a tow.

My teen daughter’s car died in a parking lot, our insurance company sent us a towing service that had no idea how to assist, so it left her stranded. FC Towing was called and came to the rescue. The tech didn’t give up until he figured out how to get her car to the garage where it’s being fixed. Friendly, professional and definitely first choice from now on!

Brought car in to get it to pass inspection after it failed. Paid for 3 things just for them to tell me I need a new engine or it wont pass. Which is ironic because I had my old mechanic back in Bergen County look at it for 10 minutes in between visits to this place and he told me it needed a new motor. So how is it these people did almost $1,000 in repairs before realizing that when he saw it within 10 minutes?

Great service from start to finish! The dispatcher and tow truck driver were both so nice and the truck was there in 30 mins or so. Recommending to my family that live in the area for sure!

There is not one word in this world that could describe the wonderful service I got from the staff at FCA. I was having one of the worse days of my life and as things couldn't get any worse i got a flat tire in downtown toms River. I googled a shop and they came up. I decided to give them a try being I walked across the street to a mechanic where I was broken down at, and the guy was so MEAN AND HORRIBLE!!! FCA then came with their flatbed to my rescue. We then found out I didn't have the part needed to lower my spare. I started to cry and the tow truck man Mike, was so comforting and reassured me they'd help me. He towed my truck to their shop. Where they found more issues with my spare, but they were still as nice as can be!!! ALL THIS AMAZING SERVICE PLUS TOW FOR LITTLE TO NOTHING!!! I COULDN'T THANK THE WORKERS AND FCA ENOUGH!!! BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH ANY AUTO SERVICE!! I'd give them ten stars if I could!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! U REALLY SAVED ME!!

Great service from dispatcher to service technician. Friendly, polite and professional. I was already embarrassed because I locked my keys in the car, but the employees made me feel better about the whole situation. I highly recommend this company based on their employees!

Great to work with! Went out of their way to help me out with loading assistance of a few forklifts that didn't run. They don't only do towing, they'll do whatever they can to help out.

First choice did a great job with my 1974 firebird with a 468 Stroker motor. Rene the owner did a ton of hotrod work on the car. I travel one hour to the shop because of the attention to detail and over 30 yrs of experience first choice bring to the table.

Lots of things have changed at the shop. I Chris now run the towing side of the shop. I will beat any price in town. I will also do all i can for my customers. If anyone has any problems they can call me direct on the towing end.

I would advise anyone that is thinking about going to first choice auto to run for your life! You have tow truck drivers that smell like marijuana. You have only two workers in the shop. They are overbooked and overpriced. They promise you they will fix your car and never delivered. One time I came in and the whole shop was fighting. I don't know what goes on in there but you can rest a sure I will never go back.

Arranged for towing through my insurance. Called for service at 7:10PM was told would be there by 8:30 latest. At 9:13 received text fro driver that said getting gas and getting ready to come. At 10:10 received a text stating he got call from police and could not turn it down and will be a "little longer". In meantime my insurance texted me to ask if service arrived and I stated no. Text came back asking me to call them which I did and explained situation. They advised that they would try and find other service in meantime. Never told me they were cancelling service. They did cancel service without my approval so I asked them to get First Choice back since no other service was available. First Choices response was to raise the rate over $200.00. I believe it's called extortion. I turned it down and another service happened to pass by and I talked to driver and received service for less than original quote from First Choice. If you are wise make First Choice your last choice. They are dishonest . They deserve not one star but negative stars. I've never written a review before but was compelled to do so to spare anyone else this experience.

I had a relative go there for services multiple times. I felt they were a little fishy, they always try to add other services than what you brought you car in for. Then this relative went back for an oil change and they left the cap loose, and oil ended up all over the engine. We would of never known If they didn't feel the hesitation of the vehicle when being driven. By the time we looked it was bone dry age would have blown her engine, and FCA WOULD HAVE GLADY TAKEN THEIR MONEY TO FIX WHAT THEY CAUSED. PLEASE DON'T EVER GO TO THIS AUTO CENTER THEY WILL SUCK ALL THE MONEY OUT OF YOU LIKE A TIC!!!

This place is absolutely horrible let me tell you about my experience I needed a few simple things done to my car... keep in mind I know a few things about cars I just needed some fluids in my transmission because I commute back and forth to work and my transmission was leaking they come back with all these other problems and they did not put the fluid in my car they told me that they couldn't get my hood open I wonder what kind of mechanic can't open the hood so I offered to come down and open it for them and they refused so I go to pick up my car and they charged me and they did absolutely nothing but wasted my time this place is a rip off they tell people there are certain things wrong with the car that are perfectly fine just to make some extra money I refuse to pay had to argue for my keys back I think the only reason they gave me my keys was because there was customers and I was complaining of that no matter what the problem is imechanic should be able to figure how to open up a hood that's the first thing they should learn I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to

Do not go to this place they are crooks who over charge for a simple oil change , my dad went to this establishment this past weekend for them to only over charge plus tell him there's extra things wrong with the car to only find out there's not a things wrong from a well known mechanic today, so if you have to get anything fix or times at this establishment I Reckon a different auto gargage... Very dissatisfied with their work ethics .. Taking advantage of seniors ..
