Do not try to work with this place unless you want 700 text messages and calls from SUPER pushy salesmen that refuse to stop contacting you....plus they won't answer your questions without getting you in there. I was ready to buy a 100k 5th wheel from them...went to another place in PA instead. These sales guys are worse than camping world.

Couldn’t have had a better first impression or experience with this company .. the service dept has been very accommodating, polite, and decent.. hoping everything goes well .. it’s so hard to find good service for camper vans in nj ..

We purchased our Brinkley Z2900 in July, love the RV! There were a few issues under warranty that needed to be resolved. Although we had some initial frustrations, our end result was 100% satisfied. The new service staff was responsive, and professional, 180 degree turnaround!

After months of shopping up/down East Coast, I chose Campers Inn RV of Toms River... 6 hours from my home for my purchase. they were great all around, from sales, the service & prep techs and finance! Patient, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, & energetic. Great & best experience I've had with a RV dealer! thank you guys!!

While shopping for our Brinkley 5th wheel we establish contact with 7 dealerships in the region for Build pricing.
We were impressed with Campers Inn in regard to its upgraded new facilities size, camp store, and repair facilities and the amount of Brinkley options they had on the lot. Our salesman, Paul seemed annoyed and dismissive that we couldn’t decide which trailer we wanted. We eventually decided on a model and Paul was confident that I should get estimates from everyone else and bring my lowest price to him and he would beat it. We accommodated and after a week of getting pricing everywhere else we sent that price to Paul. We went to the dealership and Paul told us that not only could he not beat the price that his price was $700 more and did not even include the required aftermarket dishwasher. As soon as he felt that he wasn’t going to get the sale he seemed to get angry and annoyed that we were wasting his time. If it wasn’t for him, we probably would have stayed and tried to negotiate a closer resolution because ultimately we wanted to buy from Campers Inn. Just not from him.
We ended up closing the deal with Meyers RV in Bath, New York. That’s right I would rather drive 4 hours north each way than deal with a salesman like Paul. Of the 7 dealerships he was hands-down the worst person we had to deal with. Someone needs charm school.

Want to thank Paul our salesman at Campers Inn RV, a great family owned RV dealership in Toms River NJ for all his help with the purchase of our new camper. We looked a many units and Paul was extremely patient while we took our time to decide which camper would work for us. Reception. Sales. Walk thru Outstanding. The finance dept took 5 star review away. Incorrect figures then quoted. Asked to make adjustments told its the last day of the month all contracts submitted nothing they can do. Was originally told my trade license plates would be transferred, then told me the company they use would not do that and new plates would have to be issued. hub cap flew off on the way home from not being secured properly but was told a replacement would be sent out. Replacement arrived.

I bought a new camper from campers Inn and traded my old camper in. They did a great job helping me get the best deal possible and went above and beyond throughout the process.
During the walk through, the tech was very thorough and helpful while checking everything out. They quickly fixed a couple of little blemishes before we left with the camper.

From the sales team, Walt was very helpful and thoughtful from making the sale to making sure we had everything needed before pulling off the lot.

Dianne from finance was outstanding and great to communicate with throughout the process. She worked hard to find me the best rates.

Avoid this dealership at all costs at least their service department. Have brought my trailer to them several times for the same issue and told something different each time. I bought a 2023 keystone Springdale and have had issues with the hot water tank not igniting or working intermittently. I’ve been told that they could not duplicate the issue, there was no propane which there was, or that the propane was not on (turned off for transit hello) but they couldn’t duplicate. No diagnostics were run and nothing submitted to manufacturer. After taking it out this past July having already brought it 3 times to the maintenance for the same issue an incident occurred while I was out camping and not in the camper where co2 was leaking into the cabin because the heater failed to ignite. I had my dogs in the trailer and thankfully they were all ok. Fire department and hazmat were all called. Their investigation led to what I have been trying to tell them is the issue with the hot water heater. Not to mention that they never answer the phone or give you a call back they are very difficult to get in contact with. The only good thing about this dealership was our sales rep Anthony Haines who was the best and even throughout this has been trying to help and be very supportive. If you do try to look for a trailer here make sure to ask for Anthony even after seeing this review and you still want to come here to buy a trailer he is your man. I will never ever ever ever come here again.

The entire team at campers in is top notch they will go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable I couldn’t thank Dianne enough for all of her hard work we had a very bad experience with another dealer where we got burned and she was very patient and reassuring so excited to make so many memories with our daughter and pups in our new camper!

This is a PSA for anyone thinking about buying an RV from Campers Inn… just don't do it. Everyone is nice and happy… as long as there are no issues, but if you have issues on your one week old brand new 2025 Bounder, like brakes failing, suspension creaking, almost un drivable, what appears to be fiberglass dust blowing out of the chassis HVAC system, inoperable leveling system, black tank leaking, generator inoperable and the list goes on… they will tell you own it and it’s your problem now. You will be left to fight for the repairs, hound them for updates all while making payments on an RV you cannot use. The decision to buy this RV was years in the making. I traded a very nice class C that had zero issues, it was just too small, I needed more space for my handicap wife and son. We will have to cancel upcoming trips. They were quick to offer me to trade it in, at a loss of course and buy another one… all about the sales… this has been a very expensive, painful lesson. Check out the videos of some of the issues.

We just bought a 2022 Fifth Wheel from here. Like night and day from Camping World. This place has great customer service, with experienced staff that will help you from start to finish. I highly recommend Campers Inn Toms River.

Bought our 2nd RV from them. A 2024 Class A Fleetwood Flair 28A. Anthony, Dianne, Krystal and the whole Campers-Inn team were awesome.

Had to take 4 Stars away because of the Service Department. Turns out the 2nd RV I bought had no refrigerant in the cab AC unit. I brought it back to service, they held it for 4 weeks than tell me it’s a Ford Issue. I took it to Ford and they said it leaked durning the install of Motorhome so it’s a Dealer Issue. Campers Inn agreed to reimburse me after I paid the Ford Dealer. This was in June it’s now December and no reimbursement. Many attempts, Emails, Phone Calls, In person visits, and all I get is they are working on it. Very disappointing how they treat customers, All was good until this point with Campers Inn RV Toms River.

We came and saw this brand new camper. They gave us a written quote detailing the price and different monthly payments. We left and went down the street to the other RV place. Theirs was not only more expensive, but they would not give us a quote or talk price until they ran our credit which we didn’t want to do. I didn’t like that. Hence, we came back here and bought our traveling home. These people are fantastic. Transparent and patient (we are first time RV’ers. The whole process here was amazing. If you’re in the market for one of these amazing RV’s, don’t buy until you come here.

What an amazing group of people that work here. From Diane in finance, Carl in sales, and big boss Gunner they know how to make customers happy and comfortable. My experience with them made purchasing anarchy so smooth and exciting.

We were lucky enough to have purchased our first RV at Campers Inn Toms River! For the last two years, we’ve visited many RV Centers, RV Expositions, and online which was disappointing and couldn’t find an RV that met most of our needs. We never thought of purchasing out of state but so happy we did. It started with an inquiry phone call to Campers Inn Toms River. Our sales rep was Paul Tonkovich who we had to rely on by sending videos, answering many questions, and getting the best deal for us. Paul was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and so helpful. With his assistance, we had finally found our camper that met “all” our needs! Many many thanks to Paul and all the employees at Campers Inn that were so helpful and kind. Especially, with the additional assistance they offered when we encountered an unforeseen truck issue on site during our camper pick up. We are now happily part of the RV family and highly recommend Campers Inn Toms River!

Our initial experience with this location was not very positive. We purchased our 2022 Ibex travel trailer during the transition between Scott Motor Coach and Campers Inn. However, our most recent experience, through a warranty issue was very good.

Our first trip in the new RV, April, was a disaster- turned the fridge on before the 3 day trip and nothing- it powered up but did not cool. Took the RV on an abbreviated trip using a plug in cooler. When we returned we took the RV back to Tom’s River with the request to have the fridge fixed/replaced by April 15th- 2 weeks from when it was dropped off-we were scheduled to work camp in Cape Cod Starting April 19th. During that 2 week period I was in constant contact with the general manager and service folks. In the end they tried to meet the deadline but the fridge had to be replaced and replacements were not available. They even tried to remove a new fridge from RVs on the lot but all that were available were 10 cubit foot units and ours was 8cf. Luckily, our work camping location (Atlantic Oaks in Eastham, MA) had a rental unit available that they let us use while working there. We had planned on staying more than a month but had to cut it short due to the rental unit availability. So, they had a month to get a new fridge.

About a week into our CC trip I started checking the status of the new fridge. From that point it was almost a daily email exchange. I could see this was not going well- 8 cf Norcold 12 volt refrigerators were not available. In the end, the Camper’s Inn team was able to get a 10 cf, which the Ibex can accept either an 8 or 10 cf fridge.

All the folks I dealt with were helpful and friendly. They even washed the unit to remove a coating of pollen, which is pretty bad this time of year. The 4 star rating(instead of a 5) was due to a lack of communication, during the process, from Campers Inn and the RV was not cleaned up very well after a pretty substantial project-there was debris all over the floor. Not a big deal but not 5 star worthy.

My husband and I were completely blown away by the stellar service we received from EVERYONE we connected with at the Tom’s River NJ location. Our sales person, Paul Tonkovich, was patient, kind, listened to our needs, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy! Diane Donato was just as kind, thorough and accommodating. Miss Carol Carr in the shop was very knowledgeable as well and not to mention helpful in so many ways. We are first time camper owners and appreciated her common sense and expertise! Brent took good care of us during our training and made sure all was in order before we drove off the lot. Even the gentleman at reception was fantastic! We are very pleased with the service we received! Cannot say enough about the team! Thank you!

We worked with Ted Pazik in 2017 on our first RV purchase, Tiffin 36LA. Unfortunately the dealership did not have the coach we were looking for and we purchased it elsewhere. Now two years latter we are looking to trade up. Ted made a great impression on our first experience with Scott Motor Home which brought us back. Ted was able to bring us to a new Tiffin with all the features we were looking for. He provided a lengthy test drive and great knowledge about the Tiffin 44OH we purchased after a comfortable negotiation. At the end, Ted surprised patti with a gift that she treasures. Lee Scott was great working through financing. He kept us posted through the process, found a lower rate than originally quoted and was very comfortable to work with. As with all RV's there are always the questions on everything working as you embark on your travels. Ted provided his mobil number and has been with us on every question and issue. He even followed up with a call to us on how travels are going. We highly recommend working with Ted, Lee and the Scott Team on your next RV purchase.

After explaining what we were looking for, Tom took us to a unit he felt would be right for us. Unfortunately that one wasn’t available so he showed us others.
