I am so happy I found Holiday Service Center thru "ValPack". I use them mostly for oil changes but I had an issue with the door to my gas cap. The mechanic fixed it quickly and perfectly. He then showed me (on the computer system printout), how much he was "allowed" to charge me based on the issue I had. However, he said he was able to resolve the problem quicker than anticipated, so he reduced the charge from the printout. Not only was that very nice of him to do that, but it also shows how honest they are. I recommend them without question.

I got an oil change at holiday service center in Tom's river. New Jersey. I took off the face plate underneath my car. To change the starter, the starter took a dump. Thank God i did that because my filter was leaking. Wasn't happy. So I cleane my faceplate, underneath the car myself.

Very pleased with the service I received today. The service tech had the work done in a timely manner and informed me of an issue that needs to be taken care of and I thank him for that.

They added hundreds of dollars to the repair without authorization. Charged for unnecessary parts. Crushed the storage container that was mounted on the roof of my truck. Then parked it under a tree in the back to cover their error. But the actual work seems to be standard. Jack Jr is arrogant talking down to me as if I didn't work in the industry for 35 years. Original parts estimate was $4900 i found it for $550 delivered. Then charged me for a cover they removed from the differential that was on the original part at twice the retail price. Avoid

Great service center: honest, straight to the point, and informative. Family that owns it is very friendly and the workers are happy to help! After my truck was fixed, they gave a complimentary car wash which looks like an efficient system! Glad to have this during the winter time.

I just wanted to write this review because of a situation that happened today! My grandma who is 77 years old tire blew out at about 6 am this morning well anyway she pulled over near this service center and was waiting almost 4 hours for chevy roadside to come put her donut on her car, in the time she was there waiting for them the owner came and opened up early so she can have a warm place to sit, he made her a coffee, and he was just such a nice person to her and its very much appreciated!! Will be giving them our business from now on so thank you so much 🙂

This was my very first time here. I went in for a tire change & oil change. My tire pressure light was flashing when I went to pick my car up .The tire light was sometimes on, (but NEVER FLASHING ) due to weather change. I asked the front desk if the light went off, she had no idea, no one checked or looked. She had asked if it was ever flashing, I responed no. She then said she might have to have the tech reset them , he continued to say "that's not possible." As I picked up my car with a flashing tire symbol, I was told that out of the blue, and randomly ALL of my sensors are dead. I asked why, and how would they still show the PSI if they were dead. I was responded to with "oh I didn't know that, if you can PROVE to me the psi then I'll take it in the back" The very nice gentleman who had helped me set the tablet on all of my tires to search for a reading on each sensor, and frequency. He stated that the wifi doesn't reach where he is. That was before one of my tire sensors he scanned had 100% battery life. I am concerned that they have damaged my sensors while replacing my tires. I was informed to drive off with the light on. (After spending 1k to get new tires) When I got home I read the details of the paperwork stating all of the included duties that were supposed to be performed. Including, but not limited to "set tires to proper inflation" - each tire had a different PSI when I left. ( after asking them to bring it into the garage and further diagnose. When he first went around my car he stated that he was positive it was a sensor issue and that they all (ironically) died at the same time. I asked him why is my dash showing my the psi for each tire ,and he replied 'if you can show me proof of that well bring it in'..... implying he knows nothing about logistics. After it was brought to the back he started to get agitated, and insisted that I needed 4 new sensors. Even though they're showing the PSI #'s and the one he detected far away from wifi showed 100% battery. I also had to bring it up to him that I was missing a tire air cap on one of my wheels. He had to go back and get another cap for me. I was fed up when I got back into my car trying to be sold sensors that I know were not needed, and most likely damaged in the tire changing process. My problem wasn't addressed, OR aknowledged to begin with. They were more than happy to send me home with flashing lights on my dash, and a copy of how much sensors would be. The worst part is I had to walk to my car to find out about this (After inquiring) , and walk back in to inform them about the issue. No one test drove my car. No one cared to mention ANY tire lights on the dash. No one cared to reset my oil change life in the system (I did it myself) Not all tire caps were put on my car I have to re tighten my lug nuts in fear they might have also been forgotten, or neglected, because everything else that was done was in a super lazy fashion. After reading these reviews I'm now scared my oil filter hasn't been properly installed. I understand forgetting to screw the cap on. But to ignore the dash lights, park me in a spot I can't get out of, waste my time for over an hour trying to sell me something I'm convinced you've damaged with this lazy work attitude ( it's extremely easy to destroy tire sensors on the machine) On top of that hand me paperwork for $1,000 saying YOU HAVE DONE all these things you DID NOT do is a disgrace to your legacy and loyalty I trusted in for my very first visit. But Make ME convince YOU that if I can read my PSI then it's on you, bring it back and tell me all of them magically went AT ONCE with the battery at 100% on the one you could detect out of wifi range is bizarre. I pay 1k to get all of my tires done, confide my trust in you, and I got a lousy job in so many ways? It's unforgivable. I won't be returning again. I would atleast like an attempt to reset my tire pressure system. They said it's not possible. But It is, and it's very easy to do. I went because a tire was loosing air pressure. The worker behind the desk was very courteous. They took my car in right away. About 15 minutes later they were finished. They removed a piece of plastic from my tire. The price was great. It's wonderful to have an auto repair shop that you can trust.

I would absolutely leave negative stars if I could. My grandmother was a long time customer of Holiday, putting lots of trust in them. Recently, they told her she needed a new catalytic converter, so I gave it a look-over. Yeah, her granddaughter is a mechanic. They have no reason why it would or could be the cat and, shocker, that’s because there was no reason. Point blank, they tried to take advantage of her. It’s easy to tell an older woman her cat is bad, sell her on over 1k worth of work and then get extra money off the cat at the junk yard, huh? Disgusting. She took her car else where, with the clean condition it’s in, found a simple solution to her check engine light being on. I’m glad I caught this.. and I’m also glad I convinced her to NEVER go to this place again.

From scheduling to picking my vehicle up, The service couldn’t be any better!! They always call with the diagnosis and explain options, the work is done expeditiously and professionally! There’s No Mess left after completion, and I am Totally Satisfied!! Thank You Holiday Service Center!!! I’ll see you next time.

I needed an oil change, the young lady at the front desk was very professional, polite and scheduled my appointment immediately. In less than 5 minutes the technician / mechanic took my car in for the oil change. Give or take 15 minutes later the job was complete. They also inspected my brakes and tires , they let me know the brakes were good and that sometime in the near future I would need a couple of new tires. They provided an estimate for the tires with no pressure to purchase them at the time. Holiday Service is a family run business and they are always professional and provide prompt reliable service. I have been going to Holiday Service Center for a few years. My father recommended them to me because he had great experiences with them. They are always honest and upfront. I appreciate them taking such good care of us.

I’m so upset to be writing this review because I personally know the family of Holiday Service Center. However, I am beyond frustrated with the service I received. I got an oil change done and come to find out they replaced my filter with a non genuine and smaller one. On top of that, the oil filter was not tightened at all so it was extremely loose. As you can see in the pictures, due to the fact that it was not genuine the o-ring was not sufficient. My car began smoking under the hood and through the vents in the car and having a very strong smell of burnt oil. When I had someone from Subaru pop my hood, there was oil leakage everywhere, leaking onto my entire engine bay. Beyond upset this was the service I received.

My engine light started to blink while I was headed toward Freehold. I knew it was serious so I stopped at Freehold Hyundai where I purchased my car to see if they would take a look. They stated that I needed an appointment so they could not help me. They also would not let me leave the car unless I had an appointment. I called a few Freehold local service centers, but no one would see me. I called Holiday and they said have the car towed to us and we would look at it the next day. I did and they fixed the issue that next day. Not only are thy knowledgeable but caring enough to help me WITHOUT an appointment. Thank you for your excellent service! Would recommend this service center to anyone.

Went there to get my car washed. Everything was absolutely great! Prices are fair, however I did pay for a service that included towel dry. To my surprise I had to do it myself! So he prepared they do give you the supplies, you just have to know it's on you to dry and detail the inside of your vehicle. I will definitely be utilizing their car wash from now on. Staff was friendly.

I was buying a car out of town from a nearby dealership and wanted a mechanic to inspect it for my peace of mind. I gave Holiday a call, they said they would be happy to take a look at the vehicle for me and give me their assessment, all complimentary. Classy. This tells you they are doing good honest work. I would have gladly paid for their service and expected it, especially given I am out of town and not going to be able to give them more business in the future. I appreciate it very much! As a small business owner myself, this goes a long way in earning trust.

Fred, Jack, Carly and entire staff are professional and accommodating. I have been bringing my mother’s car to them for service and not only do they have fair prices, they explain what it needed and want NOT is needed to correct the problem. They even pick up her car and return car to her home in Holiday City! I was so impressed on not only the service they provide but how they have gone out of their way for my mother, that when I come down from North Jersey I bring them my car to service!

I go there to get my oil changed on my work car. Nice bunch of people and I can't believe 30 bucks to get an oil change and they check all fluids and check everything on your car while it's up on the lift. And they give you a free car wash. I've actually said to them each time I'm in their I can't believe that they do this for this price and they use a high-quality or oil filter and they use high quality oil now mind you my car is a 2004 so it doesn't require the higher price synthetic but even with those it's like under fifty bucks. Great place great owners they're waiting room is impeccably clean

Over the years, I have had my cars serviced by many different places in New Jersey. NONE of them ever came close to Holiday Service Center! These guys are THE MOST honest and capable car service places anywhere in New Jersey! The best thing about them is that they NEVER try to "sell" you on getting repairs that you don't need. If you have a problem, they simply fix it, give you an idea of what might be needed down the road, but there is never any pressure to do additional work. THAT, in and of itself, is a winning feature and the most impressive thing about them. They also do the work fast and their mechanics are top notch, friendly, and take the time to explain things to you. They also have a book of letters from satisfied customers for you to peruse while you wait (very impressive!), coffee, water, TV, and they always surprise me with their fast service (fast but very thorough). They also give you a free car wash ticket (they have an excellent car wash too!!!!) and they do oil changes while you wait. There is nothing negative to say about these guys...only positive things! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this establishment! I go there for gas, had service, oil changes, hood latch replaced, and a few other minimal things. I look forward to going here ! Everyone from the moment you walk in is fantastic, and helpful ! I also had my car completed detailed here as well. I contacted Bill made an appointment and like that my car looks showroom new !
