Amazing customer service! The agent was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the entire process, from fixing the scratches on my vehicle to explaining how to properly paint it!
I was originally sent there to get a clearcoat touch up paint. The counter person said this is all I have. I showed him the small scratch and he said tape it off and spray 3 light coats 15 minutes apart. After I left I went back and called toyota and someone else answered and said toyota makes the brushable clearcoat for your car and ordered it for me. I went back over and asked for a return on my credit card. The guy points with his finger and basically showed me the no return for cash or credit and store credit only. I feel the person should have stated that prior to selling me an item I can not use now. I respectfully said I'll let the bank handle it. He said go head. Poor customer service and I would beware of buying anythinfrom this business
I had the worst experience at this place, I went on Wednesday (August 6th) for a color, I brought the liquid paint color I needed and the person who helped me told me that I needed the code, I explained that my client wanted to change the color of his car and the code would not work for him, so he asked me for a sample with the paint already applied on a metal to scan it with the camera, the next day (August 7th) I brought him the paint that he needed applied on the metal, he scanned it and did the painting. And he gave it to me without putting a drop of sample on the can to see if it was the color or not, (I have gone to buy paint in Paterson and always without exception he puts the drop on the can) when I arrived at my workshop, the painter had already prepared the vehicle to be painted and he realized that the color was brown and not dark gray, so I called them to give me a solution for the paint since my client is not going to pay me for a color that he does not chose, the person told me to come back today Friday (August 8th) I arrived I gave him the sample of the color I needed again and he came back a little while later to tell me that they reduced the paint I told him I wanted to open it to make sure it was the right paint and it only changed a little, it was more gold than gray, his excuse was that I had to go to my shop to have the painter paint a sample with the color they had just given me and see if it was the right color or come back until Monday so they could continue to reduce the paint!!! I told the other employee why are they asking for a sample if the color isn't going to be the same? He told me that they were doing what they could, according to him the person who helped me has been working in painting almost all his life, that he has a lot of experience in that business and according to them it is difficult to do it without the code. I just want to say one thing, just because it is 15 minutes from my workshop I went with these people (Kemperle LLC), they are not professional at all, since I have to return several times until they can get the color I need, that is called wasting time and excuse me but they do not know what they are doing and are not good for this business, they have no experience, if you have to depend on a camera and it is still not the color, then you can't call it painting experience if you are using a camera . I do NOT want to waste my time going back for the 4th time and being told that I will have to repaint another metal. I prefer to drive 2 hours to Paterson, to A&J AUTO BODY SUPPLY, the owners are Dominican and they really have the experience, with or without a code, the sample you bring and the color you give them, they do not make it similar, they DO GIVE YOU THE EXACT SAME COLOR. I have been buying in Paterson for 3 years and up to now I have not had any problems with the paint not have to return because the color is not the same, they are not there to play guess what paint. I regret having gone to Kemperle LLC and spent my money just because it was closer. Let me give you some advice for the owners of Kerperle, is to call the Owners in Paterson to teach you how to do the paint and also ask for experience, it is ridiculous to tell customers to come back more than once until they have the color they ordered. (Below is the information for this excellent place in Paterson where they really have the experience and aren't playing.) Thanks for wasting my time and spending $350 on a painting I didn't order. Definitely I will never come back to this place.
Great place for buying auto paint for small guys like me that just want to get the job done and back on a road. I look forward from my next project Getting my paint from These guys. Awesome people down-to-earth And the price is amazing.
