Just coming on here to highlight my tow truck driver this past Tuesday Joe Morgan, 10/10 communication, professionalism and so efficient in his work, thought my car was going to be an annoying tow and he got it right onto his truck with no issues, truly impressive to see someone so good at their job with a smile on their face even in this shitty Jersey weather, if I ever need another tow (hopefully I don’t) I know who to call and ask for!

Blew a tire on the garden state today, ended up calling AAA and they dispatched accurate towing, my tow truck driver Joe Munger was helpful, professional, arrived within the time frame I was given and got my car off the highway quickly, he actually had my car off the truck in a parking spot before I got back home, I would absolutely recommend their services

Top notch company with excellent service. My car died on the side of the highway while on my way home to south jersey from a funeral. Accurate tow service was recommended by a friend whom I called for assistance. After speaking to the owner, the company sent driver Joe Munger out and he went above and beyond in helping get my car safely on the truck and to the mechanic shop. He also made sure I was ok in getting home. I would definitely recommend this tow service if you’re in need.

This company runs a county wide scam. They tow cars, and claim “it was commercial”. With no commercial plates, writing, or over weight. They say a ladder constitutes commercial. Im aware of a group of individuals from Tomsriver that have retained a lawyer for a civil suit against them.

HORRIBLE! Lady on the phone working from home has a DISGUSTING attitude. EXTREMELY rude, and insensitive, yelled at me multiple times and got disgustingly disrespectful and nasty more than once, yelled at her children constantly while on the phone, she hung up the call multiple times claiming that “she doesn’t have to deal with this” .. SO DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED.. treating customers and people like this is actually heartbreaking. The women on the phone also told me they wouldn’t be open until 1/5 my accident happened on 1/1 at 7am. The women claimed I could not pick up my car until Monday because they are closed for a holiday which was COMPLETELY UNTRUE, I came to the office on 2/2 and they were VERY MUCH OPEN!! They charged me 500$ for my car being there for 24 hours, they also ripped off my whole front bumper during them moving it. Hopefully they take action and get this lady out of their office, she’s clearly bad for business, and they also need to care more about their customers it’s completely heartbreaking. This was my first ever accident and they made it extremely harder than needed.

I had the pleasure of Keith Stockum towing my vehicle last night. It was at a late hour when I was already on the way home. Not only was I annoyed from blowing a tire but just the fact that I was worried about sitting on hold and having to wait for a Tow. Keith not only got there in a timely fashion but he was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything. He definitely gave me a great experience especially with what I was dealing with.

Just wanted to give the operator who helped me out today a big shout out. Wasn’t sure how I was going to get myself out of this one, and Keith went above and beyond to make sure my rig was in good hands. Very grateful for how much respect and care was shown today. Thank you again

I just wanted to submit a review and say Thank You to the team over at Accurate Towing and specifically Lee for all of his assistance with my car not once but twice this year! I called in at the top of August 2025 and I had plans to send my car to one shop but Lee suggested I take the car to the dealer after doing some quick digging into the problem. Even though I was hesitant, I took his suggestion and I’m extremely happy I did. Not only was the dealer able to fix my car but at no cost. This wouldn’t have been possible had it not been for Lee’s suggestion, so again I thank you Lee and the entire team at Accurate Towing!

Was without having a good time in Asbury, came back to my vehicle to it being dead wouldn’t start wooden crank called up accurate towing and they came right out very promptly at 2 AM. The person who helped me his name is Alex very professional very nice guy. Very good pricing will do business with again.

My van broke down on the way to a jobsite on a holiday weekend. Alex and his team were able to come and pick up then deliver the vehicle to a local shop over an hour away. If zero stars was an option they would be receiving that from my. My fiance crashed our car Monday and this company towed our car. Unfortunately we only had liability on the car so when we first called to see how much the tow and storage would be they told us “ call your insurance “ ok so Tuesday comes and we went down bright and early to get the car. My fiance calls to see how much it was … $594 for a 2 minute tow .. the guy was rude asking why we wanted a break down of that price. This man started making up numbers and reasons . My fiance tows cars as well so he know the guy adding fees for certain hooks was bs. Not to mention I had $140 in CASH in my glove compartment … ok guess who stole it ?! They did ! They left $20 so we wouldn’t notice. So rude and unprofessional … you never know someone’s situation and that money was for my new borns formula. Really really shady people. God doesn’t like ugly !

They towed my daughter car after an accident. The hours are not the most convenient seeing as they close at 4pm, but when we got there the staff was more than approachable. They helped us out with zero issues, let us remove her belongings from the vehicle and we went on our way.

Predatory, Dishonest, and Unprofessional This is hands down the worst towing company I have ever encountered. My car was taken from a public area, and when I called them within 30 minutes, they refused to release it to me that same day. Instead, they stalled the process so that I would be forced to pay a higher fee. This is a blatant scam. As a nurse, I had to miss an entire shift because of their shady practices — not only costing me money, but also impacting my patients. Their staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. It was clear they have no regard for fairness or customer rights. This company thrives on exploiting people in stressful situations. No one should have to deal with such unethical behavior. Avoid them at all costs.

The owner was not only kind and honest, but went above and beyond to help me in a moment of need. I explained that I was dealing with banking issues and asked if I could send payment in a few days. Without hesitation, he still sent the tow truck and got my vehicle taken care of. It’s rare to find a company that values people over profit, but Accurate Towing did just that. Their willingness to trust a customer and provide service without stressing over immediate payment speaks volumes. I’m deeply grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable help.

I had the worst experience of my life with this towing company. I was in a very serious car accident, and my car was a total loss. This company, Accura, was in charge of picking up my car. I negotiated with them to hand over the title to my car and pay the deductible for the service. After paying and signing the title, I asked them to please hand over my license plates and my belongings, including money, which was left in a pocket of my jacket. All of this is inside my car. The answer they gave me was that everything was destroyed in the demolition. According to them, the demolition of my car was express, because I went the day after my accident. Their response was that I lost everything. They didn't give me any further explanation. Now they don't want to answer me. This happened to me on June 25, 2025. I attach evidence of what I mentioned

I strongly urge all potential customers to read my review before contacting this company. March 3rd 2024 we had contacted this company to pick up our Dodge Ram off of the parkway at exit 74 for a front wheel issue. It was dropped off at our family mechanic and somehow sustained significant unrelated cosmetic damage and a busted passenger door between pick up and drop off at the mechanic (picture included). Immediately I got in contact with the company to discuss this.. things happen and the company "prides themselves on customer satisfaction". For the next 43 days I have been sent on a merry go round of follow ups in which I have been told the owner will be calling me to address the issues because Alex, one of the employees shared that the the before pictures that the were taken on the car acknowledge this damage did not exist when they picked it up. During these 43 days I talked to Alex 6x, Eddie 3x, Michele 2x, and Dan 2x. Not once did the company reach out to me. Finally today Dan has said I can't find those pictures and the owner won't speak to you and we won't deal with this so "I don't know what to tell you". Obviously, I have everything recorded and we will be going the legal route with this but I felt the responsibility to share this horror experience with future customers to help them avoid this company. Highly unprofessional and any coverage / certifications they have is unhelpful to you as the customer when you're dealing with an unresponsive company that thinks ignoring calls will make you go away after causing damage to a vehicle. Will gladly update my review as legal actions progress.

Excellent service for a difficult heavy move. I called around for 2 weeks looking for someone to move a loaded forty foot shipping container. They said they could do it and they did. I thought the container weighed 20,000 lbs and the driver, Alex, struggled with it and we figured it must have weighed nearly 40,000 lbs. I can't praise Alex enough for his professionalism, determination and resourcefulness with a very difficult load. He used all the tricks in the book to get the container safely loaded and there was no damage to anything. I'm a very happy customer and give them a hearty recommendation!

I dealt with the Jackson Branch. Josh was great. He was genuinely concerned for my classic car (1966 Jaguar) and the 100 miles we needed to travel. Seamless and excellent service. Will totally use Accurate again.

I needed to move a 1970 Cadillac Coupe Deville. This is a HUGE car! After calling a few tow companies, Accurate came in the lowest (still fairly priced, plus they were local to my house, so that probably played a factor). Bobby (Big Bob, with the beard (I was told there are 2 Bobby's)) came out for the tow. He was extremely friendly and professional. He handled the loading and offloading of the car with the greatest care, and ensured I was pleased with where the car was placed at my home. When the time comes to move the car again, I will certainly consider using Accurate Towing before anyone else. Thank you, Bobby, and the rest of the team there. Great job!
