Freedom towing is the best. In an industry full of thieves, these guys will give you an honest deal. My driver Kenny was very knowledgeable and patient. Emily helped me on the phone which was very helpful as i am not tech savvy. When I called back to get my receipt and ask some questions dan was also very helpful

I'm a seasoned automotive mechanic and have a large toolbox. I have never dealt with this company for this kind of move before. John was the tow truck operator and was professional throughout the ordeal. During the process of getting the toolbox on the flat bed there were some hiccups and snags. John kept his cool and ultimately made the experience work overall.
Slight bit of damage at two areas of the box, one on each cabinet. I also have had companies quote me and then change the price after, they did not. I still tipped John because I know these moves are tough and it wasn't raining but the tow bed was wet which makes for more fun, "sarcasm."
I hopefully don't need to, but would request this company again and would ask for John if he wanted another go around. Hopefully I stay at this garage for a long time going forward because it is stressful moving this damn thing lol.
We contacted Freedom Towing to pull one of our trucks and a trailer out of the snow. On arrival they realized it was going to be a bigger job than originally planned. They brought in a back-up truck and pulled our driver and his trailer out WITHOUT any damage. They arrived in a timely manner and communicated everything from arrival to completion and in between. Pricing was reasonable! Highly recommend this company if you are in a jam!

I'm glad to say I haven't needed tow trucks many times in my life, but when I did, I usually waited for hours. Not with Freedom Towing, last week when I was stuck in the snow, they came within 15 mins, the operator knew exactly what he was doing and had me out in minutes. They were so prompt and professional I called to thank them and would highly recommend them.
Wow! Amazing service provided, I was stranded at 2am stuck in snow with a dead battery , not only did they get me out the snow , but replaced my Battery in minutes and I didn’t even have to wait hours for there arrival! A1 service! Outstanding!
I’m out of town and the worst possible time with the weather my wife’s car is not drive able and needs to be towed. Who do I trust to make sure my wife is safe and tow my bmw without damaging it. I called Freedom and within minutes I had a driver heading to her and we all felt a sense of relief. Baruch came through and if we should ever need will be calling them again.

I had a harrowing experience where I needed a tow to AND from a repair facility. I dealt with two people to carry this out: Efren and Jake. The dispatcher and driver respectively. They were two of the most efficient and kind people I have ever dealt with - and I’ve been dealing with people for about 70 years now. I love, and recommend, Freedom Towing. Mainly because they get the job done, but also because of the wonderful people they have working for them.
Freedom helped us (Good Friend Electric) move our forklifts from one location to another. They were quick, fair priced, and clear communication throughout. I was very nervous as these are expensive machines but they did a great job! Thank you Freedom!

Amazing service!!! After waiting hours and AAA not being able to service us they came to our rescue. They arrived within 15 minutes of us contacting them. They are very knowledgeable. They explained everything and made us feel at ease. The driver was OUTSTANDING!!! He was friendly and made us laugh after such a long and upsetting day. I will only be using freedom towing from now on.
