Kathleen, Dan and everyone at this service center all provided excellent service with genuine, sweet conversation. No hidden fees or tricks, just clean mechanical service at a reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back for my next Subaru service that I can’t tackle myself! 10/10

I would not recommend any of their services unless its covered under their insurance. Just simple oil change cost $230. They not only included service charges but also labor charges charged by a hour. Does not make sense.

Anthony was absolutely phenomenal. Boyfriend and I walked in on a whim because I was looking to trade in my 2020 Civic LX with high mileage and make the switch to a Subaru. Ended up with a used 2018 Forester 2.5i with low mileage and I love it. Anthony and the rest of the staff made the process very comfortable and were accommodating with all questions, etc. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality car with exceptional customer service.

The service took a little longer than expected. However, the chairs were comfortable, the coffee was fresh and good and the Olympics on the TV made the time seem to fly by.

I'm new to the area and had to bring my car for service. What should have been a simple drop off became anything but that, but by no fault of the service department. They were integral in catching a problem that would have gone otherwise unnoticed. The service staff and team at Lester Glenn was so helpful in walking me through the next steps. Nicole was absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful that she was there to help and support me. Definitely would recommend this team going forward! Thank you Lester Glenn and the Service Team.

Going to this dealership is always a pleasant experience. The service reps are very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility is clean and comfortable. I’ve been going there to have my Subarus serviced since 2014!

Drove up to valet where I was pleasantly greeted 7 minutes before my appointment time. I was told to take a seat inside & I did. I was then taken exactly at my appointment time and told the service would be about 1 hr 15 minutes. My service was done in 1 hour with a report sent to my cell phone about the work done. I was on my way with the rest of my day in less then 1 hr & 15 minutes. Thank you team at Lester Glenn Subaru!!

Had an unexpected emergency with a tire...they arranged for me to come in after roadside helped me as I am still under warranty. So glad I had purchased the Tire and Wheel Protection plan as this was my 2nd tire replacement due to picking up a nail. Eric was there to greet me and guided me through suggesting other services related to the tire replacement. My day started out troubled but Lester Glenn and Erik once again came to my rescue.

Brought my 2025 Subaru Forrester in for it's 1st service at 4,800 miles. The Service Tech took my car in right away. I reviewed the items I wanted done with the Service Coordinator, who explained what they would do and what the cost was. I signed the papers and sat in the waiting lounge area with the TV and in about 40 minutes, the work was completed, I paid the cashier and the service coordinator walked me out to my car. A very pleasant experience.

Previously, I’ve only used the service department and Always found them very efficient and friendly. This review is for the auto body department. Gary and his crew were very easy to work with. Gary kept me informed every step of the way, and my car looks brand new! A very positive experience!!

Wild to say your visit to an auto dealership was delightful but honestly it was. I was a bit late but not so for the service persons. They were so on it and found the problem almost immediately. I want to shower them with praise for their competence, friendliness and great sense of humor (a little comic relief goes a long in these times!). I am more than pleased with the level of service I received yesterday. Nicole who orchestrated all the services I requested was great despite the extraordinary busy day. Javier was great on the drive along in determining the issue I was having, and Mark was a great conversationalist as he drove me home. Couldn't ask for better service. 10 stars!

I have been to many dealership service department over the years. Make no mistake about it; Lester Glenn Subaru Dept. is the absolute best. Nicole Damiano is the best servive rep. that I have ever had. She is very knowledgable and has very good communication skills.

2025 Outback Wilderness purchased 10/2/24 THANKFUL I bought the extended warranty and My Subaru Safety and Security Plus. They came and got the car and towed it to the dealership. 12/2024 and about 1000 miles in the starter and alternator went driving home in pouring rain. Car just stopped working. 8/2025 lots of water on the floor of the car, driver and passenger, front and back. Literal puddle. Air Conditioner hose got clogged. All carpeting had to come out (in case of mold) and be replaced. Service experience was good. Disappointed that a brand new car has this many issues already.

There was an issue with my vehicle immediately following servicing. While not completely determined that servicing was the cause , Lester Glenn made good on making sure my vehicle returning to the dealership was not any inconvenience to me at all! Lester Glenn went over and above to make sure their customer (me) was well taken care of. Thank you for the good quality of service!

Keith, Nicole, and their great team always take care of us and do their best to make sure the car is serviced to spec. '23 Impreza Hatch 2.0L. Nothing fancy, but it's our car, and we love it. Second Impreza we've owned for a reason... reasonable performance if you wind it up to the cams, flexible cargo space, all weather-capable. And it's a 5-speed manual. Gotta come correct. Our first was a '99 hatch 2.2L. Miss that car. The Lester Glenn customer lounge is a good place to spend time while your vehicle is being serviced... comfortable, coffee, TV, charging stations for your smart device, and a good grip of new Subaru models in the show room and out in the lot to investigate. I love reading window stickers. Call it a hobby. And these roof tent things they've got going on are just wicked cool.

I brought my son's Legacy in for a radio, info system, and navigation replacement since it crapped out on him. Thank God it was under warranty. It had to be ordered. Since it was on backorder, he waited a little while for it. Nicole, who is great, by the way, called when it came in, and we got a quick appointment to install the new unit. Lester Glenn is great. Since I'm a Chevy guy, I'm used to dealing with the Chevy dealership, which is also great. I have to say, I was also impressed with the Subaru dealership. The only complaint is that I couldn't look at the new Chevy's. (lol) That's what keeps me occupied when I'm at the Lester Glenn Chevy dealer.
