Mike, the manager, is just very helpful and responsive. He's fair and explains everything well. Unfortunately, everything is too expensive nowadays, but at least here its more reasonable. Appreciate it and will be back soon

Very unhappy I went their to have my car repaired with the winning sound I was having I never fixed the problem replacing the left axle instead which I probably never needed Brought it to a different mechanic they said the noise was from the engine with very low oil in it due to it was burning the oil Firestone NEVER checked the oil The other mechanic said I might have to replace the motor Thank God for the other mechanic Firestone was horrible

I was very satified with the service I received. I came to the Toms River location for an oil change and replacement of a brake light. While there the techs noticed that my calipers needed replacement, which is not unusual for a 13 year old car with 182,000 miles on it. I have used Firestone for years at 3 locations in NJ and I never felt that I was being upsold products and service I didn’t need. I found that the techs were willing to work with you and honored all warranties, warranties that I often didn’t remember I had. I would recommend Firestone to family and friends for honest and reliable service.

The lightbulb went out on passenger side. I called to see how much replacement is and was told $275. I went to autocare brought a $20 bulb. My boyfriend popped out the old and replaced it with new one in literally 3 minutes. I am so disappointed by these corporate shops. They lost a longtime customer from this absurd quote.

Brought my car in for a power steering issue. My car was diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. The price of service was very reasonable and the staff were especially nice and inviting. I will definitely use their services again!

Had appointment scheduled online to have 4 tires installed. After waiting 1/2 after arriving I was told they didn't have the tires. Employee said they would receive them in 4 days. No big deal. Of course tires didn't come in. Again was told they would be received the next day. Nope again. Now told 2 days. Again no tires. One more time told next day. More promises of next day. Then 1 more day and still no tires. Then supposed to be in today. I called the location and was now told " tires are hard to get" but a location approximately 6 miles away has them. I then asked if they would honor the price I was quoted on a Black Friday promotion and was told he didn't know. Wasted 9 days being giving the runaround. Going elsewhere. Thanks for taking up my time!

DO NOT GO HERE. From out of town working and had to drop my truck off for a full service, front an rear brakes. (They was making alot of noise) they kept the truck for 5.5 hours called me saying it was ready for pick up. Got in the truck an noticed the oil percentage wasn't reset. Walked back into the store an they notified me they didn't see the service request for the service. An didnt do the rear brakes.... First an last time ill be there an it still didnt fix the brake noise.

Set up an appointment to get 4 tires on a Ram 2500. Told them I would drop truck off night before. I was told they would have to get tires in but shouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately when I arrived they didn’t know anything about appointment and told me they can’t guarantee when the tires would come in. So after a wasted trip went to another service center and got hooked up. A phone call would have been appreciated.

We had an issue with the tires that came with a two year old car. Ford wanted to charge us for four new tires, well over $1000, no consideration for low miles. Mike took a look at the tires and prorated them for low miles and the defect that they had. We walked out of here with a bill less than $250! This shop has been wonderful to work with and a pleasure. Mike was like dealing with a family member in the business. Thanks guys!!!

Every time I need to take care of my car it is so easy. The staff is great! I have been going here for years and have recommended it to family, friends, and even my own customers from where I work.

After trying multiple different auto shops trying to find someone I trusted, I found Firestone and they had my car in and out within the same day I dropped it off and was insanely informative and helpful. I appreciate the transparency and honesty that the workers held and will certainly be returning again.

Firestone Complete Auto Care I've been going to them for years, but yesterday July 23rd in a emergency situation I had to stop by the firestone on route 37 in Tom's River after speaking to their counter person and explained to him I just needed front brakes pads I didn't want to know anything else just front brake pads...I can do them myself just wasnt in the mood to deal with it...they decided that that on top of front break pads I also needed 2 new rotors and Two new calibers. He informed me that the right side caliber was frozen and the left side caliber was sticking....OH REALLY....so why is it I don't have my car pulling hard when I hit the breaks, he told me that at low speeds I wouldn't be able to feel the problem...my response to him was I'm on the parkway doing 85/90 and my car is as straight as a arrow hitting the brakes...still tried to tell me my car was in desperate need of these items that would cost 2400 dollars...and they wouldn't just do pads because of safety reasons, but they were willing to leave the damaged items I originally came in for and send me on my way....I understand companies need to make money but when you loose trust in your customers from taking advantage of them then the bottom line is you will loose customers and revenue all for the greedy corporate executive filling their pockets. Folks beware of these corporate businesses that don't care one bit of you and the car you drive, they are told to upscale you everything they can and having a emergency and going to places like this they will take advantage of you or your loved ones... You are better off going to a independent then places like this. FIRESTONE PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR PEOPLE... I will never be back for service

My daughter was visiting friends in NJ when she got a hole in her tire. She went to the Toms River Firestone and they did much needed work on her car. I had some questions about the billing and when I called, the manager Mike, was very understanding and listened to my issues. We came to an agreement, and all the issues were resolved. I live in Pa and I am very impressed by his actions, understanding, and problem solving skills. I highly recommend this Firestone.

My service advisor, Taheem, was excellent. He explained all the recommended services for my car and let me make my own decisions. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this Firestone.

Went to the Toms River location for an A/C recharge for my 2018 Grand Cherokee. They misquoted me and gave me a lower price, but they still honored that quote. These guys go above and beyond to cater to each client specific needs. Highly recommend!

Absolute incredible service. The service was done an hour faster than they estimated. Mike and Dan both are extremely nice, very soft, spoken and respectful. I would definitely recommend that I will be a repeat customer. I'm very happy.

The employees at Firestone were very, very knowledgeable. Mike, who is the manager and Dan were so very helpful and kind. Adam worked on my car and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Firestone for their services.

Had them put a tire on and it was flat two weeks later, they said of course they would fix it for free, then they said that they were not able to take the lug nuts off without breaking them so they can’t fix it. I brought it home and took them all of myself in about 10 seconds then loosely put them back on and drove it back to have them fix it. They once AGAIN said that they can’t take them off without breaking them even tho I just took them off and loosely put them on. So I took it home and took the tire off the car in about 10 seconds and put it in the back of a pickup truck to drop off and have them finally fix it, pretty much had to do half of their job for them.

Absolutely would never bring my car back here. The work is shoty at best. I'm having to replace parts they claimed to replace just a few years that should have lasted at least 8 years. Not to mention how over booked and slow the service always is. No attention to detail and lousy customer service.

I brought my car in because it was stalling, they told me to go to a transmission shop, after spending about 2500 dollars, we came to find out all the stalling was due to a cam sensor gone bad, Firestone also knew that but failed to tell me what that meant. So I went two months fixing random things because I did not feel comfortable going back to them for help after they told me to go to a transmission shop ( my transmission is fine by the way). So thank you Firestone for have me pay and absurd bill after not fixing my problem.

I’m not really happy with the service, I felt I got scammed. The only reason I went to them is that they’re known company & they were recommended by the person at the auto spa I regularly go to. Plus I thought since they’re popular I could trust them & that they can fix my tire as said by the auto spa guy. The auto spa were kind enough to check my tire so they already knew the problem but they can’t fix it as they don’t have the tool to do so hence the recommendation.they were positive that a patch will fix it as the tire is still new and that same case already happened to his car so he’s confident it will be fixed. However, to my despair when I went to this place they said “ it’s non fixable, needs a new tire replacement” I was shocked but that time what I can only think of was my safety driving to & forth work at night so I don’t have a choice. So I agreed to what they want, paid $280+ for a new tire to replace my 4-5mos old tire(Mazda CX30). When I told this to my friends including the guys at auto spa, they all said the same thing - I got scammed! That the guys from FIRESTONE get to say that to make a deal, for sales. Too bad coz I trusted them. I will never go to them again nor even recommend them to anyone.

My latest (and last) experience with this business came a couple of months ago when I went in for a simple oil change on my Chevy. Whoever the person was that installed the oil filter decided not to add the O ring. I found this out when oil was splattered all over my driveway pavers, which were in perfect condition before the fine (not!) people at Firestone over looked the simplest detail. I found out when I took the car to a reputable mechanic and he showed the the unscrewed oil filter with no gasket. He charged $20 for a new filter, and they will be getting my business going forward. When I phoned Firestone to tell them what happened, they denied everything saying there was no way that could happen! Never again will I give Firestone my money. All the tires and batteries I purchased there in the past and they destroyed my driveway pavers.

I feel comfortable coming here, all the technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable and almost always have all my parts in stock. Getting a quick appointment is never a problem, they are flexible and hours are convenient. Everyone is always willing to help and explain things in detail, I never feel like I'm inconveniencing anyone. Customer service is always excellent.

Open early. Friendly staff. Had a tire blowout late at night and needed a replacement. They had me out in 15 mins. Shop was super clean.

Horrible, slow, and no estimate Same process In NC that took 45 minutes took 3 1/2 hours here. Just a simple alignment, oil change, and replacing two back tires. This is ridiculous, saw employees on phones talking and texting.. Some employees taking a stroll now and then. Young employees obviously need to be let go. Never coming to this Firestone again.. Going to try at the one on Route 70 Calling corporate for asking a rebate. Again don't go here.
