It is a very good place to eat at the food is amazing but the serivce is trash they don't even take your order when it is packed shouldn't they hire more employees for that, you have to wait at least an hour to order your food if its packed.

this mcdonald has really fell off. they use to have nice staff and now they are all rude especially the two lady’s in the front (the one who was packing up and one who was doing the fries). these two give the biggest attitude and can’t even apologize for making a mistake. the manager is no better, same attitude as them. they messed up my order and gave me a look of disgust even thought they made the mistake. futhermore if you place a 40$ these stingy workers won’t even give one extra sauce. will force you to pay for it.

This McDonald is the worst one in the area. It reminds me of The McDonalds on 125th on NYC. (IFKYK) the workers are extremely rude while looking unpresentable and the store is filthy and unkept. I get it’s Fast food but do better. Turn over that whole location.

Clean. Organized . One block from bus. Nice service. Fast. Just had the best mcgriddle in my life.

This McDonald’s is always ridiculously slow. The place gets insanely crowded because the workers take forever to attend customers. I waited way too long just to get my food, and on top of that, when I asked for sauce the worker said I could only get one. One sauce?? What am I supposed to do with one sauce for my whole meal? The whole experience was frustrating and unorganized. Horrible and Ghetttoooo

Passed by for an up of coffee and hot water to heat up my infants milk, the employee denied the hot water even though I brought my own mug. I was charged a medium hot tea for the hot water. Definitely not comming back to this location. The cashier and manager are just unkind people.

If you want your day to start on the wrong side, visit this place during breakfast hours. Woman in the morning is rude as hell. My app for some reason never sent my order in. And instead of helping or finding a solution. She just shrugged me off and walked to the back. I would have order there and figure out app thing later.

Service is better than the food.

Cashiers have to attend to the register and serve as well when it’s very busy rather than have other staff take care of preparing the orders etc. They need to work on managing their staff better.

Don't go there ICE should come clean the dining room out. Old people with only a cup of coffee taking up every table with newspaper.

I did a mobile order and for whatever reason it didn't go through on the app but I got a receipt emailed and I was charged. They eventually reluctantly did the order manually and said next time they need an order number like I'm dumb and don't know how this works. I would love to give them an number order but they didn't give me one. The employee was extremely rude.

Terrible burger but fries and sides were ok. Very dirty table and the lock on the restroom door is broken.

Customer service is NOT it here! Most workers are super rude & seem like they do not want to work, almost like you’re bothering them when you ask for anything. Much better service in the McDonald’s in North Bergen on 81st. Hope they can train their employees to be more customer service friendly.

Took 30 mins to prepare a pickup order. I waited 15 mins after I arrived to pick up. This is not fast food.

I went and placed an order on the kiosk and asked how long was the wait to be charged like I was paying cash. The manager responded that it would take 30 minutes. I had been there waiting 45 miniutes already. Left came to Wendy’s that is 2 blocks down and was taken care of immediately

Attention 10/10 and food was soo good you could tell they just made it

There was a huge hair in mcrispy burger, it was disgusting and I didn't even eat my own hamburger because I felt sick to my stomach, it was really disgusting.

McDonald’s, and especially this place, is getting worst and worst. There’s no quality control or assurance that they are including all the items in your order. There needs to be expeditor verifying that all items are included. Getting your money is impossible if you order via the app. The app tells you to contact the store for refund, but when you do, they constantly hang up. What’s the point of having an app if they can’t offer solutions.

I’ve been coming here since 2003, the staff has always been great. Honestly after today, I’d say they’re amazing. With all the extra that they put up with here. It’s really a superb job, long lines no matter what time of day or night sometimes and everyone gets their order quick. Place is clean, especially considering all the extra traffic they deal with from the busy avenue.

I lost my appetite!!!! Had an horrible experience here since they upgraded the place. I normally like going to the tablets they have available but my grandmother who doesn’t know how to use it wanted to go to the register the lady was nice at first. But had a problem at then end without even charging my grandmother for the balance she wants to give an attitude cause my sibling with special needs asked for cherry smoothie, not a cherry slushy isn’t of saying we don’t have cherry smoothie but strawberry the lady who service us had a very nasty tone we even apologized for the mixup but still want to make it complicated even when she hasn’t charged us yet. Someone else had to come in cause the girl was very unpleasant that we asked for the smoothie we didn’t say slushy isn’t of letting us know what kind of smoothie they have she wants to still force us to buy the slushy even when we explain and apologize in the process we still haven’t even paid yet.

Can never complain about the food, it’s great. But this is an establishment where you eat, drink and enjoy the food you have paid for. I can’t come to comprehend how you “close” a bathroom because you don’t desire to clean it again, after you cleaned it. I want to question management, whose name I don’t know what is, but denied me the entrance to the bathroom. The New Jersey code: Code § 8:24-6.6 - Toilet facilities. Clearly states that you are to provide the use of bathrooms. I suggest management to look over this code.

Ordered a big breakfast this morning and we’ll they definitely need to change the name from big to small. Besides the food the service was horrible they forgot the coffee that was ordered as well as the jelly and butter for the meal. I had to get up and ask for my missing items, I also asked for a water cup because I wanted some tap water but the manager gave me such a attitude telling me and I quote your only getting a cup is if you buy one so what size you want. Figures she doesn't where a name tag so people cant complain about her. I bet this isn’t the first time she’s done this

Always great service when I come in , quick and fast usually do mobile orders . Enough space to sit and eat. They also have the kiosks to order from. They take all war in take out and delivery. Please note picture were taken in the night that is why the kiosk says it’s closed.

Always chaos in this McDonald's. They now have cups out in the open near the kiosks and a little boy was playing with a toy and made the dinosaur walk up all the cups that people have to drink out of. Then coughing all over them. DISGUSTING!! Then I saw someone leaning on the cups touching all of them. Get your cups from behind the counter to ensure you get a clean cup.
