My landlord purchased this stove to replace the old one. Unfortunately, the unit that was delivered was damaged, which is very disappointing. It’s unfair for any customer to receive a defective product, especially in a situation like this. I hope the company handles this professionally and replaces it promptly. For now, this is my honest experience and review.

Excellent experience yet again with Franco Sforza and staff at this West New York PC Richards location. Spoke to Franco about a replacement mattress, and he asked me a some questions regarding what is important to me in the mattress, and we narrowed it down to the perfect mattress. I love this location, they have parking and are always helpful. Franco was the person who assisted me. He kindly explained all features and pricing on warranty. My washer lid has already given me an issue and Franco quickly arranged for someone to come and service it. Highly recommend and also advise to look into warranties for high-use items.

PC Richard’s is our go to source. Isaac, in particular, was most helpful. He was nice, informed, and patient as we made our decision. I came back twice. Both times, I asked for Isaac. 1st for a smart TV. 2nd for a dishwasher. Clean store. Nice selection. Good parking.

Had an issue with a refrigerator and Arod was amazing, finding the account number and fastest service appointment during the holidays. Right after the dishwasher broke and he was able to get an appointment set up with the same tech so I don't have to wait! That is going above and beyond! Thanks Arod!

He was knowledgeable and he patiently guided us through the numerous options, taking the time to explain the features and differences between various models. What truly impressed us was there consultative and supportive Jose was clearly focused ensuring we had the necessary information to make the best decision for us, allowing us to feel confident and comfortable with our final choices. I recently got a dishwasher installed from here. They charged for installation, couple of hoses etc in advance but the installation service is PATHETIC. They did a rough job and completely ruined the look of my kitchen. I reached out to them, sent them pictures but no response. The sales team is helpful and pushy when you are a potential customer but offer no service / help after the merchandise is paid for and sold.I had always used Costco for my appliances & never ever had any issues with them.wouldn’t use this place again for future purchases. Came in the other day to pick up a few things, needed some help with brand recommendations. Got help from a super friendly salesman by the name of Luis. Dude was an expert, pointed me in the right direction. Also gave me some laughs with his jokes. A++ quality salesman, the store is extremely lucky to have a young guy like that representing them??
