Was told by another mechanic my engine ceased up and needed a new one. Shah inspected my car and said it was just bad ac compressor. Best in the game hands down.

The rear end of my car was hit when it was parked leaving the trunk and some of the light damaged. Shah’s shop did a great job with the repairs. He was also very honest and fair with pricing and didn’t try to tag anything extra. As a woman, I felt comfortable going to this shop which is not the case everywhere. I definitely recommend this shop for auto body work!

I had some work done at this exauhst shop where they had put on my exhaust for me after I had my headers put on at a different location. I explained to him that I understand his shop did a form of the work, but I believe that there is a leak coming from my headers and it’s making a tick noise. Then the owner of the shop proceeded to swear up and down that it wasn’t my headers and it was coming from my engine. Then he decided to ignore my calls for a month. I called every day multiple times for a Then he decided to ignore my calls for a month. I called every day multiple times for an entire month. Come to find out It was in fact my headers after taking it to another shop then after I had to order new headers, I decided to try to give him one more chance and see if I can get a price on how much it would be to install my headers then he decided to tell me he was gonna call me back with a price and then never call me back. This guy is extremely unprofessional and I would never take my car back to him in the future. I recommend no one else does. Oh, because he was afraid to be wrong and refused to do a smoke test I had to spend hundreds of extra dollars trying to figure out what the actual issue is at other shops.

A very disrespectful person the owner, I Don’t recommend to deal with that shop, you will end doing the job twice for some reason, His prices are okay according to the mechanic prices shop which is not bad he has a Spanish mechanic not the best so far always diagnose the wrong issue as per experience this week. I paid the amount thats was required to fix the issue but was not fully done according to the other shop that was able to finish the work that was done by Auto Shah. He is not a very respectful person at all according to what happened at the shop. Please be careful to know what you are dealing with. No issues paying for a service thats was required but needs to be done right.

I’ve taken my bmw to shah twice for some coil over work and body shop. I’ve left super happy both times, he takes the time to talk to you about your car and what it needs. Very good communication, this is my guy for whatever work i need.

I'd give this shop zero, but that level unfortunately is not available. This shop "fixed" the damage on the the passenger door of my silver Lexus. After the repair, the door was hanging (wasn't properly installed back). There was a hole between the door and the fender, and they didn't even bother putting back the edge guard. Lexus door was closing with a dull noise like a can. Parts were popping out. This repair, had to be repaired, but this time, by professionals.

The guys at Shah Auto Center did an exceptional job installing a full titanium exhaust with valves on my BMW M3. It sounds like a beast! I called them up and they said they could install it same day for a very good price over the phone. I came late, and there were extra steps needed for these exhausts, but Shah kept his word and only charged me the amount he mentioned prior. No one does that! The professionals like Israel there knew exactly what they’re doing. They are experts with BMWs, and it only took them an hour to do all of this. They treated me like family and helped me carry my old exhausts to my car even after closing time. I couldn’t have found a better place.

Highly recommend this shop. They do good work with good prices. Only shop in north Jersey I take my car.

I took my car in to get shocks and struts, but in the process they found that I needed inner & outer tie rods and lower control arm with ball joint. The owner never pressured me to get the work done, but just wanted to let me know what the car needed. I found getting all the work done at a reasonable price was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this place, thank you to the owner Shah and his knowledgeable team of mechanics.

It's sad that this business is run by a guy with the worst attitude. I have been going to him for a while and today I am done. I had a pretty big job with him, one of them being the brakes. He was offended that I wanted to test it out first? Then while test driving it I felt the brakes not being strong enough, he gets upset and gets in the drivers seat and guns the accelerator and jams on the the brakes super hard till the wheels lock up. He was acting like an angry kid. I told him that the brakes seemed weird and he got out, slammed my car door and started making fun of me with the mechanic. I got truly upset as this guy is a complete amateur with a bad attitude, then he raises the price saying taxes after he already had given me a price including taxes. It's a shame. My BMW club will be going somewhere else.

I have all my cars serviced at Shah’s. The owner is very honest as well as his workers. I’ve never had a bad experience and my cars have always come back to me fixed. He also has a bodyshop that is top notch. I have recommended this shop to many of my friends and co-workers.

Done Quick and Done Right. Good work/ good price ( given upfront ). No hidden charges nonsense. Gave me that same day appt to come in. Had the work done faster than quoted. I needed a muffler delete on my Subie Legacy 3.6R, and after some research, Shah seemed to be the place. He was busy on a Friday afternoon but still accommodated me. Once he got to my car, it only took 40 minutes from start to finish. Expert job, clean work, and at a very reasonable price. My car sounds sick! Highly recommend, and will try them for other work too! 👍🏼👍🏼

Brought in my versa with a busted/cracked rear bumper. He gave me quote in no time and said when he would be available. The price was unbeatable AND he stuck to it! The bumper looked better than new when I went to pick it up! (I could even see myself in it.) Great service and very friendly! overall would recommend to anyone

THE BEST SHOP!!! about 4 years ago they performed a exhaust job on one of my cars and it was perfect, it was recommended by one of my friend’s and since then I would go to him, don’t think this is a expensive shop just by how nice it looks. I would always see this shop when I moved to the us and thought it was expensive but he is a really honest mechanic and very fast. I got a water pump and thermostat done by a “family friend” for $1200 and it took two weeks to be done (not shah auto center) a year and 10k miles later had the same issue and went to shah and he did water pump, thermostat, radiator, on my old bmw for $900 which sound like a lot but every other shop would quote me a few more hundred dollars and he got it done the same day not two weeks like my previous mechanic. once also installed lowering springs on my car while I was getting a haircut a block away they’re a pretty busy shop been there probably been there around 10 times and probably ONLY ONE time I had to leave my car over night but I did drop it off really late around 6pm and got it the next day around 11am they’re the best at whatever they do and I always get compliments of my exhaust set up that was fully costume by them

The service at this shop is excellent. They were able to accommodate me at short notice, took their time to try and diagnose my problem (including a road test) and were not able to detect anything serious and gave me the peace of mind that I don’t need to spend the enormous amount of money that a dealership was recommending. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from; as a customer, if you treat your mechanic with respect and friendliness, that’s what you will receive in return. Glad I found my new go-to spot!

I had bought a new exhaust system (upgrade) for my Acura TL (j-pipe to the tip) in September and I needed someone attentive to do the job. So of course I had to shop around, which I did, but I'd see this mechanic shop all the time cause I work in the area. So I looked up Shah's shop and read all reviews and I was taken by the level of customer service that him and his crew upheld. So, I went in and explained to him what was needed and he had no problems. He had giving me a great price and said, "Bring it. We'll do it right now." And that's what I did. I've never been to a shop like this. Shah and his team works. Took them about an hour, which is quick to me. Shah and his staff were excellent. They don't make sure they get the job done right. They DO the job right. They've made me the happiest man on earth to this day. And my exhaust system sounds even better than when I drove off his shop. And I will definitely be going back for more upgrades. I am so thankful and I appreciate you and your team, Shah. Blessings!

Brought in my 16’ Honda Civic for a dual exhaust muffler delete with tips, he did a professional & clean job. Took care of me immediately, definitely recommended! Muffler delete turned out awesome, welding was clean & also sprayed the custom pipe work black to hide them a bit. If the shop is really busy you already know they’re doing something right!! Great price and honest service! Recommended for exhaust work! Appreciate local business like this. Thanks for taking care of me and my boy.

This shop was recommended to me by a worker at BJ's tire center who was installing new tires in my car. I called ahead to tell Shah I needed wheel alignment with the new tires I was getting. When I got there, he was able to start on my car within 10 minutes. The work was done thoroughly and professionally. Shah explained to me everything that was done and what else I may need in the future. The guy doesn't BS and tells you like it is. Great service!! And the price is great as well!! What a gem of an auto center!! So happy I found this place. Will be coming back regularly for all my car needs!
