Horrible and outrageous! Avoid at all costs!
These people are a disgrace to the industry. The three workers you sent were repulsive. They arrived in filthy clothing and reeked of smoke so toxic that it left a disgusting stench in my apartment for hours. It was a sanitary violation to even let them in.
Worse than the filth was the conduct. They completely ignored professional boundaries. They treated my private residence like a tourist attraction —— gawking at my belongings and making loud, unsolicited, and inappropriate comments about my lifestyle. It was intrusive, offensive, and bordering on harassment!
Then came the scam. They quoted me $1,200 for a standard removal job that legitimate companies priced at under $600. This is attempted extortion and deceptive trade practice.
I formally request that the Bureau of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau launch an immediate investigation into this company’s predatory pricing and unethical conduct. Businesses operating like this should be shut down
I used them twice this past month for junk removal. They were fairly priced, reliable, and trustworthy. They had one of their team member come to my site within 2 hours of calling them for a quote. 1 hour later all of the junk was removed and they even swept my driveway once it was all done. I will continue to use them moving forward.
I’m so glad I called EFT Junk Removal! Their service was excellent—professional, courteous, and efficient. They even managed to remove the leftover cement from my refinished stairs. I highly recommend them for any moving or junk removal needs!

They were AMAZING!!!! We had a huge job of cleaning out my Grandfather's house and they came right over and cleaned everything - even while it was raining!!! There was a peice that needed to be cut, so since it was getting late and they were being considerate of the neighbors, they came back first thing the next morning to remove. BEST CLEANOUTS EVER!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! My family and I are SO incredibly grateful for them- THANK YOU for making such a stressful situation (cleaning out my beloved Abuelo's house) go ever so smoothly!!!! Very responsive, prompt and job was done quickly. Contacted Tahimi at 1pm on a Saturday, they were at my place by 2:37 pm and job was completed by 3:20, keeping in mind that they were hauling plaster and construction debris from the second floor. Prices comparable with what you’ll find out there. Def recommend local, family owned business.

They came to my house in union city and clean up my back yard for cheap , other companies that came.to estimate wanted over 1000 dollars they did it for 725 ,i recommend them .

I've worked with 3 disposal folks in the area, and EFT was by far the most professional, efficient, and very kind. Like most people, time is very valuable to me, so it meant the world that they on time. The gentleman who made the arrangement was professional, and the guys who removed the demolition trash were extremely nice, thoughtful, moved very quickly, and went the extra mile to clean the area.
