Working one-on-one with Jorge Rizo was a fantastic experience. From the start, the customer service was top-tier and the shop itself was incredibly clean and professional. The attention to detail is unmatched—the truck looks absolutely brand new again. To top it off, Jorge even detailed the vehicle before handing it back to me.
If you are anywhere in the NJ or NY area and need bodywork, do yourself a favor and bring your car here. It was a completely turnkey, stress-free experience. Truly impeccable work!
Brought my car here to have my door repainted. An employee of Rizo auto stole a thousand dollars in cash from the glove compartment of my car. I know this because the car was in their garage from the time I left it to the time I picked it up and realized the money was gone. At first they thought I was trying to scam them or something but then after I filed a police report and paid the bill they changed their tune real quick. I took full responsibility for leaving that amount of money in my glove box. It was a lapse of judgement on my end but regardless no one should have been in the glove box of my car. I noticed that someone had been joy riding in my car as well since gas light was on and the seat had been set way back. I brought it in with over a quarter tank…Also, I had a full pack of gum in the pocket of my door and someone had eaten the entire pack and left the wrapper in the glove box where the money was stolen…you cant make this up.The owner told me that there were only 2 people that could be responsible that were in charge of cleaning my car, but no real action was taken to confront these 2 individuals and as far as I know, they got away with it.
I really do not go out my of my way to write bad reviews but I'm writing this because of this has got to be one of the worst experiences in my life. All because of one dishonest employee. The only reason I did not give Rizo Auto a 1 star is because they did good work repainting my door.
To the employee who robbed me: Karma will get you. Really hope you enjoyed driving my car, spending my money and eating my gum. Have a great life.
Excellent service. I have brought several cars here for repairs and always provided A+ service. From repairing cosmetic damages to repairing and restoring rims. I highly recommend if you need any repairs done they work with all insurances and are extremely helpful.
I had a terrible experience with this body shop. The quality of their work was extremely poor—I had to return multiple times, and even after all that, the final result was still disappointing. They also promised a two-week turnaround but ended up taking over five weeks, constantly giving excuses for the delays. To make matters worse, a part of the car literally fell off after I got it back, and they lost my tire lock as well. Overall, I absolutely would not recommend this place.
Got a dent in my back passenger side door from a grocery cart in a parking lot. Rizo made the entire process easy from start to finish. Quick and professional service. Door looks like nothing ever happened. Would definitely use them again. Thanks!
I had another great experience bringing my father's nissan to get repaired after an accident. 2nd time using rizzo's autobody and always been happy. Don’t was te your time or money with this place… ever since they had my car, it’s never been the same! First my AC didn’t work, then they barely put some parts right that my mechanic had to adjust as things were loose. Went to this place as it was recomiendes, but never again! Stay away!!

Had a rather large scrape across the rear door and back of the car. Rizo was quick, easy to work with, the car looked better than it did before the scrape when I got it back. Pretty reasonable pricing too.

Dealing with the consequences of a car accident is a very stressful situation but thankfully I brought my car to George and I couldnt be more satisfied.
He dealt with the insurance and adjuster and made sure my car gets OEM parts and asap. The shop did an amazing repair job and you cannot even tell the difference from pre-accident, the paint, the fit and everything.

Jorge is great! Very honest guy with very fair prices. Came in with slight front bumper/grill damage on our Audi from an accident and he was able to quickly fix it to return back to what it looked like prior to accident. Hopefully I never need anymore body work done on our car but if I do, I know where I'm coming. Rizo's!
I had an appointment for an estimate. When I arrived on time they refused to do the estimate because it was raining. Even though it wasn’t raining inside the garage!!! The middle aged man with dark hair was extremely rude and told me I would have to come back when it wasn’t raining even though I had previously scheduled appointment. I had to take time from work to come here and was turned away citing the rain! Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the rude, dismissive, and unprofessional experience and go somewhere else. There are plenty of places that would be happy to have the business. Don’t waste your time because when you come here you, the customer is definitely not important.

Extremely professional, I finally found a body shop I can trust to do good work. They worked with me, the insurance company, and in the end I was very surprised and happy with the quality of work that was done here. If I ever have some more work that needs to be done this is the shop I am bringing it to. Also the bodywork and paint is flawless.

I hit the right back door of my car when I was parking... So I searched on google map and find this 5 star place. I’m very satisfied with the result. The place is bright and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional. Very reliable work with fairly price. No waiting time and my situation is fixed in a week. Early open time so I can drop off and pick up my car in the morning and then go to work as usual. Highly recommend!
