I have been coming to this particular store since I've been a child with my family since 1975. They pretty much have always had really good products and clothing for the most amazing prices. One particular item of clothing is exceptional, they are the jeans with built in fleece as thermal protection from the elements and they work. Probably one of the best looking pairs of jeans I've ever owned in my life and the warmest.
I was assisted by Natalia and she treated me very well, she was very kind and very efficient. Every time I come she always has the best energy, congratulations to her.
If you walk into this store with an empty bag for your purchases, they make you check the empty bag in. Keep in mind, the store does not give free bags. Absolute stupidity. There are too many other stores on Bergenline to deal with this kind of nonsense.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at ABC. My mother was treated terribly by the manager, which is unacceptable. She came in to discuss an issue with the store's return policy, and instead of being helpful, the manager was dismissive and rude. The advice given was not only unhelpful but also condescending. We expect better treatment from any establishment, and this experience has left us feeling very disrespected. We won't be returning to ABC, and I would advise others to think twice before shopping here.
The manager was not friendly. I asked to keep 4 hats for me till later she was willing to keep it on the counter fot 1 hr only although there were plenty of hats for sale.
I asked a gentlman on luggage section to measure one luggage for me while he was helping me a middle age wo.en with long brown hair rudely interrupted my conversation and order him to get back to the back section.
Her explanation was he has to do his work!! All he was doing.helping a customer.
She did not want to do the measuring !!!
I used to shop at your store all the time. I have never seen impolite workers as zi seen today.
Nice clean place. They take any shopping backs you bring in at the door and offer you a ticket for pick up once the shopping done. There is a variety of items to choose from. Women's and men's clothing and a small section in the back filled with home decor items and small kitchen utensils
The prices and quality of the closer amazing and the staff is so good I had a young girl that helped me that was just wonderful I highly recommend shopping there
Clothes cheap prices..but employees are not friendly..especially if you have a question about something lol...always they have to be like that?? I'm just say..lol
It's not the best ABC store, I've seen others with a lot more selections of merchandise, I went inside and nothing got my attention, I've been to others that even if I go for one item, I've come home with one big bag full of things that I just find cute.
