Dealt with ants towing for 2 years now honestly I have to admit cheapest tow you’ll get around here , at first when ants towing was becoming a thing the service and response time was reasonable, i recommended everyone too ants towing and recently my experience has been frustrating, I’ve met ant a few times Greta guy but his employees man these young dudes don’t care I had to wait 5 hours for a tow when I was told 1.5 hours and when arrived you can tell the Spanish dude was fried out of his mind like come on man.
Ant and his guys are great!! Thank you so much!! Price is extremely reasonable, and their timeframe is within the hour! All around A great experience for an unfortunate situation!!!

Ant's towing was called Monday night by AAA memeber over 15 years my wheel cylinder popped brand new part not made right from the store 7 miles from my house he was the second company to cancel on me right at the 3 hour mark triple A final showed up one of their fleet drivers 8 hrs later I would never use ants towing as is unreliable and his contract with AAA should be revoked as he seems to do whatever he pleases when tow truck showed up 8 hrs later I drove it on the tow truck and was home in 15 minutes
I needed a tow at 11 at night and within 10 minutes of calling Nico had arrived! I thought my battery was dead but he hooked up this machine and told me there was likely an issue with my alternator. The price was also very reasonable. I hope I don’t need a tow truck again but if I do I know who I’d call!
BLUF: The scheduling incompetence of this company cost me an additional 2 hours that I missed from work.
My Vehicle was supposed to be picked up by this tow company, the pick up was scheduled for 11-3. I received a call at 830am asking to pick up the vehicle, so I confirmed the pick-up time of 11-3 and the drive mentioned “they are available right now.”
I noted that I was 1 hour away from the vehicle, but I could meet them at 10:00am. The driver agreed to meet at 10am.
I arrived to the vehicle at 9:55 and waited until 10:10 before calling to sleep what the status of the tow truck is. The driver mentioned they have to drop off another car first and then they will only be 15 minutes away. After waiting 1 hour I called back to see their status. The driver noted they had to make an “emergency tow” and forgot to call me, and they were 35 minutes away. The communication of this company was awful.
Our Edge took a crap 9.1 miles away from home. We called several different places for estimates and all were literally double his price!! He was prompt, courteous & friendly. We were very happy with the service, although it wasn’t what we had planned on a SUNDAY!! Would definitely recommend & definitely use again. Thank you for making a crappy situation tolerable.
Joshua , was great easy to work with. He represented the company very well . If I need Towing in the future I will call Ants. Joshua also had all the information for the pick up of the car . No Question well done.
This is the 2nd time I’ve used this towing company, and has been nothing but a great experience. Was able to get my car towed from my house to the mechanic in a quick time frame! Trustworthy as well since I didn’t even have to go! Definitely should always use this towing company always guys, they are very reliable and prices are great in pennsauken!
I called this place to schedule to tow my car 1 hour in advanced and they never showed up, they never called to tell me they were going to be late i had to call them, they said they would be a 1/2 hour late, no apoligies no nothing! BAD BUSINESS! Not recommended.
After waiting all day for a Tow truck & some help with my vehicle, I called Ant's Tow company and they came right away... helped me in about 15-20 mins and was very friendly as well. I highly recommend! Alot of Tow companies I know.. the people are rude lol but Ant did a great job and I'm grateful in Jesus Mighty name!

By far the worst transportation company I have ever dealt with, was given a pickup window of 11am-3pm.
So I waited by my truck at 11 for a call
Around 4pm I called in because no one reached out at all
was given information that they didnt know when my vehicle would be picked up
Its now 6:36 pm I have not received a call from any driver & my whole entire friday has passed by me (8 full hours)
Please save your time & money & use a different service. You will be thankful!

I used Ant's through the Peddle service when I was helping my MIL sell her Toyota. I don't know the name of the tow guy I dealt with but it wasn't a pleasant interaction. Pickup window was between 3pm-8pm and I received a call from said tow guy at 4:30pm saying that he could no longer pick up the car because the "yonker" (junker) was closed for the day; so he had to reschedule pickup for the following morning. I told him that wasn't acceptable as I wasn't available the following morning and his response was "hold on" then just hung up on me. I called the main number and spoke to someone else (I'm guessing the boss?) and he even seemed confused that his tow guy said this. He told me he'd handle it and call back in a few. Although he didn't call back, I received a text from Peddle saying that the driver was en route to my house not even 15 minutes later. If I hadn't called the main number, the tow guy would've gotten away with skipping the pickup. It seemed to me that he wanted an early day but that's just my guess. Whoever the person I spoke to was...THANK YOU!! I recommend training your drivers how to interact with customers better but other than that, I'd use your services in the future!
Words cannot express how grateful I was for Anthony and his team. They showed up, took my friends car to the shop fixed it right there and then and she was on her way home. Great customer service, family oriented, fair pricing, right on time, great communication.
Warning: On May 4th, 2024 I called Ant’s Towing because I had a shredded rear tire. After my bike was loaded the driver started to strap it down. A few minutes later the driver stated that he could not tow my bike because he bent my left clip-on. He said the damages would be covered. As of today July 21, 2024, the damages still have not been covered. I even called the company and explained what had happened and still nothing.
Josh came to pick my car up 2/9 and he was great! He communicated clearly. He was professional and kind. He handled my car with care and I truly appreciate that in a towing company. Definitely an honest and reasonable towing company.
Tried to use this service as a carrier for Peddle. They tried to pick up my car earlier than the scheduled time and when I couldn’t they ghosted my calls. This was 2 days in a row. I took off work so I could be home for a time that was good for them and they canceled my order.
After waiting for 4 hours on AAA I called Ant's Towing LLC and to my surprise they answered and advised me they can be there in 20 minutes. They made it in under 20 minutes and made the process seamless. Great service and pricing. Definitely recommend them.
I contacted Ant's Towing, he answered right away. He met my husband and I in less than 10 minutes to tow our vehicle. He was very professional& friendly & we will definitely be using him again!!! You will NOT be disappointed with his service!
They came through Peddle and picked up my vehicle. They were super friendly and accommodating. I had to get my car title notarized in the morning and they were okay coming after that was done.
The driver was very nice and quick.
I had a clutch position sensor bust and I couldn't start my car inside a parking garage after hours. They were the only towing company in Camden able to show up within an hour with a flatbed. The towing guys were very professional and careful. I was very pleased with this emergency service and would highly recommend Ant's.
Highly Recommended super professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to provide help immediately. The transmission in our car broke and within less then an hour of calling he came to tow our car home. Thank you so much for helping us today. Anthony is a awesome guy! He will do what he can to make sure he accommodates all your needs! I was caught in the flash flood and he came out in a reasonable time. Also he was able to come right out the next day to tow my car again to the auto shop. He was able to come back with in less then an hour of calling him! Highly Recommend Ant's towing!
My son and his girlfriend had gotten a flat tire, so I called Ant’s Towing and the owner picked up right away! He was very professional and helpful. Came within ten minutes and my son and his girlfriend were able to get back on the road within minutes! There is not a better Towing company! He is definitely the only person I will call if I need another fix!
