Bergey’s has had our Isuzu truck for over a month now. Initially the communications were great as the tech outlined exactly what needed maintenance and/or replacement, but since the initial intake communications, they have gone rogue.
I have called several times and no one answered the phone. I have left messages and no one returns them.
I even emailed them to which I have not received a reply. This is to the point of ridiculousness now and are holding both my truck and business hostage.
UPDATE: Kevin from Bergey’s reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication, as between the storms and techs on vacation, they were shorthanded.
Kevin was friendly, courteous and professional and explained everything that was performed on my truck and everything they had left to do.
The truck had some issues that were not apparent during the initial intake and estimate, so Kevin made things right by discounting some parts and not charging labor fees for all the extra issues. In short, he made things right.
We were told about the standard charge of $575, when we received the bill we were charged $908 for unnecassary charges and them having to go to a shop. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE !!!
For two weeks the car was fine, they didn't even call to say it was ready. But as soon as I drove out of the dealership, I immediately had ABS problems again. Thanks a lot.
Very disappointing experience from truck sales department. It took them a month to return the deposit. Unprofessionalism and ignoring messages and calls.
Very disappointing experience. They took 6 days to finish something that should have been done much faster. The service was poor, unprofessional, and way too expensive.
We buy our Mack tractors or lease our Mack tractors from Bergeys. So far very good experience. Very accommodating. Dropped off the truck with some minor codes and they gave us a rental truck while they're working on our lease tractor
Horrible customer service, and billing department is non-responsive. I've been trying to reach them for DAYS to PAY THEIR BILL. Never seen a company so reluctant tnt to helpvyou give them your money. A joke.
Very nice peoples macnic s are so helpful And The manger too very nice I went there for my Traler rim was wend they fix that and fill air I surprised when they charge ne nothing I strongly suggest to go there for them services Thanks

Who is running this company?!? Back in November, I was on my way to work when a Bergey's truck swerves into my lane and hits me on the highway. I don't have a yield sign for my lane as I am entering the highway, both lanes are supposed to go straight. They crossed the solid, white line and took my entire driver side mirror off, and my bumper was hanging off. Luckily, I have a dash cam as proof of the incident (please ignore the date on the video. It was not set up properly). If the truck was centimeters closer, it would have sent my little car flying and towards the barriers. The truck drove off, and I was left stranded on the highway and had to call the cops. The cops stated there is no visible license plate, and it could take months to figure out who the truck driver was, since it was rented out. I didn't have my car for 3 months, so it was harder to get to work and to college. It's been about 6 months and still no response on who the driver was. I am a college student, and I had to pay for my damages for something that wasn't my fault !! It makes me think who is running this company allowing to rent out trucks to RECKLESS drivers. Extremely dangerous !!
Couldn’t say enough good things about my experience at Bergeys I had a tire blowout on my trailer and just so happen to pull into the truck center and the service advisor Shane McKim had his tech jump right on the job at hand and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes for a more than reasonable price with no appointment made this will be where I will be taking my rig from here on out!
worse parts ordering experience ive ever had this place screwed up everything that could possibly be screwed up and this was just a small couple parts order i cant imagine if i had ordered more then 6 small parts...a few day wait for parts turned out to be two weeks of phone calls to parts guys that are clueless and to even get someone to answer the phone is damn near impossible i will never use this place again and will put the word out how horrible they screw things up on a simple small parts order its amazing this place is still in buisness with the way they do buisness or i should say dont do buisness at all.. completly clueless employees from start to finish total disaster never again i had to give one star for the reveiw but trust me i deffinatley did not want to give one at all they dont deserve any stars at all order from elsewhere save urself the aggravation and headaches not worth your time even trying to call any of the Bergeys locations
Service department is second to none. Between Shane and Dave behind the counter, I really have no desire to go anywhere else. Shane always goes above and beyond. He answers all my questions, and if he can't, he'll tell me and find someone that can. Keep up the good work fellas........and I'll keep coming back 😉

Very Professional service Team specially Service manager Jeff . The way they welcome the customer its very good for business . They explain me the problem very detailed and fix it on the time frame they gave me and very good communication and updates they provided during my truck at their shop . I am happy that I went to bergeys to fix my truck . once again thankyou so much for the service and nowadays its very hard to find a good dealership like bergeys pennsauken
This place took care of us after our truck broke down. They got us back to the road and helped us get home. Shane was a great help in helping to understanding the work and get us through the process! Great job
Jeff Corey the service manager at Bergeys in Pennsauken New Jersey did a fantastic job. And there techs in the shop there are just like family. They replaced my transmission few months back , then replace my glass windshield and moonroof. They also did warranty work which Jeff personally ensured wascovered. Then increased the engine HP.

My wife and I started a one truck company. After one week of running we ran into problem with truck. We didn’t buy it from Bergeys but took it there for service. 5 Days to get an estimate on repairs and if it wasn’t for me going over to shop it probably would have been longer. As a one truck shop the financial hit is hard, $1000 plus a day is tough to cover.
Shane and Lauren do their best to get my truck fixed and back on the road ASAP. They go above and beyond to make sure all is good. The mechanics do a top notch job and also make sure all is good. I would definitely recommend this place.
We found our truck has issue but we don't know exactly which part needs to be fixed. So We called Volvo dealer late night that day, Nik has been very helpful and professional. He helped us to fix the truck. Highly recommend.
The guys in parts are top notch! They are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They will try to save you money where they can, give you options and let us know if recalls pop up on our trucks. We are thankful to work with such amazing people.
I would definitely highly recommend Bergey's Truck Centre at Pennsauken New Jersey. Jeff who works at the service desk, was very professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I was very impressed at how they helped me resolved a problem I was having with my truck. I have been using them since I purchase my truck, And they are noticeably a step higher than other places I have tried.
I brought the truck to Diller. The truck was under repair for exactly 1 month 😱! The problem was that oil was leaking from the transmission (they still found a leak in the engine). They replaced the hoses in the transmission and the upper gasket on the motor. The truck was driven for repairs after 3 weeks of waiting in line !!! For a very long time. They discharged the battery so much that I had to buy new ones! They must understand that every non-working day is a loss of money for the owner! They probably have a lot of clients, because they work unprofessionally!
Beautiful facility, professional staff in sales, service, and parts. A true one stop shop for all your needs. Everyone is friendly and very helpful! I would highly recommend this business to everyone, for all of their truck needs.
Hello, everyone. Trying to leave a fair review... . Service in this location is awesome. But don't expect quick half hour job. If it's PM it will take 1-3 business days. If you have serious problems make sure that they have a parts, if they don't have it, will take 1-2 weeks to get a part. If you want fast service go and get the parts from another dealership, it's faster. "That's how everything works". And if you're already there just be patient, they know what to do and will do in a right way. Who has an experience he will understand me.

Recently, I purchased a brand new Mack Roll Off Truck. I'm writing this review because I think Matt Huston the sales rep there did a great job. He was very informative every step of the way and always got back to me in a timely manner. The buying process was smooth with no surprises and I'm happy with everything.
