Rude and nasty customer service, no apologies or acountability when they make mistakes that cost you time and money, they shift the blame on the computer or their people taking phone calls and still make you pay for it.
Good prices monthly discount specials. They have lots of parts in stock if they don't it's only a 1-2 day wait pay when the parts arrive. Depending your order size your part will be ready before you make it to the side door 👍🏻
Absolutely awful service from this location as well as the call center. I ordered a front bumper cover which I picked up on Wednesday, February 28th, it was dropped off at the body shop. The next day
February 29th the bodyshop opened it, they showed pictures of bends and waves in the bumper that they stated were manufacture defects and freight mishandling. And the 1-800 number was called and they stated that there was a 30 day return refund policy and that they would order a new bumper.
I was called by the Pennsauken location where they stated that the bumper has arrived, and when I let them know the situation, they immediately said that once a part leave the store, there is no taking it back, yet clearly they have a 30 day return policy posted as well as this additionally, being stated by the call-center even though I still have the originally purchased bumper, it’s original packaging, and receipt.
I was told that I need to purchase the second bumper, and they would not accept the return of the originally purchased bumper even though it was now March 1st and their part is defective and have a 30 day return policy but don’t honor it whatsoever.
Horrible service, can’t return a part within 3 days even though you have a 30 day policy. That’s just criminal.
I went to pick up my parts on The Back warehouse the guy that picks up the items was very rude. It was my first time there so I was saying hello to see who was back there so the guy got offended when he came back told me oh you don't need to be calling people I'm on point I know my job and I was left Clueless
Don't go to the store customer service sucks. They don't let you return the parts even though you didn't open. It says you have a 30-day warranty with the original package. You better off going to Philly in my experience.
I live in philly but travel to the Pennsauken location .. Much faster service and the workers are more polite..The philly location on Gst is extremely horrible and the girls that work the front desk are ignorant
One of the worst places inhave ever seen.
1) they dont have any phone number that customer can call, only manager’s number, and no one share it with you
2) i tried to place an order on the phone, can you imagine they made mistake of Adress/state. Than next day i called and asked where s my part, they said ohh it went to other state
Than they re-ordered it again. Next day i called, part is wrong. Again re ordered, than they said go to NJ pensauken shop(nj pensauken doesnt have phone number, thats why i have to ask APO from different states about to check NJ shop working hours, google shows 5pm, on the phone they said 4.30, i areived 4.12 pm, i see that guy closed place at 4pm. Dude, whats is going on?
I just had to place order through this place, otherwise i would never visit here
Need some costumer skill and some Training on how to look up parts i went to apo first the manager couldn't find my part i went to cert it fit near to apo and they find it with no problem 😊
Order over phone, person was polite, parts delivered in a reasonable time at a store of my choice , Went to pennsauken New Jersey pick up fast easy and like I said Polite as alway.
The employee working didnt want to be there. Was standing in line for an hour only to find out they didnt have the part i was looking for.

Worst Customer Service Ever! Wait time is atleast 10 minutes. Terrible! I have customers waiting for hours because of them not answering the phone. Tempting too loose business.
As a 1st time customer I have to give these guys a 5!! The parts I needed and extra parts that I had to order was right in there warehouse so no need to shop else where.. I now gave my auto body guys a new and compatible business to shop with!! Oh and not to mention the parts are legit..
