Responsive dispatcher who had a truck on site at the time and place we planned. Job was a simple one for an experienced wrecker and this guy clearer was. Whole process took under 30 minutes.

Stopped by to pickup our motorcycle today that was brought in to their yard last night. Tow truck driver handeled transporting our bike with care. Staff was courteous and helpful. Fees of service explained in detail. Garage and Yard well organized. Highly recommend. Thank You Helmeich staff.
Zero stars, very unprofessional. Literally will lecture you like a cop would, what a wannabe man-child. People come here to pick up their stuff, not be lectured for a second or third time by someone who isn't even a cop. Cops already do that too much, we don't need the tow companies they get them more money to do it as well
Helmrich's is awful, they treat you like garbage, they rip you off and overcharge you, and also if you don't know much they will try to scam you. Be careful with the guy that works there, I am unsure of his position, for all I know he could own the business, but he was the one who I was forced to deal with when I was there. The guy is extremely threatening and quite literally tries to verbally degrade you; however, he is quite dim and thick skulled, so it turns into a sort of middle school "roast session" where he just gets to try to use his simple minded trash talking to mock and harass you. I really really really wish I could give this place zero stars if it were possible. Also, DO NOT DARE to try to stand up/defend yourself against his infantile insults because, he will seriously continue to try to talk over you by just being louder than you; which is awful on it's own, but its just so very atrocious with that raucous and grating voice of his. Truly an awful business with an even worse employee/worker.
The tow was absolutely ridiculous. Charged $190 to tow not even 15 miles and I'm giving a few miles extra. I wanted to get my car and they wouldn't even give me the name of the company. Also I needed to know what my final cost was going to be. The gentleman refused to give me a total. I told them I was coming with cash. FYI. They only said they would take cash. The guy said to come in and we can discuss it. That's a little hard without the name or location of the business. He was just trying to hold it another day. .I will say though the next day I delt with a
different gentleman. He was not that bad. Also when we were calling about my car the one guy kept hanging the phone up on me. Not just once but 6 times.
Im positive they had no problem towing my daughters car after the accident. After the accident my daughter and husband received a form from the police allowing her to release her personal items. This towing company refused to give her PERSONAL belonging unless my husband paid for the towing cost and to keep the car there. After speaking with the insurance company I was told they are giving false information and are not permitted to do that. I was told whether it was fault or not. They can’t tell you, you have to pay before you can get your things. They are to allow someone to collect their things left in the car. But since my husband didn’t want any issues he paid and luckily the insurance reimbursement us for the cost. And another thing they gave my husband an accuse how they won’t be able to tow the car to my house since they don’t have the availability. But soon as my husband pull out his debit card to pay they were quick to deliver the car less then 20 mins. So no, I would absolutely NOT recommend this towing company.
Made a stressful situation much more bearable. Super nice and helpful. Even grabbed E-ZPass out of my car when I forgot it so it didn't get towed away with the car and held on to it for a week until I had a new car and was able to come get it. Seems like these guys really care and want to help.
Work at a local dealership. A family traveling had a flat. They had their Traverse towed to dealership for repairs. Tow operator dropped car in middle of parking lot, blocking the driveway. When the driver was told he cannot leave Traverse there, he shrugged and left Traverse there blocking driveway.
I used to think highly of your company and recommend this business. After this, I would not use Helmrich towing if you were the only tow company available!
Maybe teach your drivers a little bit more about customer service. NO EXCUSE for your drivers ignorance. He represents your name.
They had me waiting from 11:30 in the morning till 3:30 in the afternoon when I called back for them to tell me they be within an hour to me so I left they didn't indicate that they were in Levittown and I was way in Willingboro New Jersey I would never call them again they told me they'd be there in 45 minutes
The manager is so disrespectful. Took my truck for my ac system for the third time in the last 6 months and still not working good. Paid all most $2000 and when I asked him to guarantee the work he did the third time he got so mad and started shouting at me. I spent over $10,000 for minor repairs on one truck on his shop in the last year and I get nasty attitude when I asked him to guarantee the work after I paid for it 3 times. Never again.
It’s a scam. I don’t think my car had to go 5 miles and I was charged $255. What a joke! If you ever get into an accident, they only care about your money and how much they can make off of your car. The rich get richer. Avoid this place if you can at all costs.
Scum bags that hit you when your down . NjDOT calls them in and tells you one price then they tow you and charge you double . I got charged $317.24 for a 20 mile tow and dam right I'll be in touch with Better Buisness about this !
