On the 4th of March while working around 1:00am my back tire popped causing me to spin out on the highway. Lucky traffic was light and I called D & Y Roadside Assistance. They were VERY professional, aside from providing me the ETA they also installed my tire perfectly with correct size and great quality. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs any kind of roadside assistance.
Called last night needing a tire repair, and was told someone would be out in 20-30 mins. They did not arrive for nearly an hour. I expected it too take an hour+ so wasn't really upset about that.
The tire needed a plug so the service only took a few minutes. When putting my wheel back on, before the rim was aligned, they started cranking down the lug nuts with an impact gun. One of the wheel studs broke.
I was then given a price higher that what I was told over the phone, and when I questioned that, and what I was supposed to do about the stud, the guy got frustrated with me, and said "you can take that to any shop and they can fix it." I said "not for free though." He ultimately agreed to knock the price down a bit, but not enough to cover the new repair.
It wasn't until driving off that I noticed my tpms light start blinking. When plugging the tire, it looks as though either with the ream or the plug tool, they hit the sensor inside the tire, breaking it. I'm now encumbered by more problems than I had before I called.
Not once but twice in the past 2 weeks I got a flat from potholes one on the passenger one week then today on the driver side and I have work in literally 2 hours they came out fast both times unbeatable prices they are incredible. Don’t hesitate to call these ppl.
I had a flat tire and AAA quoted me 4 hours arrival time. D&Y responded in about 30 minutes and replaced the tire in about 20 minutes. The person who answered the phone was nice and professional and the person who responded to help me was nice and professional as well. The price was reasonable and they take all forms of

We got a rental and it ended up getting a flat on the road. We called enterprise and they couldn’t do anything because the car had no spare. We needed something today because of the snow storm coming. I found this online. He was fast, efficient and was able to get us back on the road. We will definitely be using this again!
We were stranded at Wawa and D&Y Roadside Assistance happened to already be there helping another customer. I asked if he could help us because both our tire and spare were no good, and without any hesitation he stepped in right away. He fixed my spare tire and even sold me a used tire on the spot. He was professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond when we were stressed and stuck. I highly recommend D&Y Roadside Assistance!
The only complaint I really had was how long I had to wait but the technician was very helpful, and attentive to my needs. I'd call them again if I need help!

Came in clutch. I had a flat tire and towed my car to Firestone here in Swedesboro, NJ. They would give me a price over the phone. When I got here it cost more than Tesla.
So I found D&Y and they were here within the hour. We were able to replace two tires for the price of 1.

Best roadside service I ever had. These guys showed up in a timely fashion and had great customer service and support. Changed my tire out and sent me on my way for a fair price. Companies like this are life savers especially when things happen after work hours

I had a screw in my rear tire and unfortunately I didn't have my patch kit on me and my tire was already flat, so I ended up contacting D&Y and they were able to come out to my location within the hour. They made sure to call me before arrival to let me know they were on their way, which was nice. The tech who came out was fast and efficient with repairing my tire and pricing was very fair. I highly recommend these guys 💯
