Gotta be the worst place in Salem to get parts from. Nobody wants to help you. Everybody's got an attitude just terrible

This not your average parts store. The staff was very helpful and if they don't stock it in the store they can get it fast.

These guys are the best! I bought a headlight replacement bulb for my old Honda Pilot at a different store up the road. I thought I could just pop the hood in the parking lot and replace it - but I couldn't get the hood up. Then I couldn't get the hood all the way down - ugh. I was driving back home and decided to pull in to see if I could borrow a screwdriver or something (Ha!). The nice man just offered to come look - and got the hood up. I replaced the bulb, but before I was done a second employee was heading out and also asked if I needed help. They just made my day! Thank you!!!

This was my third stop looking for plastic 3/8" fuel line. Not much of a sale but the service rep handled it like it you were spending big bucks. Didn't have what I was looking for but I'd shop there again in my quest for parts needed and supplies needed for refurbishing a 50 tear old motorcycle or other auto, truck parts and accessories I might need. They pass the COVID-19 safety measures 5 stars also.

This place is awesome. They know cars, common problems and car parts on site. I have come here dressed in a suit and being soaked with brake fluid. I am always treated with the same respect. Highly recommend
