My daughter’s car battery was giving her trouble on a Friday evening. I live in Pennsylvania, so I couldn’t help her. I looked up Advance Auto near her. She went there and they were very helpful and changed her battery.

Good experience. Greeted but not hassled, as it should be. Last item on the shelf was an open box, and they offered a discount and showed me the warranty still applied.

Bought a serpentine belt for my truck in the Lowell store and the guy sold me the tool to install it and he said just keep packaging together and I can return it when I was done. I was running errands in Salem and stopped there to return the tool and the guy gave me a hard time saying they don't loan tools they're not Autozone. And I can only return it if it didn't work.. Guess I have to go to the Lowell store.. Next time I'll go to Autozone..

Worked with Rob today who helped me find the right battery for my car and all the parts I needed to replace it. He then came out and took his time to replace my battery for me. He was very easy to talk to and I appreciated him for going above and beyond. I will be back because of him!

Taller guy with a short beard helped me out on Monday ordering a camshaft sensor for a kia service was awsome made sure I got the right part and even sent his driver to get it for me, not knowing it was a emergency thank you!

I've used this store many times in the past, but in the past few of months they've failed to deliver on literally anything I've ordered whether it be in person or online, despite items being in stock at their specific store. Today I went to pick up an order I placed earlier this morning (it was 3pm at time of pickup), and I was told none of the items I ordered were available except for an oil filter. No call was given to me, no online notice, and no solution, so I asked for a refund. I gave this store a few times after having this kind of interaction happen but employees like Scott are why auto parts stores' reputations are dropping rapidly. It doesn't set a good example to have an employee smoking directly in front of the doors to the store, either. I'll just order from Amazon if I need to wait two or more days anyways, and skip the interaction with frustrating, lazy employees.

Arrived to the store at 8:05 PM to return a battery core only to see a note on the door saying, "had to close at 7 PM due to weather sorry for the inconvenience." :( The weather the note was referring to was rain! Hardly inclement!

Hello everyone, it seems like I'm all over the place lol. Here at Advance auto parts, I needed to buy some lug nuts for my vehicle. Well it was good day for me. There just happened to be a young manager there and the rest of the staff that was very knowledgeable in my needs. The manager was very helpful in helping with my questions and to search for the items that I needed. To the point of placing an order and having the parts delivered for Black Friday which everything worked out as planned. They have lots of inventory there that I was unable to find from across the street at AutoZone. Not to mention the prices on most of their items were a little lower. Great service and good background music lol. I'm going there from now on.🙂

Around 8:45am on 10/19/23, I went to the store buy a Diehard lawn battery U1-3. A Black salesman didn’t know where it was. He looked around on the shelf. I found it on another shelf. I wanted to pick battery that look new and not front one. He told me that “you can’t do that and you have to take front battery”.After I didn’t do as he told. He seems very angry and punched the box when he walked away. Terrible bad temper guy!

Charlie and Eddie were fantastic. They were helpful, attentive, caring and displayed amazing customer service. The installations of wiper blades and battery went smoothly and Eddie was very knowledgable. Definitely the place to go.

I was told that I need a battery and I stopped by to get one. Richard came to see what kind of battery I need, and recommended me to clean the knobs to make sure, I need a battery. I was very thankful. He came out himself and cleaned and replaced a few things in my battery…. As a miracle it worked. I left there with a working battery and saved tons of money. Richard and Jovanny were such great help. We had trouble installing the wipers we bought and they helped us install the correct ones right in the parking lot. Great customer service.

I needed a new set of windshield wipers. Richard reviewed the list of options with me and made an excellent recommendation. Most impressively, he came out and installed them quickly on my car, all while being very professional but personable. Very nice experience thanks to Richard.

I needed a battery, I ordered it online which was very fast and easy. I showed up to pick up my battery and it was ready, waiting for me. I asked if I could borrow tool and install so I could return the core immediately for credit. Richard was very helpful, he grabbed what was needed to change the battery and rolled up his sleeves and helped me to do this and get on my way. Thanks to Richard!!!!

I stopped in to the store at 8:30pm on Friday night, luckily they were still open and although the part I needed wasn't in stock, Richard was very helpful in helping me figure out exactly what I needed. He also ordered another part I needed to have it shipped from another store just in time for me to pick it up. Great service for a late Friday night!

I came in to replace my rear window wiper blade and Richard found the right wiper blade and took another step further to install it. It took a bit since my wiper blade probably broke at the car wash. Richard also double checked the installation was OK by having me turn it on to make sure. Nice work!

Went to advance with a battery problem and Richard was awesome and took the battery and ran a check, said the battery needed a four hour charge. When the battery was done Richard gave me a call to come pick it up. Excellent customer service.

Nice experience. Richard saw me wandering, asked me what I needed, and then proceeded to install new windshield wipers. It was like 15 degrees with the windchill! Anyhow, am a big fan now.

Stopped into the store to purchase some new wiper blades. Richard greeted me with a hello and a smile and immediately asked me how he could assist me. He located the wipers I needed and immediate went outside and replaced the wipers for me. I appreciated his positive, friendly demeanor and his willingness to replace the wipers. I will return to this location in the future.

I've been here several times to get windshield wipers. I've never had a bad experience. Every time the person was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I always have them install my wipers as well and they couldn't be nicer. This last time, I went for windshield wipers and Richard couldn't have been more helpful in selecting them and putting them on for me.

The Subaru dealership told me that my battery was weak and leaking. They offered to replace the battery for $250. I decided to have it checked at Advanced Auto Parts. Richard was so nice. He suggested a battery cleaning kit for $12. Then Richard cleaned the powder off of the battery terminals and the battery was fine! Thanks Richard!

We were having trouble with our battery in our 2010 Hyundai Sonata. Richard helped us every step of the way, trying multiple fixes to save us from having to buy a new battery. Unfortunately, that ended up being the case, but Richard relaxed the battery quickly, and got us on the way. Incredible service, tons of patience, and a few jokes too. Cannot recommend highly enough

I had the pleasure of having Richard assist me with some new windshield wipers today. As someone who is completely clueless when it comes to cars, I was thrilled that he jumped at the opportunity to come out to my vehicle and install them himself. The parts we bought were weirdly obscure, even he hadn’t had much familiarity with them as an auto parts expert, but that did not stop him from doing everything he could to figure it out and getting it on for us. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and did not quit until the wipers were installed on our vehicle. I always feel weird and alienated in auto parts stores because everything about cars is just so foreign to me, but I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left the lot. Incredible customer service start to finish, I would highly recommend this location for customer service alone!

I went to this Advance Auto Parts on Friday 6/4/21 and was immediately greeted by “Parts Pro Richard” and he gave me a professional and attentive experience. Instead of simply pointing towards the aisles in which my desired parts were, he ushered me to each part needed for an oil change on my 2006 Honda CR-V. Richard took my project very seriously, and suggested the best filter and oil for my high mileage application. I plan on returning to this store if this is the service I can expect.
