Great service here, the staff working on 1/28/26 recognized I was spending money on ubers, and handed me a core that had juice in it to be able to return and swap it out for my battery they are charging. This saved me 2 uber trips to return and pick up my battery and go home and install it, potentially 50$. I will always recommend this location from now on. All workers at 3pm were exceptional.

Snowstorm on the way and my generator battery was dead — not ideal. I came in and everyone working here was super friendly and genuinely helpful. They clearly knew what they were doing and helped me get exactly what I needed. If I ever need a battery again, this is where I’m coming.

Easy on line ordering and scheduling. Neded a truck battery replaced and they installed it for little money. Service was great and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I like this store.

Needed a battery on short notice. A good friend recommended this place. I've been driving by for almost a decade and was unaware they had car batteries. I was in an out in well under a half-hour and Steve was friendly & professional. What I was most impressed with was that he clearly cared about doing the job thoroughly and wasn't just trying to rush me off. My battery was beat and the terminals were significantly corroded. Steve was patient and cleaned the terminals very thoroughly. He had me starting the car up about 15min after walking outside. These gents were direct, upfront and no BS involved. Would HIGHLY recommend this business to others, and I know where all my future car batteries will be purchased! 💯

Was in need of some new Batteries for my F250 spoke with I belive it was Jeff and he was honest and direct about my options. He didn't try to upcharge or BS me. When I went to buy then he was professional. He changed the Batteries quick and efficiently.

I bought 2 deep cycle batteries online and drove to Batteries Plus to pick them up and trade in 2 old ones. One of the old ones leaked battery acid in the bed of my truck. Steve brought a bucket of baking soda out in the frigid weather to soak up the acid so it wouldn't stain my bed. Excellent customer service!

Just visited the Salem store for a weak car battery. I knew something was wrong. The technician had the right tools to verify my suspicions. The battery was replaced in a few minutes. Excellent service. I'll be back again

I went there to get my husband's phone screen fixed not realizing that there was an additional Crack on the back of it. The staff there was AMAZING and helpful! They helped me get my claim adjusted so that they could repair the phone and I didn't have to come back a different day

Amazing customer service! The guys working in this store were super helpful and so pleasant to work with. My 14 year old Honda car key fob battery died and the key had fallen out (but I still had it in my possession). The dealership wanted over $400 to make a new fob. These guys got me set up with a new fob and new key in the fob for $45...and had it ready to go in 10 minutes. I'm so thankful for their exceptional customer service.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PHONE REPAIRS!!!! I Made an appointment to get my iPhone screen fixed on august 9th at 12:30. Walked in & the man behind the counter looked at it for 3 seconds and claimed it was bent and could not be fixed told me to buy a new phone. Just the way he did it made me go to cellphone repair on Broadway st before I spend 500$ on a new phone. They asked me all the questions were so nice and friendly. They fixed my phone and it works beautifully. So obviously if they fixed it this company was 100% wrong. Maybe if he actually spent more than 3 seconds to look at it he would have noticed it WAS NOT BENT. The ppl who fixed it even said they could fix it if slightly bent but not a major bend and my phone was not even a little bent. So if you need a screen fixed go to cell phone repair. Not this place. They obviously shouldn’t be fixing phones or hire employees that do. If i didn’t listen to my gut I’d have wasted so much money I don’t have all because he didn’t want to do his job.

Talk about great customer service!! A gentleman named Steve installed a car battery for me today and I can’t say good enough things about him. Both him and another gentleman in the store were well mannered kind and super helpful.

I went in with the battery from my Audi which has been sitting for several months. It was stone dead, I had tried charging it twice and couldn't get it to take a charge. I went in to purchase a replacement, they instead asked if they could hold the battery over night and try to thaw/charge it. I agreed and went back the next afternoon to find the battery was holding the correct charge and back to new specifications. Very glad I didn't need to purchase a new battery for my car. I've been going to this specific location for almost 10yrs and never have an issue.

The staff at the Salem NH Batteries+Bulbs was excellent. Fast and installed a battery in my truck quickly and cleanly. Could not have asked for better service. The Price on the Duracell truck battery was also better than anywhere else I shopped...and I shopped a lot.

Just got my battery changed for my truck. Exceptional experience with the employees here. Work was efficient and done in a timely manner. Salesperson cleaned up the battery connections and made it look like new. We will definitely be coming here for any future battery needs. Great job.

Made a phone call to the Dodge dealership regarding my remote. It appears you can only get this particular one from the dealership at a price of $469 after only six years the button started, especially for my remote start. Found out from a friend in conversation that batteries plus actually fixes remotes to my surprise I called them and they said sure bring it in. We’ll take a look at it so I just went in there today and met a worker named Stephen, lo and behold. Yes they fixed my remote making it virtually brand new again , especially with the addition of a new battery. All the buttons feel extremely responsive and normal as I told them the most important button was the remote start as I use that one the most, they fixed it and I was blowing away. It was done and back in my hands less than 12 minutes, confirming that all the buttons worked properly again I was overwhelmed with joy and not having to spend almost $500 for a new one, they saved me. The whole thing cost me less than $20. I couldn’t express the gratitude I have for Steve and the company, I had never been in that store before so I was surprised to see that they sell lots of different products and I see that it is an important business, they were also nice and helpful and I would definitely go back.. thanks guys great job…👍

To begin with, the customer service I received was exceptional. The two gentlemen who changed and installed my battery were incredibly helpful. This company should consider itself fortunate to have such outstanding employees who truly embody its best qualities.

2nd time I've tried here first time was song time ago and wasn't able to fix. This time told me my port is fine according to there device they use but I know it's the port cause it will change wireless even bought a charger from them waste money since it didn't work infact when I tried it caused my percentage to decrease after I plugged it in. O took pictures of port this what looks like. What a joke it's like they just believed what there equipment said but I know issues it having stupid.
