I don’t know how these people got five stars… they must’ve cheated. I brought my truck to them a week ago this past Tuesday, the place looked like a haven for rats, it was disgusting. The two older men sitting as I walked in never left their seats to speak to me,the place reached of smoke. After about five minutes watching them smoke I asked if they were going to look at my car. He took the keys and I asked where should I wait ? Anywhere that you can find a place to sit!!! I have asthma and I can’t stay in here. He basically told me that I’d have to wait outside. What??? Omg… I went downstairs to the auto body shop and they let me sit there and put the tv on for me. After 15 minutes he came back and said I had an exhaust leak and he’d have to order the parts and he’d call me when they came in. A week later no call. I called and I reminded him and he was like…..”hmmmm oh yeah… ya know I did make a call and he never called me back”. Ok give me 15 minutes and I’ll call you. That was three days ago! See ya

Great place to have your car fixed, customer service is above all else.

They performed some maintenance and repairs on my car as well as a state inspection. The prices were very reasonable. I'll be using them for repairs and maintenance in the future. I would have given them five stars but I think they could communicate better. I dropped my car off in the morning. When I didn't hear from them all day, I called in the late afternoon to hear they were done with my car. I'm not sure how long it was since they finished with my car. It would have been nice if they called me when they were done with it. Other than that, they are great!

Fast, accurate, great prices. Billy and Kelly Rd Auto had been servicing my vehicles for almost 20yrs. I have never once had a problem due to his work. He is great guy and fair for anything you need done for your car. Inspection stckers are 40$. He has always been fair and if something evercame with your car that you didn't know he would call and tell you before. He would go ahead and fix the problem after he asked for permission.

Hack job. Upcharged everything drastically on my mothers car repair not to mention did not fix the items she wanted done but fixed something that she really didnt need... my mother was told she “rushed him” well he had the vehicle for 2 weeks so im pretty sure thats not being rushed when i bring my car to MY mechanic ny car is in and out within 2 days. On top of that we had work done by a friends shop about 2 weeks before going here and my mom was charged for something I literally watched the other shop do... my mom didnt know this until i saw her invoice. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
